Bizarre interviews with the forewoman of the anti-Trump Georgia grand jury that has apparently recommended charges against the 45th President for asking questions about the 2020 election are raising eyebrows. The forewoman joined CNN and MSNBC to giggle her way through a pair of interviews and talk about how “cool” it would have been for her to subpoena Trump and put him under oath.

Emily Kohrs, the Georgia grand jury’s forewoman, or “foreperson” as CNN and MSNBC have dubbed her, giggled her way through a pair of bizarre interviews with the corporate media outlets after the politically-charged grand jury moved to recommend charges against President Trump.

“Honestly, I kind of wanted to subpoena the former President because I got to swear everybody in,” Kohrs told MSNBC above her cackles. “And so I thought it would be really cool to get 60 seconds with President Trump, of me looking at him, and being like, ‘do you solemnly swear?’ And me getting to swear him in, I just, I kind of just thought that would be an awesome moment,” Kohrs said.

During her interview with CNN, Kohrs seemed to imply that she felt compelled to recommend charges against President Trump so that she wouldn’t feel she’d wasted eight months of her life on the grand jury.

“Can you imagine doing this for eight months and not coming out with a whole list [of indictments]?” Kohrs said to CNN.

Assembled in deep blue Fulton County, the home of Atlanta and of massive, documented election fraud in 2020 and beyond, the grand jury doesn’t actually formally charge the subjects of its investigation but sends its recommendation to the Fulton County prosecutor, BLM Democrat Fani Willis.

Willis, a hardcore partisan, has openly boasted of her ties to the radical, left-wing militant movement, and of her father’s involvement with the Black Panther Party of the 20th Century.

“My father was a Black Panther, so he was very Afrocentric,” Willis says in a South Atlanta Magazine article featured on Fulton County’s official government website.

An Arizona judge has ruled that Kari Lake’s election fraud lawsuit has merit and will go to trial, as the Trump-aligned gubernatorial nominee stares down corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs after yet another Arizona election marred by unprecedented levels of fraud and election irregularities.

Maricopa County, Arizona Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Democrat “Governor-elect” Katie Hobbs’ motions to toss Kari Lake’s lawsuit, paving the way for the case to go to trial in dramatic fashion, and presenting what looks like the greatest opportunity that the election integrity movement has ever had to actually overturn a rigged election.

“BREAKING,” Kari Lake tweeted Monday night, “our Election Case is going to trial. Katie Hobbs’ attempt to have our case thrown out FAILED,” she explained.

“She will have to take the stand & testify. Buckle up, America. This is far from over.”

Under Judge Thompson’s ruling, the court will hear evidence from Kari Lake and her team on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, and the case before the court will focus on the more than 300,000 Arizona ballots without chains of custody, as well as the ballot tabulator issues that were once again experienced in the state.

Reportedly, at least one election worker will testify that hundreds of thousands of phantom ballots were dropped into Arizona’s election results, tilting the scales in favor of Katie Hobbs.

What’s more, is that Katie Hobbs, Arizona’s current Secretary of State and top elections official, will also have to testify in court, under oath, as part of the election fraud trial. All over the country, voters have been perplexed to learn that, despite being on the ballot, Hobbs was allowed to rule over the 2022 elections in Arizona – even after her massive dereliction of duty and suspected fraud in 2020.

In the middle of Arizona’s 2022 election fraud saga is Runbeck Election Services, a Democrat-owned firm that’s also done work in contested Georgia races, and has family ties to Ben Toma, the newly-elected GOP Speaker of Arizona’s State House of Representatives.

Despite Kari Lake’s very viable election fraud lawsuit, Toma has been publicly cozying up to Democrat Katie Hobbs, the beneficiary of Runbeck shadiness.

Yet another high-ranking member of disgraced ex-Congressman Scott Taylor’s (VA-2) failed re-election bid from 2018 has been convicted of charges related to election fraud, stemming from a scheme in which the GOP’ers forged the signatures of local voters in an effort to get a Democrat spoiler candidate on the ballot as an independent.

Robert “Rob” Catron, a top consultant for Scott Taylor’s 2018 re-election campaign, pleaded no contest earlier this month to massively reduced charges, in what appears to be a “sweetheart deal” with prosecutors.

Though he was initially indicted by a Virginia Beach grand jury on 10 counts of making false statements and election fraud and faced 100 years in prison, Catron managed to strike a deal, and plea the offenses down to a trio of misdemeanors.

