Newly released court documents show President Trump will present evidence in his upcoming D.C. trial that a foreign power stole the 2020 election. Trump will also present classified evidence that a foreign power impacted the 2016 election. Democrats have falsely accused Trump of colluding with Russia in 2016 and 2020. The Durham report revealed that the Obama White House knew Hillary Clinton was receiving cash from a foreign influence operation during the 2016 election. The report read, “FBI-0008217 (Office ofProfessional Responsibility (OPR) lett Clinton campaign’s purported acceptance of a campaign contribution that was made by the FBI’s own long-term CHS on behalf of Insider-I and, ultimately, Foreign Government-3.”

Matt Gaetz recently revealed how the Deep State falsely accused Trump of colluding with Russia during the 2020 election via Hunter Biden’s laptop. Former Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence admitted in a Fox News interview that he could have rejected 2020 electors from contested states that made illegal changes to election laws and saw demonstrable instances of election fraud. Still, he refused to do it and opted instead to complete the process of installing Joe Biden as America’s 46th President.

During a recent interview with Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum, former Vice President Mike Pence attempted to slam 45th President Donald Trump and his “gaggle of crackpot lawyers” for asking him to use his constitutional authority as VP to reject electoral votes from contested states which, as Pence has previously admitted, ran illegal elections.

By way of his attempted slam, Pence admitted that the steps laid out in the White House’s “Pence Card” memo, which was exclusively published in December 2020 by National File, were legitimate and that his rejection of contested electoral votes would have turned the issue over to Congress, as prescribed by the US Constitution.

But Pence opted not to do it anyways and put the finishing touches on the installation of Joe Biden as President.

“It wasn’t just that they asked for a pause [in certification],” said Pence.

“The President specifically asked me, and his gaggle of crackpot lawyers asked me, to literally reject votes, which would’ve resulted in the issue being turned over to the House of Representatives,” explained Pence, adding that, if he had rejected the votes, “literally chaos would’ve ensued.”

“So, Martha,” Pence went on, “I just, people, people can read the indictment [of President Trump in DC] and frankly, I’ve said before, I had hoped that it’d not come to this point. You know, I don’t know if the government can meet the standard, the burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt for criminal charges. But the American People deserve to know that President Trump and his advisors didn’t just ask me to pause, they asked me to reject votes, return votes, essentially to overturn the election.”

Pence’s admission to Fox News and Martha MacCallum that he could have rejected contested and illegal electoral votes but refused to do so doesn’t mark the first time that the former Vice President and long-shot 2024 GOP presidential candidate has seemingly admitted that he willfully dropped the ball during 2020’s “election overtime”.

In a previous interview, Mike Pence admitted that multiple states held illegal elections in 2020, but he chose to stand down and certify the illegal results anyway.

Joe Biden’s DOJ is using the “Pence Card” memo that circulated the Trump White House in December 2020 as evidence in their Washington, DC indictment against the 45th President. The memo, which was exclusively published by National File, explained how then-Vice President Mike Pence had a legal and constitutional duty to reject the certification of electors from contested states, where illegal changes to election law were made and where documented instances of fraud had been discovered in the wake of the 2020 presidential race. But instead of taking action, Pence stood down.

The case against President Trump in Washington, DC goes well-beyond claims that he incited an “insurrection” on January 6th, 2021, and launches a direct attack against the American Republic and its constitutionally-prescribed electoral procedures.

“On the same day, Co-Conspirator 2 circulated a two-page memorandum outlining a plan for the Vice President to unlawfully declare the Defendant the certified winner of the presidential election,” the indictment goes on, erroneously claiming that the constitutional duties assigned to the Vice President of the United States are somehow illegal, in what appears to be an attempt to set the precedent to prosecute any future Vice President who questions the legitimacy of electors from contested states.

Despite the claims of prosecutor Jack Smith and Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, as outlined in the Pence Card memo, both the U.S. Code and the U.S. Constitution REQUIRE the Vice President of the United States to REJECT the certification of unlawful electors.

As readers will know, Mike Pence didn’t just stand down on December 23, 2020, when he could have rejected reported election results from contested states.

The former Vice President stood down once again on January 6th, 2021 when, alongside Nancy Pelosi, Mike Pence finalized the certification process, over a chorus of objections from The American People’s elected Representatives.

Pence says that he’s “proud” to have certified the 2020 Presidential Election despite the fact that in interviews, the former VP admitted that contested states conducted their elections in violation of their own election laws, as set forth by their state legislatures.

Constitutionally speaking, that issue alone should have been enough to prompt Pence to reject electors from those states.

