Armed J6 agitator John Emmanuel Banuelos has been arrested and charged with firing his handgun outside the Capitol building immediately before federal law enforcement turned on the crowd and plunged J6 into chaos, costing multiple American lives. Banuelos was exposed by West Virginia Congressional candidate Derrick Evans, himself a J6 Patriot, and the story was picked up by National File. Now, Big Tech is trying to credit the corporate media with breaking the story.

John Emmanuel Banuelos was arrested and charged with discharging his firearm outside the Capitol building, where he is alleged (having been identified on video) to have climbed up scaffolding amid the J6 demonstrations against election fraud before letting off two shots, in the moments immediately before the entire demonstration descended into chaos. The shots are believed by many to have served as an activation signal, for other malign elements that were present that day.

As National File has previously reported, it is admitted and well-known that armed feds were in the crowd on J6, wearing plain clothes, and some of them were even detained by the Capitol Police, but ultimately faced no charges.

Remarkably, this is just the latest arrest for Banuelos, who is being widely accused of having federal protection like Ray Epps, as he was previously arrested in Utah for the fatal stabbing of a teenager, only to have been released after claiming self-defense and telling the police that he played a role in J6.

“Man, should I just tell the FBI to come get me or what?” Banuellos asked the police in Salt Lake City.

What’s more, is that the FBI had footage of Banuelos and the gunshots for a whopping 3 years, but did nothing about it until he was exposed by Derrick Evans last month.

On X, after it was reported that Banuelos had been arrested, the Community Notes feature was again abused by leftists and corporate hacks, who falsely claimed that Derrick Evans “had nothing to do with breaking the story,” crediting NBC News with doing so.

This is despite the fact that NBC News itself credited Evans multiple times for revealing the “previously unseen video” footage in their own reports on Banuelos and the gunshots after Evans released a video (which has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times) going over the gunshot footage at length.

That video was then picked up by National File, while obviously giving proper credit to Derrick Evans, unlike many others who’ve attempted to take credit for it themselves, or, bury the story entirely.

Though the J6 narrative peddled by the uni-party and its corporate media apparatus has been disproven more times than we can count, here are three notable examples of times the story was blown out of the water.

#1 – Officer Brian Sicknick: 

In what was one of the earliest J6 propaganda items busted by independent research and inescapable reality, the corporate press and their uni-party allies sought to blame J6 demonstrators for the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who died more than 24 hours after the demonstration, on the night of January 7th, 2021, of a stroke.

In the days and weeks after the January 6th demonstrations, Trump supporters were accused of beating Sicknick, himself a supporter of the 45th President, to death with a fire extinguisher. Still, medical records and eyewitness testimony refuted the narrative, and video footage later published by Tucker Carlson showed that Sicknick was unharmed by demonstrators.

Bizarrely, after the Sicknick story was disproven, his family, rather than be relieved to know that their loved one hadn’t died at the hands of a murderer, said in a public statement that they were “outraged” by the news and called for Tucker Carlson to be “silenced” for reporting on it.

What’s more, is that in their public statement, the Sicknick family doubled down on their claims that Officer Sicknick was murdered by Trump supporters and mocked the death of J6 Patriot Ashli Babbitt, who actually was murdered on January 6th, by one of Sicknick’s co-workers!

#2 – Officer Harry A. Dunn; The Jussie Smollett of the Capitol Police

US Capitol Police Officer Harry A. Dunn, who has been tied to multiple Democrat politicians and J6 Committee members, including Rep. Nancy Pelosi, played a prominent role in the takedown of the Oath Keepers by claiming that he was a “victim” of the group on January 6th, publicly claiming that he was in fear for his life and under constant attack from a racist Oath Keeper-led mob he says was hurling slurs at him.

“What people have to realize is that I’m not only a police officer, but I’m a victim,” Dunn told The Hill in 2022 when the publication profiled his frequent appearances at J6 Committee hearings.

But, as National File has previously reported, much like the case of Officer Brian Sicknick or, more similarly, the hate hoax case of “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, Harry Dunn’s J6 reality is VASTLY different from his J6 fairytale:

According to a summary of Dunn’s FBI interview cited in [a] court filing, not only did the Oath Keepers defend Dunn and the U.S. Capitol building from violent agitators, but Dunn sought out the Oath Keepers for assistance, and let them know that certain elements of the crowd were attacking cops.

U.S. Capitol Police Officer Harry “Dunn informed all protestors they needed to leave and told the Oath Keepers that the protestors were fighting officers,” the FBI interview summary cited in the court filing reads.