Under the agreement, he pled no contest to three charges of “neglect of election duty.”

As a result, Catron received a suspended 36-month sentence, dependent on his “good behavior,” and will spend just a year on probation. Additionally, he will have to pay a $7,500 fine.

The conviction of Rob Catron marks the fourth time a member of Taylor’s 2018 campaign has been convicted in the election fraud scheme.

Preceding Catron’s conviction, ex-Taylor staffers Lauren Peabody, Roberta Marciano, and Heather Guillot each pled guilty to their own charges.

The Taylor campaign sought to get a two-time Democrat candidate for Congress, Shaun Brown – who Taylor defeated in 2016 – on the 2018 ballot as an independent, for the purpose of splitting the Democrat vote and, in theory, propelling Taylor to victory. Court documents state that Taylor campaign staffers were instructed by senior members of the campaign and Taylor himself to collect ballot access signatures on Brown’s behalf. The effort failed, and Taylor was defeated by a 3-point margin in the general election, after losing the faith of the 2nd District’s conservative voters, over his support for amnesty and the LGBT lobby.

Amazingly, in an unrelated incident, Democrat Shaun Brown herself was sentenced to prison time of her own, after being convicted of defrauding a federal program meant to feed hungry children.

Though Taylor hasn’t been indicted and prosecutors now say that the case is closed, the ex-Rep. has openly admitted that he was aware of and participating in the scheme to get Brown on the ballot. The only question that remains is whether or not Taylor broke the law.

After Catron’s sentencing, National File spoke with Jarome Bell, a former opponent of Taylor’s who was censored by Big Tech and targetted during his 2022 run with Kevin McCarthy’s FTX money, in a naked effort to sink his America First campaign.

Taylor was an early backer of Jen Kiggans in 2022, the McCarthy-aligned Republican that benefited from more than $5 million worth of Kevin McCarthy’s dark money.

Bell blasted the entire situation and said something just isn’t adding up with Scott Taylor’s pleas of ignorance of the election fraud scheme.

“After running for Congress two times, I  knew everything that was going on within my campaign – good or bad,” Bell told National File. “The buck stopped with me!”

“In my honest opinion, there is no way that Scott Taylor didn’t know about what was going on. I find that very hard to believe. People that worked on his campaign were getting signatures for a third party and he didn’t ask questions?”

“Being an ex-Navy SEAL and an ex-Congressman, Scott Taylor should be capable of paying enough attention to detail to avoid something like this within his own campaign,” Bell went on. “It’s no wonder that he lost not once, but twice, to Elaine Luria.”

“He’s taking plausible deniability while the people that believed in him and trusted him all got thrown under the bus and he allowed it to happen. But, he has his story and he’s sticking to it.”

Virginia: Democrat County Supervisor Indicted on 82 Felonies in Election Fraud Scheme

Ben Toma, the newly-elected GOP Speaker of the Arizona House, has family ties to Runbeck, the Democrat-owned ballot company at the center of Kari Lake’s lawsuit to nullify Arizona’s 2022 gubernatorial results which, much like in 2020’s presidential race, have been marred by fraud, voter suppression, and massive irregularities. Despite the evidence and a viable challenge to the reported results, Toma is cozying up to Democrat “Governor-elect” Katie Hobbs, who’s already been at the center of multiple election fraud scandals as Arizona’s Secretary of State.

Two of Ben Toma’s brothers, Mihai Toma and Andrei Toma, sit on the board of Precision Aero, a contractor within the military-industrial complex. Leading the board is Chairman Jeff Ellington, who’s also the President and COO of Runbeck Election Services, from where a whistleblower says a whopping 300,000 ballots were illegally dropped into Arizona’s election results, tipping the scales in Democrat Katie Hobbs’ favor.

On the Precision Aero website, the three men are all publicly listed as board members, with Ellington as Chairman, Mihai Toma as President, and Andrei Toma as Secretary.

Toma has stayed quiet on Kari Lake’s election integrity fight, and is publicly aligning with Hobbs. Arizona conservatives say it’s part and parcel of his family ties to left-wing Runbeck and indicative future failures to secure Arizona’s elections.

The Toma family’s ties to Runbeck are far from just coincidence.

Under its former name, “Riggins Engineering,” Precision Aero is listed as one of the Black Mountain Investment Company’s major “assets,” a firm where Mihai Toma serves as President and CEO.

