The GOP-controlled North Carolina State Senate has been sitting on legislation for more than a year that would make it illegal for transplant centers and medical practitioners to discriminate against those “unvaccinated” against COVID-19 by denying them life-saving organ transplants.

Yulia’s Law passed the North Carolina House of Representatives by a vote of 91-24 on May 2nd, 2023, but has been stuck in the GOP-controlled North Carolina State Senate ever since, with Senate Rules Committee Chairman Bill Rabon refusing to move it forward.

Under the legislation, which is officially known as HB 586 in the House and SB 644 in the Senate, hospitals and transplant centers in North Carolina would be barred from denying life-saving transplants to patients based on their COVID “vaccination” status.

The bill is named for an unjabbed teenage girl named Yulia, who was adopted from Ukraine as an orphan by a U.S. Army family. Amid the COVID “pandemic” and the push for mRNA jab mandates, Yulia suffered kidney failure due to a genetic condition and was in life-or-death need of a kidney transplant.

She spent well over a year on dialysis, fighting for her life, but still, she was denied medical treatment by North Carolina’s Duke University Hospital, because she had not been “vaccinated” against COVID, even though taking the “vaccine,” which ranks as the deadliest in human history, could have put her life at an even greater risk.

Duke’s refusal to operate on Yulia nearly killed her, and it forced her family to absorb the massive medical and travel costs associated with seeking treatment elsewhere.

Last year, thanks to an outpouring of prayer and support, Yulia was able to receive a transplant at East Carolina University and begin the road to a full recovery, but nothing is stopping Duke, or any other hospital in the state for that matter, from abusing and even killing others through medical discrimination, which is why passing Yulia’s Law is so important to so many people.

Yulia’s adopted American parents, Chrissy and Lee Hicks, have been fighting for the passage of Yulia’s Law for over a year, but the North Carolina State Senate has refused to move on it.

What’s more, is that a crooked attorney who promised to help get the family and other potential victims justice in court ripped the family off, by taking their money and then refusing to move on the lawsuit until the legislation is passed.

But the Hicks family is not giving up on their fight to pass Yulia’s Law and hold Duke University accountable for its discrimination against an unjabbed child and they are asking supporters to email members of the State Senate to get the bill passed.

Background: Duke University Refuses Kidney Transplant To Dying Girl For Refusing COVID Vaccine

Daily Wire co-founder and CEO Jeremy Boreing said that Covid jabs are the “greatest scientific achievement of our lifetime” in a 2021 tweet.

“The covid vaccines are likely the greatest scientific achievement of our lifetimes,” Boreing wrote in a 2021 post to Twitter (now X), before floating the idea of “require[ing] everyone to get one,” were he a “miserable f*cking tyrant.”

That tweet came in response to another in which he described himself as “pro-vaccine,” but conceded that “Vaccine mandates are tyranny.”

Boreing echoed the sentiments of his tweet calling the jab the “greatest scientific achievement of our lifetimes” in another post he made a few weeks, again describing himself as “very pro-vaccine” and writing that if he were “Supreme Ruler” he would “force you all to get it,” though again conceding that doing so would be tyrannical, but “Not because you’re right about the vaccine.”

Though Boreing’s old pro-jab tweets have made waves and attracted criticism after resurfacing, he’s not the only Daily Wire big wig to have enthusiastically backed the deadliest “vaccine” in human history, which has been identified repeatedly as a bioweapon.

Boreing’s fellow Daily Wire co-founder, Ben Shapiro, who’s often cast as the face of the company, also backed the jab and mocked the intelligence of those who didn’t rush out to get it.

“The vaccine is 95% effective in preventing you from getting the virus, and also mitigates the severity of the disease” Shapiro claimed in 2020, poo-pooing the idea that the immune system had a higher success rate in combatting Covid than the so-called vaccine ever did.

“In other words, get the vaccine, dopes,” Shapiro added.

But as the massive wave of death and severe “vaccine”-related injuries associated with the Covid shot roll-out has mounted, Shapiro has changed his tune.