The Oath Keepers didn’t just agree to help secure a portion of the building from a further breach, Dunn says, but they actually shielded him from violent agitators until riot cops with greater defenses arrived on the scene.

“The Oath Keepers advised Dunn they would help keep the protestors from the lower west terrace [outdoor] area. Dunn advised he allowed them to stand in front of him to help keep the protestors from getting down the stairs. Dunn left this area when he was relieved by USCP riot officers,” the FBI interview summary reads.

#3 – The Mission to Silence President Trump:

In the days and weeks immediately following the January 6th demonstrations, 45th President Trump, while still the sitting President of the United States, was systematically banned from Big Tech social media platforms, in a naked effort to silence him and, in turn, millions of Americans as they contested the 2020 Presidential Election.

At the heart of the massive anti-Trump censorship effort was the patent lie that Trump called for violence on January 6th, despite his multiple public calls for peace, most of which were stricken from the internet when his accounts were banned.

When President Trump’s X account was reinstated by Elon Musk in 2022, so too were the calls for peace, calm, and respect for law enforcement, including the Capitol Police.

President Trump’s fight to defeat the plot to use the phony J6 narrative to destroy him continues, however, as he prepares for a Washington, D.C. trial that Democrats and Biden persecutor Jack Smith are racing to get done before the 2024 Presidential Election, in what’s been slammed as a banana republic-style election interference scheme.

That case comes alongside several others in multiple jurisdictions, all of which have come at the hands of openly politically motivated anti-Trumpers.

Amid political and social tension, the 2024 presidential elections approach. Former President Donald Trump leads President Biden in almost every recent poll. However, the 45th president is contending with far-left ideologues that seek to keep him off the ballot.

On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court said it would take Trump’s case on whether he should be barred from the ballot under the 14th Amendment, reported The Hill.

A lower court ruled that Trump participated in insurrection by allegedly inciting the January 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol. However, the constitutional prohibition for holding office after a so-called “insurrection or rebellion” does not apply to the executive branch, according to the report.

Both Trump and his opposition are warring through appeals against the decision. Trump agreed with remaining on the state ballot but cited other issues. His attorneys told The Hill:

… The district court nonetheless made legal and factual findings wholly unsupported in the law, and these errors demand reviews—especially if the Petitioners in this matter also seek review of the sole dispositive issue upon which President Trump prevailed.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a liberal NGO, filed the suit against Trump for two independent and four republican Colorado voters, reported The Hill.

The 14th Amendment limits a person from holding “any office … under the United States” if they have been involved with an insurrection after taking the oath as “an officer of the United States” supporting the rule of law.

Furthermore, the 14th Amendment specifically omits the president and vice president from its list of federally-elected positions within the jurisdiction of this law. District Judge Sarah Wallace stated Trump was never an “officer of the United States” after citing the differences between the presidency and other federal officials. She also ruled the language of the amendment cannot be used to prevent the former president from being on the ballot, regardless of his actions on January 6.

CREW argued that “Section 3 of the 14th Amendment … excludes from federal or state office those who engaged in insurrection against the Constitution after previously taking an oath to support it.”

This is one of many unsuccessful attempts by liberal and leftist activist groups attempting to bar Trump from the ballot. Last week, Michigan appealed the case to its top court, which had already dismissed another 14th Amendment case earlier in November.

The AP reported that Court of Claims Judge James Redford rejected Trump’s role in the attack on the capitol, allowing him to remain on the ballot. Still, other appeals are likely to follow as the liberal group involved in the original appeal, Free Speech For People, plans to expedite any further actions.

Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida asked the Biden administration’s federal prison director Colette S. Peters about the political persecution of January 6 protester John Strand and about the plight of Owen Shroyer, the Infowars host who is being held at the FCI Oakdale prison in Louisiana for a supposed free speech “crime” stemming from the January 6 election integrity protest.

At the House Judiciary Committee, with Colette Peters testifying, Matt Gaetz highlighted January 6 defendants Owen Shroyer and John Strand. Shroyer was held in solitary confinement at his federal prison in Louisiana, FCI Oakdale, then he was reportedly put back in solitary confinement after getting out of the “hole” for a while. Shroyer is in prison right now serving a 60-day sentence.

National File reported on November 1: Infowars War Room host Owen Shroyer is back in solitary confinement, after briefly getting a respite from “the hole.” Owen Shroyer addressed his fans with his first speech from inside prison, which he recorded on a phone call after he was briefly released from solitary confinement. Shroyer spent his first week at the FCI Oakdale prison in Louisiana in solitary confinement, aka “The Hole,” after the prison blamed Coronavirus policy. Owen Shroyer is a free speech prisoner who stands accused of supposedly inspiring January 6 protesters. Shroyer said that he has been helped by “friendlies” as he stands for free speech on the inside (LISTEN TO OWEN SHROYER’S SPEECH HERE).

