Americans seem dumbfounded as their highest political representatives in Washington, D.C. call for laws to ban certain forms of speech – specifically statements that voice criticism of Israel and the political ideology of Zionism – even equating such expressions with support for terrorism.

But this response becomes less surprising given the legal, operational and intelligence construct which has been erected over nearly a decade, centered on the concept of “antisemitism.”

A deeper look into the origins of these efforts reveals that the mission to ban certain forms of speech in America have been long in the making.

The most recent – and perhaps so far the most draconian effort – is the Antisemitism Awareness Act, which was passed by Congress on May 1.

BROAD DEFINITIONS OF “ANTISEMITISM”

According to U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), the intent of the bill is to accelerate hate crime prosecutions of those protesting against the Israel-Gaza war on college campuses – using broad definitions of “antisemitism.”

According to the Antisemitism Awareness Act, the definitions of what constitute “antisemitic” hate speech violations are stipulated in a list published by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). For example, according to this body of definitions, “Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations” would qualify as hate speech.

Lara Friedman, in a 2020 article in Jewish Currents, provides a stern warning about these IHRA-based laws and their Constitutional implications:

“Parts of that definition conflate antisemitism with both criticism of Israel and anti-Zionism; as a result, the implications of this new legislation for free speech are alarming,” she states.

Jewish scholar Kenneth Stern, who wrote the IHRA, claims that it has been “subverted” and that it was never intended to shut down free speech:

“There was never any idea that this would be used as a de facto hate speech code on campus,” he told The Times of Israel in 2020.

You need to understand how crazy this antisemitism bill is that just passed the House with wide bipartisan approval. The law requires the Department of Education to adopt the definition of antisemitism provided by something called the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.

WHO WRITES THESE BILLS?

The Foundation for Middle East Peace states that since 2016, there have been efforts in Congress and U.S. states “to pass legislation that is framed as being about fighting antisemitism, but that in practice […] is about targeting non-violent protest, activism, and criticism of Israel and/or Zionism.”

However, a closer look reveals that these legislative efforts do not originate from U.S. politicians. Instead, they have been driven by wealthy Israeli expats in collusion with Netanyahu’s government.

In a leaked 2020 email, Florida State Rep. Randy Fine explains the machinations behind the first Florida “antisemitism bill” – HB 741, which was signed by Governor DeSantis in Israel the preceding year. The law focused on shutting down anti-Israel activities on university campuses in the state.

Fine identifies an individual by the name of Joseph Sabag as the architect of the bill.

“In addition, Joe Sabag at the Israeli-American Coalition for Action was instrumental in providing outside support as I pushed the bill and I would highly recommend anyone considering such an effort speak with him,” Fine writes in an email to fellow state representatives in Oklahoma, Kansas, North Carolina and Arkansas – in a drive to get similar legislation enacted in those jurisdictions as well.

Rep. Fine also indicates that he’s impressed with how the legislation has been structured:

“The elegance of the solution is two-fold: 1) we avoid debate over ‘what is anti-Semitism’ by relying on the world’s most recognized definition. 2) We leverage decades of legal precedent in limiting racist speech, groups on campus, acts by faculty and administrators, etc. and simply apply it to anti-Semitism,” Fine writes.

In a follow-up email, Sabag responds to Fine and the other state lawmakers:

“My legal team has now taken Randy’s bill and refined it into a model that can be brought elsewhere. I urge you to please contact me or Rep. Alan Clemmons and take advantage of our policy support if you are considering filing a bill. We are here to serve,” Sabag writes.

JOSEPH SABAG: THE ARCHITECT

Mr. Sabag, a 2005 graduate of the Florida International University’s College of Law, is an attorney attached to an organization called the Israeli American Council (IAC).

“As an attorney and policy specialist, Joe has been a sought consultant for numerous lawmakers at the state and federal levels over the past decade. In just the last 6 years, he has led drafting and successful advocacy of legislation and key policy resolutions supporting Israel and combatting anti-Semitism in over two-thirds the states in America,” the IAC’s website states.

In a 2019 opinion piece for The Daily Wire, Sabag identifies himself as “the primary legal expert” behind the new antisemitism laws – stating plainly what is to come:

“[…] legislation regulating against anti-Semitism is likely to be enacted in various American states in response to the mounting persecution of Jews.”

Sabag argues that his laws are compatible with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:

“Critics of legislation addressing the problem of unlawful anti-Semitic activity wrongly argue that it somehow infringes upon free speech rights. However, the First Amendment does not protect criminal and discriminatory conduct — which is what these laws solely address,” he claims.