In the years since he endorsed the Covid jab and mocked jab skeptics, Shapiro has tried to interlope as a jab skeptic himself, much like he’s tried to interlope as a Trump supporter after being a Never Trump ringleader in 2016.

In a 2022 episode of the Ben Shapiro Show, Shapiro lamented the “theys” of the world for “lying” about the efficacy and risks of Covid jabs and added that “young people paid the price” for the lies he parroted himself.

“The Biden White House knew early that vaccines did not prevent Covid transmission,” Shapiro said on the broadcast, trying to pin the same regurgitated big pharma talking points he was espousing before on Democrats and the left-wing press.

A former Pfizer employee-turned-whistleblower joined the Stew Peters Show to discuss the undercover footage he recorded of Pfizer scientists admitting the lethal risks of the COVID death jab and mRNA technology and went on to reveal on air that the story was spiked by James O’Keefe and Project Veritas over fears that it violated a misdemeanor recording law.

Ex-Pfizer employee Justin Leslie revealed on the Stew Peters Show that undercover footage he recorded in 2021 was spiked by Project Veritas and James O’Keefe, over their fears that the footage could violate a misdemeanor recording law. In spiking the footage, O’Keefe and Veritas assisted Pfizer in concealing the truth about COVID jabs, helping to ensure that the shots, which have repeatedly been identified as a deadly mRNA bioweapon, were injected in as many as possible, worldwide.

In Leslie’s footage, which can be viewed in the Stew Peters Show segment attached below, Pfizer scientists admitted that they had serious concerns about releasing the jab and of the deadly repercussions it could have on mankind, but they refused to come forward and make their evidence-backed concerns known.

One scientist admitted that the shot’s roll-out was a massive medical study on how mRNA shots interact with humans, while another predicted that people’s hearts would abruptly stop after receiving the jabs. He went on to describe how Pfizer would use the same aggressive sales and marketing tactics as junk food vendors and other American corporations, to convince the American People, and the people of the world, that they’d need to continue receiving COVID jabs for years to come, even after the end of the so-called pandemic.

“My story was ultimately struck down by Project Veritas and James O’Keefe,” Justin Leslie told Stew Peters, before also revealing during the interview that James O’Keefe was a guest at the infamous Bohemian Grove, as recently as THIS YEAR!

“They strung me along for two and a half months of doing the undercover work I was doing on the inside of Pfizer and they came up with the excuse that I was breaking the law,” Leslie went on, explaining that Project Veritas and O’Keefe expressed fears that he was violating Massachusetts recording consent laws, despite the fact that they gave him the recording equipment and told to gather the information.

“I was witnessing crimes against humanity,” Leslie told Peters.

“For two and half months while they delayed you, millions of people, kids, were dying!” Peters said.

In the explosive segment, Leslie went on to reveal that he’d obtained “bombshell” information from Pfizer Executive Vice President Nick Warne, who told Leslie “how he gamed the FDA by lying by omission” to force the “Pfizer vaccine roll-out for 5 to 11 years olds.”

“In a meeting on November 4th, I met with this guy after he had successfully approved the emergency use authorization for the childhood vaccine,” Leslie explained, before revealing how Pfizer scientists and executives rigged and manipulated their vaccine studies to gain federal approval, even as Pfizer scientists knew that they were putting the lives of millions of people on the chopping block.

After more than 200 COVID-19 vaccinations, a German man reportedly showed zero side effects, according to researchers.

The scientific journal The Lancet published the findings this week, showing a 62-year-old man from Magdeburg, Germany, receiving 217 SAR-CoV-2 vaccines within 29 months.

According to The Hill, researchers said the man vaxxed himself outside of the clinical study and against recommendations. The researchers referred to the man’s status as a “hypervaccination,” reportedly showing no side effects but also no significant improvement in his general immune response.

The Hill noted that a public prosecutor was seeking an investigation, claiming fraud, however, no charges were filed. Given his double-hundred vaccination status, the researchers requested the anonymous man to review his immunological response.