It is unclear if the asset is still listed under the name “Riggins Engineering” on Black Mountain’s website for the purpose of obscuring the Toma family’s connection to Runbeck.

So compelling are the irregularities and fraud allegations in Arizona, that a judge has already ruled that ballots in troubled Maricopa County must be sampled, bowing to a petition from the Lake campaign.

On Monday, more court action is expected, and Runbeck will be at the center of it.

“You have a whistleblower from Runbeck the ballot company, that said approximately 300,000 ballots were illegally inserted into the tally,” election attorney Christina Bobb told Bannon’s War Room.

The ballots were “not coming from drop boxes, not coming from polling locations, but just being brought in by employees,” Bobb explained.

In addition to the massive ballot drop, according to the 70-page lawsuit filed by Kari Lake to throw out Arizona’s gubernatorial election, tens of thousands of illegal mail-in ballots were factored into the vote totals.

Shockingly, in Maricopa County, the epicenter of election fraud in Arizona, when ballots are picked up at the post office, they aren’t taken back to the local elections department, but are instead given right back to Runbeck, where they’re scanned behind closed doors.

Maricopa County is the only county in the nation that engages in this practice, according to a Gateway Pundit report.

The revelation that Arizona’s GOP Speaker-elect, Ben Toma, has family ties to Runbeck comes as he publicly cozies up to Democrat “Governor-elect” Katie Hobbs, even as Kari Lake, the nominee from within his own party, wages one of the biggest election challenges in American history.

“Had a productive discussion with Speaker-Elect @RepBenToma and [State Senate] President-Elect @votewarren,” Hobbs tweeted earlier this week, along with a picture of the trio.

“We are ready to find common ground and get to work on behalf of all Arizonans,” Hobbs wrote, revealing that she’s already ironing out her legislative agenda with Toma and company.

Arizona’s 2022 election is far from the first time that Runbeck has been at the center of an election fraud controversy that benefited Democrats and the uni-party establishment as a whole.

In 2020, the company was at the center of historically unprecedented complaints of election fraud and irregularities in both Arizona and Georgia, and has still yet to produce proper chain of custody documents more than two years later.

In addition to being major Democrat Donors, the Runbeck family, which resides in Arizona and owns Runbeck Election Services, also owns a patent on a computer system used for “on-screen ballot duplication” and “generating a revised ballot.”

National File reached out to Arizona Speaker-elect Ben Toma for comment on this article and his family ties to Runbeck Election Services, but received no response.

Brazilian soccer star Neymar — one of the world’s most popular athletes — has found himself in the crosshairs of leftists due to his support for President Jair Bolsonaro in the recent election. Neymar previously spent weeks campaigning for incumbent Bolsonaro, who came up short on official tallies against leftist former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in an election marred by allegations of fraud. Lula da Silva — commonly referred to as simply ‘Lula’ — has stated that Neymar is free to his opinions, but also mentioned his income taxes in what has been seen by some as a vague threat.

“People know what is best for our Brazil,” said the Paris Saint-Germain superstar shortly before the nation’s run-off election last month. Speaking in reference to the World Cup in Qatar at the end of the year, Neymar said. “Everything would be wonderful: Bolsonaro re-elected, Brazil champion, and everyone happy.”

Neymar, 30, has stated that Bolsonaro’s values are in line with his own and those of his family. “I realized that I need this strength, I know that it would help many people,” the soccer superstar said.

Ultimately it was Lula who emerged victorious on official tallies, however, although the election has been marred by accusations of fraud and heavy-handed censorship from the nation’s judiciary.

In a recent interview with the Flow podcast — one of the largest in Brazil — the nation’s leftist president-elect accused Bolsonaro of crafting an illegal deal with Neymar to forgive the soccer player’s income tax.

“I’m not angry. Neymar has the right to choose whoever he wants as president,” Lula said of Neymar’s opposition to his campaign. Lula — who was previously jailed on corruption charges — then went on to issue what has been seen by many as a threat to target Neymar on financial indiscretions.

“I think he’s afraid that if I win the election, he’ll find out that Bolsonaro let him off for his income tax debt. I think that’s why he’s afraid of me,” Lula said.

He then went on to accuse Neymar of negotiating an illegal deal with Bolsonaro in order to cheat taxes and save money. “Obviously, Bolsonaro made a deal with (Neymar’s) father. He now has an income tax problem in Spain,” Lula said.