The informational account @OwenShroyer1776 reported Wednesday: “For reasons that are currently not 100% understood, Owen has been placed back into solitary confinement as of yesterday. We are keeping updates to a minimum until further notice.”

Owen Shroyer sounded strong and resilient when he addressed his fans on a phone call, prior to getting thrown back into the Hole.

“Ladies and gentlemen, Owen Shroyer here. This is the first time you are hearing from me since my speech incarceration, and I don’t really want to get into what’s going on here on the inside. I’m much more concerned about what’s going on out there. But I will say, I am finally out of my solitary confinement for a week, and I’m extremely blessed because your prayers have come through,” Owen Shroyer said, elaborating on his relative good fortune.

“Some friends helped me get through it with some conversations as well as getting me a digital radio. So I had some reach with the outside world. And I was also able to follow a bit of the news via some talk shows. And we have a TV here that I’m able to tune into on the FM dial as well. And they have newscasts up as well. And of course, I could sit here and talk about all the Biden crime family corruption that we’ve seen. The media that is obsessed with war propaganda and all the regular stuff. But that’s not what I want to bring to this message today,” Owen Shroyer said.

“I’ve just got done reading some of the mail that has been sent to me, and to try to express how important it is or what it means to me would simply be impossible. I do somehow plan to show you how grateful I am for that when I do get out of here. But I’ve got to say, my shirt has grown. I have to wear a double XL shirt now because my heart has grown so much from your fan mail. And also I’m now wearing double XL pants because well, I’ll just leave that up for your interpretation. But seriously, every single letter that’s sent to me, I read every word. Some of them I read twice or three times. I can’t tell you how much they mean to me,” Owen Shroyer said.

“When I’m tired, I get energy. When I’m hungry, I feel I am fed. And it’s all thanks to your letters. When you write them, you may not think I read them or they mean much to me, but trust me. I read them and they mean more than you could even imagine. Now again, I don’t want to get too much into what’s going on here, but I have been helped along the way by some friendlies. Today is my first day out. And so now my life on the outside, as it would seem, begins. Of course, that being hyperbolic since I’m still on the inside. But when you spend seven days in solitary, getting out and into a jail and being able to move feels like the outside. It was bitter cold today,” Shroyer said before he was briefly interrupted by a message announcing that the call is coming from a federal prison.

“It was sunny. It was sunny the entire time I was in. And then of course as soon as I get out it becomes rainy and freezing. But let me tell you, the 40 degrees wind and rain couldn’t have felt any more refreshing than it did when I stepped out today. Probably just as refreshing as the sun would have felt,” Owen Shroyer said.

“But we will reshare the information. I hope you keep the mail coming. They had to bring a wheelbarrow in for me just to receive it. I’m being facetious, but that was the joke the guards were making. So, my life on the outside of the inside begins today. Once again, I cannot thank you all enough for your letters. I’m not sure everything that’s going on out there, but hopefully it’s encouraging. Hopefully there’s some good news and maybe I’ll be able to get a little more informed now that I’m outside and have a little more access to news, television, and this phone call. And even though my time on the phone will be limited, I will be using it efficiently to try to reach out and send as many messages to you as possible. I do hope to pull the impossible and maybe something that’s never been done before: hosting a radio show from a federal prison. But we’ll work on that as I learn the flow of my life now on the outside. The countdown has begun. Your prayers mean everything. Your letters mean more than you can ever imagine. I’m eternally grateful, and I cannot wait until the day I return to being live on air with you: my friends, my family, and my fellow patriots. Godspeed and God bless,” Owen Shroyer said.

A while ago, we reported that legendary Infowars War Room host Owen Shroyer obtained books and a radio for while he stewed in the “hole” in federal prison in Louisiana, and he also received snacks from fellow inmates.

The @OwenShroyer1776 account, “Political Prisoner Owen Shroyer,” provided an update: “UPDATE: I have confirmed through a contact within FCI Oakdale that Owen is doing well. He was able to get a radio/books. Some inmates have passed along snacks. He’s scheduled to leave the SHU on Monday. Owen reiterated to please follow the rules when sending mail to avoid complications. Next week we plan to provide a direct update via recorded phone call. Date and time to be announced. #FreeOwen #FreeOwenShroyer”

In an address to his fans, taped right before he went into prison, Owen Shroyer said, “I promise that I’m never going to give up telling the truth. I’m never going to give up fighting for you.” Shroyer also called for his fans to use these 60 days to improve themselves as he tries to improve himself while incarcerated. What an inspiring message of positivity! Clearly, the fact that he is already getting snacks gifted to him by fellow inmates could be a hopeful optimistic sign.