The report states that he has not tested positive for COVID-19 since the trial began back in May 2022. The study did find that the man had more T cells than those who had received three vaccinations. This has confused the researchers, who were unable to see the efficacy of the shot. They could not determine whether the initial dosage prevented him from testing positive for COVID-19 or if the surplus of additional shots played a part.

The shots were given to the man between June 2021 and Nov. 2023, according to The Hill. The prosecutor confirmed that a whopping 134 vaccinations were legally administered at the center, while another 83 were self-reported.

The man reportedly received a variation of shots from the mRNA vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech. But, he had also juiced up on Johnson & Johnson along with a Sanofi booster shot.

The Hill noted that the researchers “do not endorse hypervaccination as a strategy to enhance adaptive immunity.”

CNN broke the original story and reported that the man was arrested in March 2022 when authorities discovered suspicious vaccination cards being sold and exchanged. He was trying to profit from the lockdowns and the overly tyrannical requirements of proof of vaccinations.

Multi-jabbed Republican Carol Miller (WV-1) supported Joe Biden’s Department of Defense COVID jab mandate that was directly responsible for a massive increase in sudden deaths, miscarriages, and other serious health defects among American servicemembers.

Carol Miller voted in 2022 for the more than $1.5 trillion omnibus spending bill that funded and affirmed the Biden Administration’s deadly jab mandate on military members and federal workers, long after it became clear that the COVID jabs were ineffective and deadly.

Though the mandate was later struck down by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional, the damage was already done, and servicemembers who refused to comply with the mandate had their lives destroyed – while scores of those who did comply were left with severe health issues.

And the jab mandate wasn’t the only form of COVID tyranny that Miller supported, as she also backed extended lockdowns and forced masking – and she even profited off of the COVID mayhem!

In July 2020, Miller’s husband, Matt Miller, purchased more than $50,000 worth of shares in Abbott Laboratories, the COVID test producer that was also largely responsible for a widespread shortage in baby formula, that just so happened to coincide with the lockdowns.

Unsurprisingly, Miller refused to discuss her family’s COVID profits with the media.

She did, however, discuss her disdain for the unjabbed.

In a December 2021 interview with West Virginia’s Eyewitness News, Miller said that she had already been jabbed twice with the COVID “vaccine” and was planning to be jabbed at least once more, in the form of a “booster” shot.

She also advised pro-jab West Virginians to steer clear of their unjabbed counterparts, echoing much of the segregationist sentiment that was directed toward millions of Americans throughout the so-called pandemic and continues to this day.

“I chose to have two vaccines. I’m going to get my booster as well,” Miller said.

Two years ago, nationally syndicated TV news host Stew Peters and Pfizer whistleblower Karen Kingston revealed that ex-NIH Director, Dr. Anthony Fauci, paid millions of dollars to fund gain of function research and bioweapons development in Communist China and elsewhere ahead of, AND DURING, the COVID-19 “pandemic” that evolved into the deadliest “vaccination” spree in human history, as civil liberties around the globe were crushed.

Dr. Anthony “Tony” Fauci spent 14 hours this week testifying before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, as lawmakers appeared to continue what’s largely been a dog and pony show, looking to glean information on Fauci’s involvement with gain of function research and bioweapon development that Stew Peters and Karen Kingston already revealed to the world, on January 14th, 2022.

It was then, that Peters and Kingston exclusively broke the news that Fauci had dumped millions of dollars into the illegal research, and was continuing to do so as the bat coronaviruses his labs were working with were blamed for a disease outbreak that the global public was told was so severe, that their entire ways of life needed to be shut down indefinitely.

“In his letter to the Inspector General, former DARPA fellow, Major Joseph Murphy claimed that after DARPA rejected [Peter Daszak’s] EcoHealth Alliance proposal to do dangerous and illegal gain of function research on bat coronaviruses, EcoHealth went to Tony Fauci and got his agency directly, at the NIH, to fund the research instead,” Peters reported on his Stew Peters Show news program, a whopping 2 years ago.

“Karen Kingston did her own research, and she says that she’s found direct evidence that starting in 2017, Dr. Fauci paid millions of dollars to EcoHealth Alliance for gain of function research, just as Murphy claimed,” Peters went on.