This begs the question: why are special laws for Jewish Americans necessary, when criminal conduct is already amply regulated in local, state and federal legislation?

In his commentary, Sabag states that various student organizations and activist groups, such as the Boycott, Divest and Sanction movement and Students for Justice in Palestine as “terror-affiliated” and that they are promoting arguments of “Jewish subversion, conspiracy, dual loyalty, greed, economic control, and most insidiously, blood libels.”

IAC: THE COMMAND CENTER

Sabag’s mother organization, the Israeli American Council, keeps a lower profile in their work to impact U.S. legislation and lawmakers than the more well-known lobby group, AIPAC.

The nonprofit’s states that its mission is to “preserve and strengthen the Israeli and Jewish identities of future generations, strengthen the American Jewish community, and strengthen the relationship between citizens of the United States and the State of Israel.”

The biggest funders of IAC are now-deceased casino mogul Sheldon Adelson and Israeli-American billionaire Haim Saban – the latter also a long-time supporter of Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party. The organization is led by Elan Carr, a former Los Angeles prosecutor and military officer who previously served as U.S. Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism – “directing U.S. policy and programs aimed at combating Jew-hatred throughout the world,” according to the IAC’s website.

Carr was deployed to Iraq during the U.S. occupation, where he reportedly “led an anti-terrorism team.”

Nearly all senior staff at IAC seem to have received their eduction in Israel, and most names are Hebrew-sounding, and many resources on its web site are only accessible in Hebrew.

The organization’s advisory board includes wealthy and influential dual citizens. The organization is co-chaired by Avi Almozlino, a physician, and Tal Shuster, a former Israeli military and foreign affairs officer.

One of the IAC’s major supporters – Adam Milstein – who also goes by the name Tuvia Milsztein – is a wealthy real estate magnate and a convicted felon. In 2009, he was sentenced to three months in prison for felony tax evasion. The Israeli government, via Consul General Jacob Dayan, attempted to intervene on his behalf by highlighting his philanthropic activities. But prosecutors were unimpressed, warning of “an obvious concern that much of his philanthropy appears to have been merely a device to defraud the government.”

Milstein is involved in an intricate network of organizations and initiatives – a self-described “ecosystem” – to manipulate the U.S. private and public sectors, including law and civil society, into subservience to Israeli-Jewish interests under the auspices of “fighting antisemitism.”

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE AGAINST AMERICANS

Adam Milstein’s fellow IAC donor, media mogul Haim Saban, has been clear about where his true loyalties lie.

“Our interest is to take care of Israel’s interest in the United States. Period. Over and out,” he said at a secret fundraising summit held in Las Vegas in 2015.

Forward reports that the purpose of the meeting was to lay the groundwork for anti-BDS laws and launch efforts to “fight antisemitism” on U.S. college campuses.

Nearly ten years ago now, Adelson opened the Las Vegas meeting by reading a letter from Benjamin Netanyahu, in which the Israeli leader called for all hands on deck in order to “combat the lies and slander that are leveled against us.”

When the night was over, the clandestine group had $50 million in its war chest. Tens of millions more would be added from covert sources, shell corporations and Israeli government fronts, according to veteran journalist James Bamford.

“At the same time the Las Vegas gathering was taking place, Netanyahu was meeting with his top national security and intelligence officials. The objective was the launch of a political and psychological war targeting Americans on behalf of Israel,” Bamford explains – detailing a “narrative warfare operation” designated Project Butterfly – developed and managed by a Mossad-connected Israeli intelligence contractor called Psy-Group.

The tools employed by these foreign actors against American citizens, Bamford argues, are “efforts to destroy the reputations of students and faculty, subjecting people to unwarranted investigations, and charges of ‘persecution,’ that is, endless phony accusations of ‘antisemitism,’ as well as false and slanderous accounts provided to national cable and broadcast news organizations.”

“In other words, by creating fake news outlets, phony Facebook personas and posts, and other forms of information warfare, Psy-Group’s goal was to deliberately deceive the American public about Israel and its actions against the Palestinians,” Bamford states.

Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, the government of Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claim that the country fully respects the sovereignty of the United States of America and that Israel refrains from meddling in domestic U.S. affairs.

“We don’t intervene in American politics, and we expect to be treated with the same respect,” Israeli government spokesman Tal Heinrich told Newsmax in mid-March.

Greg Reese, an “anti-government” writer and researcher, released a video on X called “The Zionist Death Grip On The United States Government.”

Reese began the video with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu demanding the pro-Palestine protests to be stopped in the States, to which the government complied. He said it is because “our members of Congress have all been bought and paid for with tax dollars given to the American Israeli Political Action Committee.”