Lula then added that the issue was something the internal revenue service should look into, not the president.

Neymar was previously facing corruption and fraud charges after the Brazilian investment firm DIS owned 40% of the rights to Neymar when he was at Santos. The firm claims it suffered financial losses from the 30-year-old’s transfer.

Neymar’s parents were named as defendants in the case along with former Barcelona presidents Josep Maria Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell. Ex-Santos President Odilio Rodrigues was also listed as a defendant, Fox News reported.

According to a court document released in July, Barcelona is accused of initiating negotiations with Neymar in 2011. The Spanish mega-club allegedly paid him 40 million euros in an effort to guarantee he joined the club when his contract with Santos expired in 2014.

Ultimately, the charges were dropped, with a prosecutor telling ESPN that he found the trial excessive.

“I believe it’s excessive to consider that offering 40 million euros is a crime,” the prosecutor told ESPN.

During the election campaign, Alexander de Moraes barred several magazines, journals, and other outlets, describing them as as “Brasil Paralelo, O Antogonista, Gazeta do Povo.” The publications were describing Lula as a friend of many criminal organizations, including “PCC”.

The anti-free press Judge Minister, who apparently thinks he’s the arbiter of truth, has been accused of “clearly pulling the strings” to help Lula, a “criminal” socialist to steal the election.

Nicknamed the “Trump of the Tropics” by his affectionate fans around the globe, Jair Bolsonaro was “defeated” in a contested election with massive allegations of fraud.

The election, which was closely watched by political power brokers and enthusiasts all over the world, was reported to have featured electronic machines and voting technology from Dominion and Smartmatic, two firms that played and continue to play a central role in documented 2020 fraud claims in the United States. Those allegations have not been confirmed, and remain in dispute, according to left-leaning outlets like NPR.

Much like in America, Brazil’s election has been marred by allegations of massive fraud, observable irregularities, and foreign meddling – as extensively investigated and reported by National File.

The race is so questionable, in fact, that ballots deemed “invalid” outnumber Lula’s reported margin of “victory” by millions.

Though the situation is dire, the Brazilian people have yet to waiver in their support for President Bolsonaro, and the Christian, Western principles it’s built upon.

Amidst massive election integrity protests, Vice President Hamilton Mourão, a military man and Brazilian national hero referred to as the “People’s General,” called on the people of his nation to “courageously resist” Lula’s communist takeover.

Election irregularities are again plaguing Virginia’s battleground 7th District as Democrat Abigail Spanberger, a former CIA agent, has benefited from the sudden tallying of early votes late in the game, tipping the results from red to blue.

After a long pause in vote counting, Democrat incumbent Abigail Spanberger took a reported lead over conservative challenger Yesli Vega in Virginia’s 7th District, thanks to the late counting of thousands of early votes in Prince William County, where Joe Biden’s DOJ sent agents to “monitor” the election.

Spanberger took the lead in the 7th District after trailing all night and losing all but two of the district’s cities or counties and has now declared victory.

The race was one of the nation’s closest watched.

Though conservative challenger Yesli Vega carried the rest of the 7th District by big margins, Spanberger closed the gap in Northern Virginia’s blue Prince William County, Vega’s home base.

Earlier this year, the county’s former elections chief was charged with 2020 fraud and the Biden DOJ announced just ahead of the midterms that they’d be sending agents to the county to “monitor” the election.

Even after nearly every other vote in the 7th District had been reported, Prince William County still had tens of thousands of votes left to count and appeared to have taken an extended pause.

According to a New York Times election map, at 9:01 PM, Prince William County had yet to tally nearly half of their votes.

Almost every other county was reporting almost all of theirs, and the polls had been closed for two hours.

Roughly half an hour later, the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP) was reporting that the race had tightened, but Vega was still hanging on to a narrow lead of fewer than 3,000 votes, with 97.4% of precincts reporting.

But those precincts were in blue Prince William County, where more than 26,000 early votes remained to be counted.

Minutes later, Spanberger was carried over the finish line by the tallying of thousands of early and mail-in ballots, taking a lead she never relinquished, as more and more Democrat votes were added to the totals.

As documented in the screenshots of the 7th District’s reported election results, Democrat Abigail Spanberger closed the gap thanks to the late counting of early Democrat votes, something that’s become increasingly common in battleground races.