“[Kingston] also says that she’s found evidence that Fauci collected more than $11 million in funding for research on the HIV virus. And she says that she found, even now, still to this day, Fauci is funneling millions of dollars to EcoHealth and other organizations to perform research on bat and other coronaviruses.”

“Fauci funded EcoHealth Alliance nearly $2 million between 2017 and 2019 to ‘research’ the emergence of bat coronavirus pandemic threats,” Kingston told Peters in 2022.

On Tuesday’s broadcast of the Stew Peters Show, after Fauci spent two days testifying before Congress, Kingston joined Peters to recap the news they’d broken two years ago and update the audience on her continued work.

“So these Congressional hearings, why are we doing this?” Peters asked.

“I’m not sure why they’re doing the Congressional hearings because Dr. Fauci, in my opinion, is a psychopath, and he’s been caught in a crime. He’s not going to confess to the crime,” replied Kingston.

“Two years ago, it was January 14th, 2022, Fauci was lying in front of Congress saying ‘I don’t fund any research out of Wuhan Institute of Virology for the gain of function bat coronaviruses’,” Kingston went on.

“You specifically asked me to look for the evidence,” she said to Peters.

“I went to the grant database and searched for bat coronaviruses,” she recounted, “and found Fauci was writing checks to EcoHealth Alliance for the development of the chimeric gain of function viruses, which we also disclosed were not just biological in nature, they used nanoparticle technology.”

“We disclosed that on January 14th, 2022,” said Kingston.

“We disclosed that Fauci also wrote over $17 million to Duke University to Barton Haynes to do PAN Data, so, multi-species coronavirus weaponized synthetic pathogens, a $17 million grant we found,” she went on.

“And we also exposed during that interview, that Fauci paid himself…$53 million to figure out how to make HIV glycoprotein 120, the HIV envelope, more infectious, more virulent, and then how to synthetically and genetically incorporate it into airborne pathogens, and then he patented that, as well as in pathogens you can inject.”

“We have all the smoking guns,” said Kingston.

Mask mandates have returned to New York City’s public health facilities to kick off 2024 as one of the most jabbed cities on earth claims to be experiencing a Covid-19 surge, a full four years removed from the start of the “pandemic” but conveniently less than a year before the next presidential election.

People will be forced to wear a mask to enter the “patient areas” of New York City’s 11 public hospitals and all of the nursing homes and health clinics also run by the New York City Health and Hospital Corporation, a government entity.

The new mask mandate comes as the city not only hypes up fears around Covid but around influenza and “RSV”, a mild respiratory virus that’s received huge publicity in recent years and has been seized upon by governments and their “health” partners to push new “vaccines” and restrict civil liberties.

The return of the mask mandates comes despite even Dr. Fauci having admitted that masks don’t effectively stop the spread of disease and, in many cases, can make people more sick or lead to serious health problems, both physically and psychologically.

The return of mask mandates in New York City comes as several other deep blue locales turn back the clock to 2020 as well, conveniently just 11 months before Americans are set to go to the polls and vote for a new President.

In nearby Massachusetts, the Berkshire Health System has announced a return of its mask mandate, while in Illinois, the state’s Department of Public Health “recommended” last month that mask mandates return to hospitals and other medical facilities. According to local media reports, a multitude of Chicago-based health systems have seized upon the recommendation to bring back mandatory face coverings.

On the other side of the country, New York’s deep blue counterpart of California has also begun bringing back mask mandates in numerous healthcare facilities, and at least one local government, in Yolo County, is “recommending” that citizens mask up every time they leave the house.

A British Airways crew member collapsed and died suddenly in front of a “busy” plane full of passengers as it prepared to depart from London Heathrow Airport en route to Hong Kong just ahead of the Christmas holiday. The crewmember was the first of two to die suddenly, with a colleague being found dead in his hotel room just days later.