From there, he highlights the power and might of AIPAC, which does not need to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

According to the clip, in 1962, AIPAC was originally the American Zionist Council (AZC). President John F. Kennedy, who was not biased toward Israel, ordered the NGO to register as a foreign agent. The Zionists, along with members of the US government, fought against Kennedy. A month before his assassination, the forms were prepared for AZC’s new redesignation. Since then, Israel has never been asked to register under FARA.

Reese dove into the 1967 attack on the USS Liberty by Israel, murdering 34 Americans and injuring over 171. He claimed that the US government helped Israel cover up the attack as an accident.

Then he pivoted to 9/11, where five Israelis who were seen photographing the collapse of the Twin Towers were celebrating. The account was reported by The New York Times and Haaretz but is still considered an “antisemitic conspiracy” by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).

According to Reese, one Israeli caught even stated, “Israel now has hope that the world will understand us.” The federal documents had redacted their answer as to whether they had foreknowledge of the attack, but when they appeared on Israeli TV a few months later, they confirmed they had known of the attack.

Reese went deeper into the 9/11 story, showing the group had fake student IDs and art students had infiltrated government buildings. Over 100 of these art students were arrested. Fox News’s Carl Cameron reported they had backgrounds in explosives, military intelligence, and electronic surveillance. There can’t be much of a follow-up on this since Fox News removed the already-aired clip from its general archives after interference by government agencies, according to Salon.

In March of 2000, several students were part of the “World Views Artist-in-Residence” program that occupied floors 90 and 91, where walls were unfinished and structural beams were exposed, reported Reese. One member of the group, Hanan Sarfati, was arrested by the DEA as part of the Israeli spy ring. The 14 other Israeli’s identifications were never released to the public.

Reese explained that Austrian artists known as Gelatin shared the space with them. They had been working on the “B-Thing” that involved removing the glass windows on the 91st floor of the North Tower. A small balcony was constructed so that photographs could be taken of them. Reese said another group called “E-Team” managed the helicopter. Their exhibit was scheduled to open on September 11, 2001.

He continued that in March of 2001, E-Team had an art project called “127 windows.” According to official records, they were planning to write their name on the tower’s exterior. American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the exact spot where they were supposedly preparing to do this.

Reese said in 2001, Gelitin published a book on the project, calling it all “conspiratory work.” Gelitin had also changed its name from Gelitin in 2005. The 9/11 Commission Report curiously does not mention any of the art groups.

After a turbulent six-month standoff on whether or not Ukraine would receive additional aid and how much taxpayer money would go to Israel, President Joe Biden signed the supplemental foreign aid package on Wednesday in addition to legislation forcing ByteDance to sell TikTok.

The aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan, amounting to $95 billion, was passed in the House on Saturday, while it was passed just this Tuesday in the Senate. The President sounded off, saying:

The path to my desk was a difficult path. It should have been easier and it should’ve gotten there sooner. But in the end we did what America always does, we rose to the moment.

According to CNBC, Biden had announced his plans to sign the bills after the House passed them on Saturday. The Senate, then on Tuesday, remarkably passed the package with bipartisan support with a vote of 79-18, including 29 Republicans voting in the affirmative.

The grand foreign investment includes $61 billion to Ukraine, $26 billion to Israel and $8 billion to Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific. CNBC reported that the package also requires ByteDance to sell its popular social media platform, TikTok, within nine months or after Biden decides to provide a 90-day extension. If the Chinese company fails to do so, TikTok will face a nationwide ban.

TikTok Policy responded on X to the demands as “unconstitutional” and would “challenge it in court.”

The fact is, we have invested billions of dollars to keep U.S. data safe and our platform free from outside influence and manipulation. This ban would devastate seven million businesses and silence 170 million Americans.

The Bolivian interdiction, as is often typical of busts of this size originating from Latin America, once again has strong links to the U.S. Government.

Indeed, the alleged perpetrator of the $500 Million drug bust bolted for cover straight to the United States.

The exfiltration by the alleged giga-Narco trafficker out of Bolivia and into the United States comes at a time when the Biden administration is presiding over an unprecedented invasion of U.S. soil by criminal illegal aliens of many nationalities through the southern border with Mexico.

Bolivia’s Interior Minister Eduardo Del Castillo remarked on the deadly Bolivian crack-cocaine loot during a 24-minute press conference, saying “that the seller of the drugs had fled the country (Bolivia) to the United States…”

It is clear Bolivia’s Interior Minister knows the identity of the US-tied “elite” narco trafficker.