Corporate media even appears to be conditioning voters to get used to Republican candidates leading all night before suddenly losing, blaming it on what they claim is an electoral phenomenon called the “red mirage.”

Spanberger’s early vote “win” over Yesli Vega compares to her 2020 “win” over GOP challenger Nick Freitas.

In that race, after Spanberger trailed all night, thousands of Democrat votes were miraculously discovered on a discarded thumb drive, propelling her to victory.

Much like America following the hotly-contested 2020 election, Brazil has been thrust into chaos after the reported defeat of President Jair Bolsonaro, widely known as the “Trump of the Tropics.” The Brazilian military, which has played a key role in the election’s aftermath, is reportedly set to release the results of their election audit on Wednesday, and early indications say that it will expose massive levels of election fraud.

“Update from Brazilian leaders,” tweeted Anna Khait, citing a “very trusted source in Brazil.”

“Military audit of the election will now be released Wednesday,” she wrote, before revealing some of the alleged fraud and extreme irregularities discovered by Brazil’s military, drawing startling comparisons to America’s 2020 election.

“Dozens of boxes had zero Bolsonaro votes. Evidence will be presented of fraud. The nation is on the brink of social collapse unless the military has a strong presence.”

“There is great fear in Brazil,” Khait went on, saying the nation’s leaders worry they’ll be “isolated by other nations especially in trade by the Biden administration.”

The audit information came “from a very trusted source in Brazil,” Khait added.

Brazil’s election, which pitted populist Jair Bolsonaro against far-left Lula and divided the nation much like America’s 2020 race, has been scrutinized the world over for its highly irregular results. As reported by National File, ballots deemed “invalid” outnumber Lula’s alleged margin of victory in the electronic election by millions of votes.

The military audit results appear poised to directly counter the claims of Brazil’s Federal Accounts Court, which is under left-wing control and ran an “audit” of its own, quickly concluding that zero fraud or irregularities had occurred.

In the aftermath of the election, Brazilian citizens have taken to the streets in protest, being joined in some cases by policemen and soldiers, who say they’re stepping up to defend the nation’s constitution in the midst of an attempted left-wing coup.

The far-left Washington Post has admitted that Roger Stone did nothing wrong on January 6th, 2021 during the historic Capitol Hill protests against election fraud and the certification of reported election results in fraud-ridden states. This flies in the face of nearly two years of Democrat and corporate media propaganda placing Stone and 45th President Trump at the center of an elaborate plot to overthrow the government.

The Washington Post admitted that Roger Stone did nothing wrong in a story bemoaning the lack of actual evidence that Nancy Pelosi and her J6 “witch hunt” Committee has to implicate the close Trump advisor in any sort of plot to overthrow the U.S. government.

Citing a “one-way transmission” from Oath Keeper Stewart Rhodes to Trump advisor Stone, George Washington University professor and ex-federal prosecutor Randall Eliason fantasized to The Post that Stone is being treated “as an unindicted co-conspirator” in the government’s “seditious conspiracy” case against Rhodes and his fellow Oath Keepers.

Cold water was quickly thrown on that theory though, as The Post went on to cite another ex-federal prosecutor, now a University of Michigan law professor, Barbara McQuade.

“A ‘one-way transmission’ from Rhodes does not establish that Stone or any other Trump advisers were part of any conspiracy, said former federal prosecutor and University of Michigan law professor Barbara McQuade.”

Making the claim that Stone colluded with Rhodes or anyone else to obstruct the certification of election results becomes even more ridiculous when readers of The Washington Post story learn that Rhodes’ “one-way communication” to Stone came by way of a “Friends of Stone” chat group. The chat room was designed so that many parties could share links to circulate news stories.

The J6 Committee, along with its associates in federal law enforcement and corporate media, have been trying for nearly two years to link Stone to the day’s unrest, with their sights ultimately set on President Trump, but have been unable to do so. Stone tells National File that there’s a reason for that.

“Any assertion that I knew in advance about, participated in, or condoned any illegal act on January 6th, or that I was involved in the effort to delay the certification of the electoral college is false,” Roger Stone told National File. “And there is no evidence to the contrary.”

The Washington Post’s admission that there is absolutely zero evidence that Roger Stone committed a crime related to the J6 demonstrations echoes earlier coverage from their corporate media allies at NBC.