Other patriots have undergone the torture of solitary confinement. When Baked Alaska emerged from his stint at the FCI Miami federal prison in Florida he gave his post-prison interview with NATIONAL FILE, and he described what it’s like in one of those “SHU (Special Housing Units).” Baked Alaska managed to get a copy of The Bible and a Game of Thrones book to get him through the experience. Guess how long Baked Alaska was in solitary confinement in Miami? Sixteen days!

“They take everything from you — no TV, no property, no radio, you can only shower 3 times a week, you can’t do commissary. You are locked down 24 hours a day. They escort you in handcuffs to even go to the shower. They enjoy torturing you in there. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done. The only way I made it through is God. My faith in The Bible,” Baked Alaska said of his time in solitary confinement at FCI Miami, where he claimed he was placed because an officer did not like his politics.

America Loves Owen Shroyer! Keep praying for Owen Shroyer, a free speech champion who deserves to climb many mountains in the future.

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy has the power to have the Contempt of Congress charges filed by Nancy Pelosi and her J6 Committee against Trump advisors Peter Navarros and Steve Bannon thrown out, and could do it so swiftly, that the charges would be gone within hours of McCarthy’s decision to act.

Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, two of 45th President Trump’s most well-known and highest-ranking advisors, were charged in 2021 and 2022 respectively by then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi with two counts each of Contempt of Congress. The charges came after Bannon and Navarro refused to turn over privileged communications to Peosi’s J6 Committee. 

Bannon has already been convicted on the charges and sentenced to 4 months in prison by a federal kangaroo court but is appealing the decision, while Navarro is slated to go on trial on September 5th. 

But under federal law and the United States Constitution, because the charges originated under former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, they could be tossed at the behest of Rep. Kevin McCarthy, the GOP’er who took Pelosi’s place after the House’s balance of power changed with the 2022 mid-terms. 

As Speaker of the House, McCarthy has the power to, at any moment, rescind Pelosi’s criminal referrals against Bannon and Navarro. 

Recently, National File legal contributor Ivan Raiklin joined John Himes on the One America News Network to break the situation down and explain how Kevin McCarthy could act today to have the politically motivated charges against Bannon and Navarro tossed. 

If McCarthy moves to rescind the phony charges against Bannon and Navarro, Raiklin explained, the charges could be dropped “immediately.” 

“It can happen before dinner, today, as we’re speaking here,” Raiklin said, before explaining the legal and constitutional footing for the maneuver. 

“The bottom line here is that the Congress is the body that did the criminal referral for contempt of Congress because they did not respond in the manner in which the Congress wanted as it applies to the J6 cover-up committee,” said Raiklin. 

“And so this current Congress can easily just go ahead and rescind that criminal referral so that then it becomes moot in the district court and the person that could easily do that is Speaker Kevin McCarthy.” 

“The same authority that initiated it is the same authority that can go ahead and pull it back. Based on new evidence or even, for that matter, Kevin McCarthy, Speaker McCarthy can call in those two individuals (Bannon and Navarro) to actually testify for a minute or two, maybe for 4 seconds, and then that would meet the threshold of complying with the subpoena so that the case in the federal district court would be moot,” Raiklin told OANN. 

“It could show that [Kevin McCarthy] is actually willing to stand up to the overreach of the previous Congress as well as the overreach that we’re seeing with the Department of Justice weaponizing their entire resources to go after their political opponents.” 

And if McCarthy were to take action, Raiklin added, “the next step would be for him to take an even bolder action where he would reconsider the criminal referrals for all of the J6 defendants in the collective depending on if they were just politically motivated.” 

“It’’s going to be abundantly clear, in my opinion, that what happened on January 6th was a manipulated, curated, political hit job,” said Raiklin.

Leftist infiltrator John Sullivan, known as “Jayden X,” was part of a coordinated operation which included Ray Epps to create chaos at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2020,  Jayden X’s brother James Sullivan told NATIONAL FILE in an exclusive interview.

Jayden X’s brother told NATIONAL FILE that Jayden X helped plan the January 6 chaos on “Antifa Discord servers,” that Jayden X previously worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to target his enemies, and that Jayden X was a member of Antifa groups that started riots elsewhere during social justice protests. 