For reasons that are as yet unclear, neither the Bolivian government, the U.S. government nor globalist media has decided to publicly identify this obviously central individual, the perpetrator of massive narcotics trafficking.

The mechanics behind the clear omission of the perpetrator’s identity by all law enforcement and media entities involved, and their complicity in allowing a known narco-trafficker safe-passage into the United States is a glaringly conspicuous omission none of the players has been willing to comment on.

Reuters has thus far refused to name the protected, US-tied individual.

Reuters has so far refused to explain how this apparent narco-felon was able to enter the U.S. homeland seemingly without issue, despite given ample opportunity over a sustained period of time to do so.

Democrat congressman Ted Lieu and Republican congresswoman Elise Stefanik teamed up to quietly introduce a bill to create a “directed energy” program that would include “high-energy lasers,” and the program would be a shared collaboration between the United States and the nation of Israel.

“Directed energy” weapons, including lasers, are designed to use powerful energy to attack opponents, intercept missiles, and carry out other offensive and defensive acts of modern war. How many times have directed energy weapons been used in combat or in everyday life? “A BILL To authorize the Secretary of Defense, upon request of the Ministry of Defense of Israel and with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, to carry out research, development, test, and evaluation activities, on a joint basis with Israel, to establish directed energy capabilities that address threats to the United States, deployed forces of the United States, or Israel, and for other purposes,” the bill states.

Israel has been repeatedly accused of spying on the United States. Israel has been accused of spying on the Donald Trump White House and also spying on the U.S. army’s intelligence analyst training base at Fort Huachuca in Arizona. These disturbing allegations should make American politicians think twice before approving more billions of dollars in wartime aid to Israel.

Current Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu stood accused of spying on President Donald Trump. That’s right. When U.S. senior officials told Politico back in 2019 that the Israelis planted “StingRay” cell phone surveillance gadgets in the general area of the White House (the kind of gadgets that pretend to be fake cell phone towers to steal cell phone user data) Netanyahu denied the claim. But Netanyahu was a White House guest during the time parameters of the Politico report.

An ex-U.S. Army intelligence analyst and Afghanistan War veteran named Cody R. told me the following story, with the promise that he was telling the hand-on-Bible truth.

Well after enough time in training you’re allowed to leave the base during the weekend as long as your back for evening and Sunday counts. Lots of soldiers hang out at the mall. All malls have those little kiosks that sell sunglasses and cheap jewelry and stuff.

Well at some point a laptop kiosk became a thing at the Sierra Vista mall. These laptops were the real expensive for the time. Somewhere between $800 and $1700. These laptops were however being sold at “deals” to service members for hundreds of dollars less the retail value. (It’s pretty easy to pick out service members, the hair, glasses, tan lines on wrists and age).

Well at some point it became knowledge on base about these laptops and that set off some bells and whistles in senior leadership. CID was dispatched to investigate. What did they find? These computer kiosk salesmen were Mossad Operatives and the laptops had software and hardware installed to spy. You could reinstall the software but the chips hardwired reinstalled and still gave them access to the keyboard, microphone, webcam and screen. Think about it, soldiers often take their laptops on deployment and OPSEC is often preached but isn’t always followed. There is the Israel I know.”

The mainstream media is scrambling to declare Russian president Vladimir Putin’s election win Sunday as “rigged,” despite overwhelming support for the nationalist leader in Russia. The media seems to have forgotten how maniacally it railed against President Donald J. Trump for claiming that the extremely disputed 2020 election was rigged. Why the change in editorial tone?

Putin won Sunday’s Russian presidential election with just under 88 percent of the vote, according to exit polls as of press time.

Politico, a website based in Northern Virginia that was previously called The Politico, ran the headline “Putin ‘wins’ rigged Russian election with 87% of the vote.”

Did Politico forget about their previous “work” on the subject of someone calling an election rigged?

45th President Trump, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and the governors of at least 25 states have announced their support of Texas and Governor Greg Abbott in their fight against the Biden Regime’s open-borders policies. The budding border showdown comes after the Supreme Court, including Justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, ruled to allow the feds to remove razor wire placed along the border by the Texas National Guard, and after Texas seized a key section of the border, forcing the feds out.

The border battle in Texas has effectively split the United States down partisan lines, with Republican Governors coming out in support of sealing the Texas border, and Democrat Governors apparently happy with surrendering any semblance of state and national sovereignty that still remains in modern America.

As shown in the map below, different Governors have shown support in various ways, with some merely issuing statements and others deploying personnel.