This July, NBC News admitted that, contrary to their innumerable accusations, 45th President Trump had no contact with Stewart Rhodes or the Oath Keepers organization, and no involvement in the J6 demonstrations at the U.S. Capitol Building.

Eugene Yu is the Chinese-born founder of Konnech Incorporated, an election software company that won major contracts for the 2020 election including in Los Angles County, California, one of America’s largest. In all, L.A. County agreed to pay Konnech $2.9 million as part of a 5-year contract to use the company’s PollChief software to track election worker schedules, training, payroll, and communications.

It is there that Yu has been criminally charged with stealing the personal data of hundreds of election poll workers and selling it to Communist China. That information, watchdogs and law enforcement warn, could be used to blackmail poll workers and vote counters to swing election results.

It’s unclear from law enforcement statements if the Communist Chinese have been able to gain further access to American voting systems by way of Yu and Konnech’s deceptive conduct.

Yu was arrested in Michigan’s Meridian Township, where local officials say they’ll seek to extradite him to California to face his charges. During his arrest, authorities seized computers, hard drives, and a mountain of “digital evidence.”

In addition to Los Angeles County, Konnech’s PollChief software is used in elections around the country. Election integrity watchdogs who have launched investigations into the 2020 election say that Yu and Konnech’s crimes in Los Angeles are just the tip of the iceberg and that they actually sold personal information on up to 2 million poll workers to Chinese Communists.

Yu’s arrest came just a day after The New York Times published an article defending him from so-called “election deniers,” portraying Eugene Yu and Konnech as the victims of anti-Chinese conspiracy theorists.

Before the charges against Yu were announced, Times writer Stuart A. Thompson accused Yu’s detractors of “using threadbare evidence, or none at all” to suggest that “a small American election software company…had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party.”

Apparently, Yu and his fellow Konnech employees, many of which are of Chinese backgrounds, had received a number of email inquiries regarding accusations of 2020 fraud and election malfeasance, something that Thompson and The New York Times took issue with.

Portraying the suspected CCP agent as the victim, Yu, Thompson reported, has “cried” over the scrutiny applied to Konnech and their relationship with Communist China.

“I’ve cried,” Mr. Yu wrote in an email. “Other than the birth of my daughter, I hadn’t cried since kindergarten,” Thompson reported in his defense of Yu and Konnech.

A new report suggests that GOP Attorney General Jason Miyares and more of Virginia’s top officials are ignoring credible evidence of 2020 election irregularities and potential fraud. According to The Gateway Pundit’s report, a group of “concerned citizens” presented the evidence to top AG’s officials and Virginia’s elections commissioner and are still awaiting a response, weeks later.

According to the report and concerned citizen Robert Pressler, Pressler and others presented the evidence to Senior Assistant Attorney General and Chief Joshua Lief as well as Susan Beals, Virginia’s elections commissioner, over seven weeks ago. To date, they haven’t received a response. 

While states like Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania among others occupied headlines in the wake of the 2020 election, Virginia quietly had an election year full of documented irregularities and potential election fraud all its own.

In Northern Virginia’s deep blue Fairfax County, the most populous municipality in the state, late-night ballot drops accounted for a whopping 73% of Biden votes. Increasing the suspicion in Virginia was the bizarre behavior of media and elections officials, who had called the state for Biden early on, while Trump still held a sizable lead. As election night went on, the ballot drops from Fairfax County and other deep blue jurisdictions put Biden over the edge, clinching an already-reported victory in the state that carries 13 Electoral College votes.

In down-ballot races, bizarre election night happenings benefited Democrats as well. In the state’s 7th District, CIA veteran and Democrat incumbent Abigail Spanberger held onto her seat after thousands of mostly Democrat votes were found on a discarded thumb drive, carrying her to victory.

Given the lack of response from Virginia officials and the massive pile of election irregularities and potential fraud, retired Naval officer Robert Pressler, the father of conservative activist Ryan Pressler, penned an open letter to AG Miyares, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, and Commissioner Susan Beals. 

Though Miyares was elected as the Virginia GOP was swept to victory amidst an ongoing culture war in the state, he has been openly hostile to the election integrity movement. As reported by National File, a former Deputy Attorney General, Monique Miles, was fired by Miyares over her election integrity activism, following a Washington Post hit piece.

In the open letter, Pressler again lays out the evidence of massive election irregularities and potential fraud offering it up to the public directly. 

The open letter, originally published in The Gateway Pundit, is copied below: 

Why has the Youngkin Administration ignored evidence of election irregularities and potential fraud mechanisms?