WHY IT MATTERS

The Biden Department of Justice is working to convict Trump-backing protestors who were ensnared by what has been shown to be a federally involved Reichstag-style pretext to grab power in D.C. and nationally. 

Jayden X helped plan the January 6 “insurrection” on “Antifa Discord servers,” according to his brother.

Jayden X met up with controversial figure and suspected agent provocateur Ray Epps prior to the action at the Capitol, according to Jayden X’s brother.

James Sullivan claims that his brother John Sullivan pushed Ashli Babbitt through the window, setting the stage for her demise at the hands of officer Byrd.

The Creative Artists Agency, a well-known Deep State cut-out, was involved with both Sullivan brothers by way of ‘photojournalist’ Jade Sacker.

Jayden X is seen on camera passing out long metal rods to different protestors encouraging them to go and break into the Capitol building.

In a wide-ranging article with NATIONAL FILE’s Alicia Powe, Jayden X’s brother John Sullivan lifted the veil on the family strife between the far-left Jayden X and himself. Their family schism ended up the subject of a CAA-backed documentary, which debuted earlier this year.

According to the conservative Sullivan, leftists plotted in private messages on burner phones and on Discord to distribute Trump hats to fellow leftists to falsely smear Trump supporters as being violent, even leading to the eventual death of Ashli Babbitt. 

Jayden X also met up with controversial figure and suspected agent provocateur Ray Epps prior to the action at the Capitol, according to Jayden X’s brother.

“I know that John pushed her (Ashli Babbitt) through, into the window when they got into the Capitol and I know that he had pushed her up to the front,” James Sullivan told NATIONAL FILE, referring to his brother “John,” aka “Jayden X.” Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by a Capitol Police officer during the January 6 melee.

“He had corresponded with CNN and MSNBC and a couple of other news organizations showing them the Discord servers that he was a part of that were basically. I know that people say they don’t exist, but Antifa Discord servers where they were planning January 6,” James Sullivan said, referring to his brother.

“John was also part of the Discord servers in Kenosha and in Minneapolis where Antifa would go in and they would basically take advantage of the emotional state of, you know, Black Lives Matter and then ignite a riot. And their goal, ultimate goal, is to show that the Republic that we’re living under was not enough to keep peace and we need socialism. So their goal is to show that our Republic is weak. And John had done that all summer long and then when he did it at January 6 at the Capitol, no one bats an eye!…It was all planned. The entire thing was planned,” James Sullivan told NATIONAL FILE.

Sullivan has been in touch with attorneys in an effort to thwart what he sees as his brother Jayden X’s violent, dangerous behavior.

“A lot of people don’t know but Michael Sanchez, who was a member of Antifa from Portland, was arrested at the Capitol…we have literal evidence that it was pre-orchestrated,” James Sullivan said.

“So, from what I know is that Ray Epps and my brother John had met up prior to going to the Freedom Plaza. And they were at, if you look at the video of Ray Epps…you see John right next to him,” James Sullivan said.

Jayden X, who has so far dodged all criminal prosecutions related to his involvement with J6, has now managed to snag himself a job as a foreign war correspondent.

“John goes back and forth from the U.S. to the Ukraine…So the reason Black Lives Matter Utah got crippled, is because of John. When they basically outcasted him, he worked with the FBI to get a lot of their leaders arrested and charged. But he did that out of spite and because they kicked him out of the movement,” James Sullivan said, confirming that his brother worked with the Feds.

James Sullivan also spoke of Jade Sacker, the self-described CAA photojournalist who went to the January 6 protest with Jayden X.

“When J6 happened, Jade went with John to Kenosha, to Minneapolis, to Portland, like all over the country. And when she went to J6 with him, all he was telling her is that “this is going to happen, this is going to happen, this is going to happen. Something big is gonna happen in the Capitol. Something big’s gonna happen at the Capitol.” And then Jade…John had an Adderall addiction, so Jade actually gave him a little bit of alcohol, and on camera the reason she didn’t get arrested is she has him on-camera saying that, showing her the Discord servers, the private chats that he has, the burner phone text messages of where they’re going to distribute, like, Trump hats and stuff to the different members of…she has it all on camera,” James Sullivan said.

Clearly, the mainstream media is not telling the American people the truth about the real events of January 6. Citizens and independent journalists must keep up the pressure to get the real truth out to the world.

John Sullivan, the militant Antifa leader known as Jayden X, coordinated with Ray Epps in an operation to create chaos at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, Jayden X’s brother James Sullivan cautioned in an exclusive interview with National File.  