Notably, both Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis are listed among the top supporters of Texas and Governor Greg Abbott. The issue of border security is one that many have hoped will unite the Republican Party behind President Trump in 2024, an election cycle that’s increasingly being seen as the last shot that Americans have to do something about the southern border before the problem becomes insurmountable if it hasn’t already.

Despite the Supreme Court’s decision, Texas officials like Governor Greg Abbott and AG Ken Paxton say they’ll continue securing the border, and the Texas National Guard has already begun installing more razor wire.

“The Supreme Court’s temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America,” Paxton said.

“The destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe,” he added. “This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty.”

In his own statement, Texas Governor Greg Abbott called out Joe Biden and his regime for their deliberate failure to enforce immigration laws and for the violation of their oath of office. He also cited that he’s already declared the state to be under an invasion, meaning that Texas has a right to self-defense, regardless of the opinions of four female judges and John Roberts.

Widely hated former Republican House speaker Paul Ryan met with current Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, and many of the American people are expressing outrage at the apparent crooked dealing that Johnson is engaging in. Ryan is a well-known swamp rat and vice chairman of the Clinton-linked firm Teneo. Ryan scurries around acting as a board member of Rupert Murdoch’s Fox corporation, which oversees Fox News, which kiboshed President Donald Trump in election overtime and fired Tucker Carlson for telling the truth.

The populist backlash to the photo even made it into Newsweek. As Charlie Sheen would say…Winning! Arizona-based America Firster Josh Barnett was quoted in Newsweek. The photo appears to have been broken by Punchbowl’s Jake Sherman:

Paul Ryan is anti-Trump, calling President Trump a “populist, authoritarian narcissist” even though “populist” is not actually a bad thing. What is wrong with being a populist, Paul Ryan? Paul Ryan the establishment tool is evidently against the people.

This is not the first time that a Mike Johnson conversation pal has sparked scrutiny from the populist movement. Recently, Speaker Mike Johnson posted a photo of himself participating in “The Call” with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, further advertising the fact that Johnson is pledging subservience to Israel’s war effort, a war effort that could lead American troops into World War 3.

Mike Johnson’s first act as speaker was to pass a resolution affirming America’s support for Israel, which Thomas Massie voted against in a populist bid to slow down the heavily advancing war machine. Massie said that Johnson’s resolution affirms the need for American spending and could even lead to U.S. troops fighting on Israel’s behalf. 

The United States Military knew Maine shooting suspect Robert Card was experiencing mental health issues yet did not discharge him. Last Summer, Card was only hospitalized for a few weeks after threatening to attack a National Guard Base. Many are wondering how Card was allowed to be released after making such a serious threat. Instead of blaming the military, Congressional Democrat Leadership in the House is blaming the 2nd Amendment for the Maine shooting.

According to U.S. Military Court Martial Law, Article 115 makes it illegal for members of the armed services to make threats against U.S. military bases. The minimum punishment for service members found guilty of violating Article 115 is mandatory discharge followed by 10 years minimum of confinement.

Many are asking why the United States military did not court marshal Mr. Card following the threats he made against his colleagues. If Card had been court marshaled, Card would be sitting in jail on a military base instead of committing mass murder.

Instead of blaming the breakdown in the U.S. military bureaucracy, Democrat Congressional Leadership is blaming the 2nd Amendment for the Maine tragedy.

Democrat House Leader Hakeem Jeffries posted to X, “Heartbroken by the news of another deadly mass shooting in Lewiston. Praying hard for all of the families impacted by this tragedy. Congress must act to combat the gun violence epidemic and stop the carnage.”

Republican Leadership in the House has yet to point out that the United States military failure to court marshal Card played a significant role in the shooting. House Republicans would be wise to open an impeachment inquiry into Secretary of Defense Lloyd James Austin III over this incident. The buck in military leadership stops with the Secretary of Defense. It’s Austin’s responsibility to ensure a system is in place to jail military members like Card before American citizens are harmed.

As in countless other video clips recorded along the migrant trails to the United States, a vast majority of the train’s passengers appear to be fighting-age young men, not the desperate women and children that open borders advocates portray them to be.

Freedom Caucus Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) recently confirmed to National File that House conservatives are fighting for the impeachment of Biden DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkis, something that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has failed to act on thus far.

With Mayorkis, a former Obama appointee, at the helm of Biden’s Department of Homeland Security, estimates say that at least 5.5 million illegal aliens have crossed into the United States, with many of them being apprehended by Border Patrol only to be processed and released into the United States. This is in addition to the approximately 30 million illegals aliens who were already estimated to have been inside the United States when Joe Biden was installed in 2021.