The 52-year-old British Airways flight steward who died suddenly as his flight prepared to depart London to Hong Kong is thus far unnamed, and a cause of death has not been announced, as is the case with his colleague, who was found dead in his Newark, New Jersey hotel room on December, 23rd, prompting the rest of the crew to be flown back home.

The sudden deaths of the British Airways crew members are just the latest in what’s become an epidemic among those in the aviation field. Doctors and other experts have attributed the death wave to widespread Covid “vaccination” among aviators and flight crews, thanks to the cross-border nature of their professions and the Covid jab mandates established by many airlines, as well as the taxing nature of frequent flights on the cardiovascular system, considering that Covid jabs have been found to attack the human heart.

Notably, British Airways does not appear to have a Covid jab mandate for its employees, but the flight crew of both deceased British Airways employees did, obviously, fly internationally.

“Our thoughts are with our colleagues’ family and friends at this difficult time,” British Airways told the UK Sun, the British publication that broke the stories of the crew member deaths to the public.

“Crew are frantic,” a “source” reportedly told The Sun.

“These were two healthy people who suddenly dropped dead. There were no reported underlying health issues.”

“The crew were family men, and leave devastated families in shock and disbelief.

“It has been a traumatic festive period for [British Airway’s flying team. Everyone is deeply upset.”

“Friends” actor Matthew Perry, who sold merchandise boasting about being as jabbed as possible, died suddenly on Saturday, October 28th, after reportedly suffering from cardiac arrest and drowning in his hot tub. He was 54 years old.

According to a TMZ report that’s been cited by numerous media outlets, “Authorities responded to reports of a cardiac arrest at an L.A.-area home where [Matthew] Perry was located.” When they arrived on the scene, they found the “Friends” actor dead, having drowned in his hot tub.

Though Perry had suffered from health issues, as well as addictions to drugs and alcohol throughout his life, no substances of concern were found at the scene, and now speculation is growing that the actor, who was very publicly in favor of the COVID-19 jab, died as a result of his many “vaccinations”.

“Matthew Perry, actor from the popular tv show ‘Friends’ has died suddenly while sitting in his jacuzzi”, the X account dedicated to the Stew Peters Network’s Died Suddenly film posted after the news broke, adding that Perry “was fully vaccinated.”

In the post from @DiedSuddenly_, a screenshot of a previous Perry post was included, showing Perry selling merchandise that reads “Could I Be Any More Vaccinated?” while encouraging others to also take as many COVID jabs as possible.

“Could I BE Any More Vaccinated?” Perry asked in the post. “Get your shot and then get your shirt,” he added, above a photograph of himself modeling one of the for-sale jab shirts.

As mentioned, Perry’s death has sparked widespread theories and concern that it came as the result of a COVID jab-induced cardiac arrest, something that’s played out over and over again, millions of times around the world, even on live television.

Emboldening theories that Perry died as a result of being hyper-jabbed are reports that he was playing sports in the morning hours before his death. Athletic activity is known to be a trigger of COVID jab-related cardiac arrest and sudden death.

Those theories though, have also led to a widespread media campaign aimed at squashing any questioning of the situation and its relation to the pharmaceutical industry. Within hours of Perry’s death, numerous corporate media outlets published stories aimed at dissuading readers that the COVID jab was a factor.

Interestingly enough, in a Rolling Stone article defending the jab from its accused role in Perry’s death, the publication failed to mention that emergency responders were initially called to Perry’s home by “reports of a cardiac arrest.”

Rolling Stone did, however, include an X post that mentioned Perry’s death was “called in as a cardiac arrest”, but dismissed that fact as a “right-wing/anti-vax” conspiracy theory.

Like the corporate media, Wikipedia is running interference for Big Pharma as well and deleted a passage added to the “death” section of Perry’s Wiki page that read “[Matthew] Perry died on October 28, 2023 after an apparent drowning. It is unclear whether the drowning was due to complications from the COVID-19 vaccine.”

After Wikipedia’s apparent policing of Matthew Perry’s page, the “Death” section echoes corporate media stories by providing limited insight into what prompted the 911 call to Perry’s home and fails to mention the cardiac arrest aspect of the story.