“We have him on video — literally saying, ‘I have a knife! I have a knife!’ There [are] other videos of him passing out like long metal rods to different J6ers, telling them, ‘Just go up there and do that,’ ‘Go up there and do this.’

Asked whether Air Force veteran Ashi Babbitt’s death was part of an orchestrated plan, James began urgently divulging information describing how his brother John’s militant radical socialist ideology led him to coordinating a terror attack during the January 6 certification of the electoral vote.     

“I know that John pushed her [Ashli Babbitt] through into the window when they got into the Capitol and I know that he had pushed her up to the front,” James Sullivan told this reporter.  

“[Jayden X] was quoted by Sky News and a couple other media outlets to get sensational footage on January 6,” James Sullivan said. 

Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by Lt. Michael Byrd, a Capitol police officer, during the January 6 melee. So far, Byrd has faced no disciplinary action for the murder, was subsequently provided special housing by the government and was reportedly promoted to Captain after shooting Babbitt dead in broad day light.  

Jayden X was paid approximately $90,000 by at least three media outlets for footage of Babbitt’s death, according to reports. CNN paid the Insurgence USA leader $35,000 for “eyewitness footage of the shooting at Capitol Hill on 01/06/21.”  

It remains on unclear whether CNN made the payment to Sullivan before or after the shooting transpired.

Criminal charges against CNN for its role in the Capitol riot have been suppressed by the Biden administration. A copy of the check and Sullivan’s bank statement showing the date and time of the deposit has also been sealed.  

Jayden X helped plan the January 6 “insurrection” on “Antifa Discord servers,” James Sullivan explained.

“[John] had corresponded with CNN, and MSN, MSNBC, and a couple other news organizations showing them the discord servers that he was a part of that were basically — I know that people say they don’t exist — but Antifa Discord servers were there planning January 6,” he said, detailing his brother’s elaborate January 6 scheme.  

Jade Sacker, a journalist that was contracted by CAA to make documentary about Jayden X, traveled with the Insurgence USA founder around the country throughout 2020 and during the Capitol riot.  

Jayden X met up with controversial figure and suspected agent provocateur Ray Epps prior to the action at the Capitol, according to Jayden X’s brother. 

“So, from what I know is that Ray Epps and my brother John had met up prior to going to the Freedom Plaza. And they were at, if you look at the video of Ray Epps…you see John right next to him,” James Sullivan said. 

Prior to January, Sacker allegedly began secretly recording Sullivan as he coordinated a “’Terriotest’ group plan to storm the Capitol,” a plan to entrap conservatives of which Ray Epps would “show him the ropes,” James Sullivan explained:  

The thing with Ray Epps is, Jade said that she didn’t really know who he was until after the fact, that she thought it was weird that John was talking to an old man. She didn’t know, she kept asking, ‘Who is this guy? Who is this guy?’ But they met before, the night before January 6. They met in front of the Hamilton hotel. 

“We not only had the footage from Jade, but there’s also CCTV footage that she was able to get ahold of, or just ask for, and they gave it to [her]. They wanted to be part of — they consented to be part of the of the [documentary].  

Jayden X ‘had met with him about an hour before everyone was in Freedom Plaza, you know, rallying and stuff and getting amped for the next day. And when Ray Epps was in the plaza, saying that, ‘we should go storm the Capitol, you know, just sounding absolutely autistic …John is right next to him. He’s following him around.”  

From what Jade told me, Ray said that he would “show John the ropes and what needed to be done.” And then after that, you just had him on camera, like walking with Ray from Hamilton to freedom Plaza. And yeah, so like, it’s, it’s all connected. It’s not really a conspiracy. It’s more of like, conservatives as conservatives, we work we work together, right? We work together, we collaborate, we get things done. The left does the same thing. For people to say that that doesn’t happen is just it’s ignorant.” 

Leftists plotted in private messages to distribute Trump hats to fellow leftists to falsely smear Trump supporters as being violent. 

“He was also passing out Trump hats. There’s video of him passing on Trump hats to, to different Antifa members showing up at West side of the Capitol, thirty minutes before the Trump supporters even got there.” 

James Sullivan admitted that he is working with a government task force to put his brother behind bars because he to stop him from “hurting more people” and because he is a “psychopath.”  

Jayden X’s trial is slated for the Fall and “I’ll be a part of it,” he said. “We have footage of him being on the Zoom calls just from Jade’s footage —  he trusted her a lot. She has footage of him being on the Zoom calls a week prior to January 6 where they discussed the opportunities that he could have taken on December 12, the first time — that, you know, the Patriots went to the Capitol.  