Over seven weeks ago in Richmond (6 June), I participated in a 90-minute briefing of election irregularities to Senior Assistant Attorney General and Chief Joshua Lief and Commissioner of the Department of Elections Susan Beals. Our team was composed of the Chief Legal Officer for The America Project, the Director of Virginians for America First (VFAF), and four citizen-investigators immersed in research and discovery of Virginia election irregularities since November 2020. We provided copies of a 125-page document containing all briefing, background, evidentiary, and reference materials. We presented an undeniable pattern of irregularities demanding investigation.

Despite our outreach for follow-up twice, we have had no response. This is particularly concerning since the required 22-month preservation of 2020 election records expires on 3 September, allowing the full destruction of all records and papers as of midnight. We are left to believe — with their silence — that Governor Youngkin and his team are trying to “run out the clock” to evade questioning on the integrity of Virginia’s 2020 and 2021 elections.

What did the briefing include?

— Troubling results of statewide canvassing operations for the 2020 and 2021 elections. (1) VFAF’s 2020 canvassing demonstrated a 31% registration error-rate and a 7% votes-cast error-rate. (2) The 2021 canvas (conducted in real-time) demonstrated a 5.7% absentee-ballot error-rate, which equates to an estimated 68,000 votes (inconveniently greater than the margin of victory for Governor Youngkin).

— The wrongful certification of 2020 electronic poll books. In September 2020, just one day before the start of early voting, the State Board of Elections certified DemTech Centerpoint ePollTab electronic poll books for use, ignoring the testing laboratory’s report and Technical Data Package that included an extraordinary, legally-specific NON-COMPLIANCE disclaimer. These poll books were in wide-use throughout the state for the 2020 and 2021 elections, and are planned for use this November. Have they ever been properly certified?

— Serious concerns with state data and records. (1) There are multiple, irreconcilable discrepancies between state voter databases, including the Registered Voter List, the Voter History List, and the Daily Absentee List. (2) There is no ability to attribute 2020 absentee votes back to their “home” precincts, which would have served as a “firewall” and check against excess ballots. (3) There have been recurring changes made to public historical turnout data — without any explanation, database snapshots, or error documentation. (4) Statistical analysis of election “fingerprint” data shows patterns that do not agree with the expected distributions found in free and fair elections, as specified by the published literature of USAID and research of the National Academy of Sciences.

— Statistically impossible voter registration rates. In October 2020, Judicial Watch reported that Virginia had 24 counties with 100%, and higher, voter registration rates, yielding a statewide average rate of 95.6% (the national average was 67%). This excess registration was confirmed through VFAF canvassing, and followed a 2019 statutory notice to Virginia of similar violations of the National Voter Registration Act. Have these unreasonable rates been mitigated for the coming midterms?

— 2020 voting irregularities that defy nature, logic and probability. (1) Lean-batch analysis of central absentee precinct returns shows marked, abnormal, discontinuities consistent with known election anomalies in other states. (2) During live tabulation, there were FIVE large-batch events (over 300,000 votes-in, votes-out, votes-in, votes-out, and votes-in) with varying, improbable proportions of Biden-to-Trump votes that effectively reversed the lead in Virginia from 52% Trump to 52% Biden. (3) Subsequent live tabulation shows nearly every batch, regardless of size, contained the EXACT SAME proportion of Biden-to-Trump votes: 55% to 45%.

— Suspicious and unexplained activities. (1) There are over 900,000 voters statewide who were coded in the voter database as “active” voters, despite not having voted for 5 or more years, and in two federal elections. (2) Records from the state Board of Elections indicate almost 64,000 more ballots than voters in the 2020 election!

• Don’t these election irregularities and potential fraud mechanisms merit investigation?!?
• If not, what possible justification can you offer?
• Given these egregious departures from standards, practices and state election law, how can We The People be confident that our coming midterm election will be secure, free and fair?

What do we ask at this point?

We ask for the courtesy of an immediate reply and the urgent opening of constructive dialogue. Furthermore, the Virginia Code, §24.2-104, authorizes the Attorney General to conduct an investigation, prosecute a violation, secure the enforcement of election laws, and report results of the investigation to the State Board. Accordingly, to safeguard all options, the Attorney General must take immediate steps to ensure the retention and preservation of all voting records and papers associated with the 2020 election.