“They were basically saying, ‘this is where they went, Freedom Plaza,’ ‘This is where we could ignite anarchy,’ ‘This is where we could get them to slip up,’ ‘We need to have  our camera people here and here.’ On January 6, they had 16 cameramen that were on all sides of the Capitol that were solely there just to catch patriots — slip up. 

To get any type of dialogue. John had one [camera] on him and then he also had Jade Sacker recording him and she got him pushing Ashley Babbitt to the front of the crowd, and he was directly behind her.  

She has him passing out metal poles that have this special silver ball that’s made for, like, breaking windows, passing [them] off to people so they could break windows to get into different offices. And she has him basically laughing at Ashli – she has the footage of Ashli Babbitt dying, but she has the footage of him laughing at her dying on camera. So, it’s sickening! You can watch it.” 

James warns Jayden X, founder of Insurgence USA, worked as an informant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation prior to January 6 in an effort to target his enemies. 

Insurgence USA, a social justice group he founded that calls itself anti-fascist and protests police brutality. 

Jayden X was part of Antifa groups that started riots elsewhere during social justice protests, James explained.  

“John was also part of discord servers in Kenosha and in Minneapolis, where Antifa would go in and they would basically take advantage of the emotional state of Black Lives Matter and then ignite a riot,” he said. “And their ultimate goal, ultimate goal, was to show that the republic that we’re living under was not enough to keep peace and we needed socialism.  

“So, their goal is to show that our republic is weak. John had done that all summer long. And then we did he did it on January 6 at the Capitol, no one bats an eye.” 

J6 defendants, particularly those who had national prominence or positions of leadership prior to the Capitol riot have been terrorized by the FBI, face lengthy prison sentences, have been tortured in pretrial detention and may be given longer sentences for speaking out or fundraising to pay for their exorbitant legal fees. 

The leaders of the Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl and Ethan Nordean were found guilty of “seditious conspiracy” by an Antifa-supporting jury on May 4.

Each of the defendants are facing the stiffest prison sentences of any J6 defendant to date. Tarrio was not in Washington D.C., during the Capitol riot while Biggs, Nordean and Rehl committed no violent crimes on January 6, walked through the Capitol building for approximately 20 minutes, took pictures and left.  

The only plan January 6 plan disseminated amongst the Proud Boys leading up to January 6 was “The 1776 Returns” document, which was created by the FBI and distributed to the group’s members nationwide.  

The prosecution is seeking 33 years in prison for Tarrio and Biggs, 30 years for Rehl and 27 years for Nordean.  

Sullivan was arrested by the FBI hours after this reporter obtained footage from Sullivan’s discord server which revealed he disguised himself as a Trump supporter while breaking multiple federal laws. 

In stark contrast to how the laws are being applied to the Proud Boys, Jayden X spent just one night in prison.  

As this reported confirmed in June, not only is Jayden X not in jail, but he is currently working as a war correspondent in the Ukraine for the Ukrainian government.  

On January 6, Sullivan helped a trespasser scale a wall leading up to an entrance of the Capitol, an affidavit alleges. He then entered the Capitol through a window that had been smashed by one of the more violent agitators.  

Sullivan, “according to his own video footage, apparently exhorted others to ‘burn this shit down,’ ‘break that shit,’ and — amid the smashing of the speaker’s lobby doors — ‘Go! Go! Get this shit’ He celebrated the breach of the Capitol as ‘revolutionary history.’ He boasted of how ‘it’s only a little jail time … I do this all the time,’ assistant U.S. attorney Candice Wong wrote in court documents.  

Sullivan now faces a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, related to the riot. 

The Department of Justice has yet to provide comment about who authorized Jayden X to leave the country.

Sullivan maintains that he is a journalist for his website Insurgence USA — and his defense attorney filed invoices for the $35,000 that NBC News and CNN each apparently paid for rights to use the videos. 

Sullivan had previously faced a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, related to the riot. 

A Utah man who faces federal criminal charges for his alleged actions during the U.S. Capitol riot sold video of the incursion to major news outlets for thousands of dollars. 

CNN and NBC each paid John Sullivan $35,000 for footage he captured outside and inside the building on Jan. 6, including the deadly shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt by a U.S. Capitol Police officer, according to a recent filing in U.S. District Court in Washington. 

The nonexclusive agreement with CNN was specifically for “eyewitness video of the shooting at Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021, for use from Jan. 6 to Jan. 13. 

In addition, Australian Broadcasting Corp. paid Sullivan $2,375 for his video. 

The court filing also includes the copy of an unsigned agreement with Left/Right LLC, a New York-based production company, for $5,000 to use footage of the siege at the Capitol in a program tentatively titled, “The Circus: The Greatest Political Show on Earth.”

But the feds allege in a criminal complaint that Sullivan was actively participating in and encouraging the siege. 

As throngs of President Donald Trump supporters stormed the building, Sullivan helped one of the trespassers scale a wall leading up to an entrance of the Capitol, an affidavit alleges. 

As he recorded footage inside the building, Sullivan allegedly said, “we gotta get this s—t burned.” 

“It’s our house, motherf—kers. We are getting this s–t,” he added. 

Prosecutors contend Sullivan was not a bystander but a “brazen, vocal” participant in the riot. 

“The defendant, according to his own video footage, apparently exhorted others to ‘burn this (expletive) down,’ ‘break that (expletive),’ and — amid the smashing of the speaker’s lobby doors — ‘Go! Go! Get this (expletive)!’ He celebrated the breach of the Capitol as ‘revolutionary history.’ He boasted of how ‘it’s only a little jail time … I do this all the time,’ assistant U.S. attorney Candice Wong wrote in court documents.  

Still recording, Sullivan moved with the crowd to outside the Speaker’s Lobby, where agitators faced off with police officers who were securing a doorway. 

He then captured an officer fatally shoot Ashli Babbitt as she attempted to climb through a broken window that was being guarded by the officers — footage he sold to several news networks. 

Sullivan was arrested soon after the riot and indicted by a grand jury last week on six charges, including obstruction of an official proceeding, civil disorder and disorderly conduct. This reporter discord server.

“We have him on video — literally saying, ‘I have a knife! I have a knife!’ There [are] other videos of him passing out like long metal rods to different J6ers, telling them, ‘Just go up there and do that,’ ‘Go up there and do this.’ 

According to a recent account of the events, a key witness in the Proud Boys’ trial was wrongfully framed as an FBI informant and was removed from the trial. Now, the jury is deliberating to decide the fate of the Proud Boys, who’ve been charged with the obscure, Civil War-era offense of “seditious conspiracy.” 

The witness, Jen Loh, who assisted the FBI for several years with information about Antifa, says she never provided information about the Proud Boys, or the ongoing case, despite claims by the prosecution and some media outlets. 

Many believe that the accusation that Loh was an FBI informant had been strategically made in order to prevent the defense’s ability to effectively defend the Proud Boys.

The witness stated that the FBI offered to pay for camera security in 2021 after she reported threats made by Antifa, a domestic terrorist group.

Jen Loh claims that the FBI asked her for a signature on the documentation and accepted cash. She didn’t realize this would classify Jen as a Confidential Human Source. “I didn’t realize at the time that this was going to be classified as a Confidential Human Source (CHS),” she stated.

“They asked me about the Proud Boys in conversation a few times, but more in a passing way. All I ever told them was that they were good people who were often misunderstood due to what the media or the SPLC reports on them. I have never said anything negative about them.”

Despite the efforts of the prosecution team to prevent her from testifying, she was scheduled to do so. Just 12 hours before she was to testify, the prosecution revealed that she was a CHS. This caused panic amongst the defense team.

This unexpected revelation hindered the defense team’s ability effectively defend Proud Boys as they scrambled for information that she may have shared with the government. The agent confirmed she had not discussed the case with the Proud Boys, and a court transcript backed up this statement.

“The government has clearly set out to frame patriotic Americans in order to further their own agenda. They’re willing to do whatever it takes to achieve this.” They’ve even gone so far as excluding witnesses who could exonerate the accused and paint a clearer picture of what occurred on January 6th,” stated an anonymous “Jane Doe” supporting the witness.

“This trial is a kangaroo court, and the American public deserves better.” It’s time to stop the games and be transparent about government actions.

In their rush to publish the story, many conservative news organizations published the allegations before they had been properly confirmed. Jim Hoft, the Gateway Pundit’s top reporter, ran the story before verifying the facts, as did Julie Kelly of American Greatness. This click-crazed rush fueled misinformation and contributed to the witness’s fallout.

The defense team decided to call her as a testifying witness. However, the night before she was scheduled to appear, the prosecution released footage of her in the VIP section, with Oath Keepers standing behind her.

She was questioned by the defense team about her relationship with Oath Keepers. She replied that she didn’t know them, but she had met Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers, after January 6th. The defense team decided that it was too dangerous to put her on the stand and released her.

Loh expressed regret over the situation, telling National File that “I wanted to help as much as I could and this is what happened.”