Taking things even further, when the former failed Vice President stood down on January 6th, Pence, alongside Nancy Pelosi, violated America’s constitutional election process by refusing to allow the necessary number of Representatives and Senators to be in the room as Electoral College results were certified. Following Ron DeSantis’ use of phony Democrat talking points to attack President Trump over January 6th, Laura Loomer reshared a video of Geri Perna saying that DeSantis has abandoned J6 defendants from his own state of Florida. Geri’s nephew Matthew Perna tragically committed suicide after Biden’s DOJ harassment of him. Perna was charged with nonviolent J6 trespassing offenses.

In the video shared on Twitter by Laura Loomer, Geri Perna described DeSantis’ abandonment of those arrested on January 6th, saying, “Ron DeSantis has nothing to do with any of the people from Florida, and there were more people from Florida than any other state arrested for January 6th, and he ignores every one of their calls. People are desperate.”

DeSantis’ failure to protect residents in his own state from Biden’s Deep State proves the point that Ron DeSantis is in no position to dismantle the Deep State because the Florida Governor is acting as the Deep State’s tool.

DeSantis spent his Tuesday using Democrat talking points to attack Trump over J6. DeSantis told CNN anchor and Clinton associate Jake Tapper, “I don’t think it serves us good to have a presidential election focused on what happened [on January 6]…I want to focus on looking forward. I don’t want to look back.”

When speaking on Trump’s looming arrest on J6-related charges, DeSantis told his rally attendees in South Carolina, “For example, um, I think it was shown how [Trump] was in the White House and didn’t do anything while things were going on. He should have come out more forcefully.”

Team DeSantis understands Trump being jailed before the election means victory and a globalist takeover of the Republican Party. This appears to be why DeSantis hasn’t helped any J6 defendants and doesn’t plan to.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced she is charging 16 Trump supporters in Michigan for signing their names to a document that said Trump won the election. The document would have been Michigan’s electors if Congress voted to overturn the election. RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel has yet to comment on the indictment. The document was signed at the Michigan GOP headquarters. Ronna McDaniel’s home state is Michigan.

Dana Nessel charged American Patriots Kathy Berden, 70, William (Hank) Choate, 72, Amy Facchinello, 55, Clifford Frost, 75, Stanley Grot, 71, John Haggard, 82, Mary-Ann Henry, 65, Timothy King, 56, Michele Lundgren, 73, Meshawn Maddock, 55, James Renner, 76, Mayra Rodriguez, 64, Rose Rook, 81, Marian Sheridan, 69, Ken Thompson, 68 and Kent Vanderwood, 69 with two counts each of Forgery.

The crime is a felony and carries up to 14 years in prison.

She also charged them with one count each of Conspiracy to Commit Uttering and Publishing, as well as one count each of Uttering and Publishing, each of which carries another 14 years in prison.

Furthermore, she charged the list of Trump supporters with one count each of Conspiracy to Commit Election Law Forgery and two counts each of Election Law Forgery. Both of those charges carry 5 years in prison.

According to Nessel, those charged committed dangerous crimes, “meeting covertly in the basement of the Michigan Republican Party headquarters on December 14th, and signed their names to multiple certificates stating they were the ‘duly elected and qualified electors for President and Vice President of the United States of America for the State of Michigan.'”

“These false documents were then transmitted to the United States Senate and National Archives in a coordinated effort to award the state’s electoral votes to the candidate of their choosing, in place of the candidates actually elected by the people of Michigan,” Nessel claims.

No one died, no money was stolen; these Patriots simply signed their names on a piece of paper to support President Trump as alternate electors had the fraud-ridden results of Michigan’s 2020 Presidential Election been tossed.

Nessel announced the charges on the same day that President Trump announced that Biden DOJ prosecutor Jack Smith will be arresting him on J6-related charges.

RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel, who is from Michigan, has yet to issue a statement of support for those charged. Many are calling on President Trump to pledge to arrest Nessel after his pending 2024 victory on charges of violating the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

Watters asked DeSantis about his disloyalty to Trump, and DeSantis responded with, “Disloyal to who? Politicians have to EARN support. They’re not entitled to support. I did a lot for him in 2016 and 2020 by the way.”

Receipts prove this is not the case. In 2016 DeSantis issued a statement, not an endorsement, after Trump secured the delegates to become the GOP’s 2016 nominee. DeSantis’ statement read, “In light of the exit from the race by Ted Cruz and John Kasich, it is now clear that Donald Trump will accumulate the delegates necessary to be nominated by the Republican Party.”

It is a very well-known fact that DeSantis had little political clout in Florida before Trump endorsed him. With that in mind, it’s mathematically impossible that DeSantis had any meaningful impact in the 2016 election.

During the 2020 election, DeSantis did speak at Trump rallies, but people did not attend Trump rallies to see Ron DeSantis. They attended the rallies to see Donald Trump. Not to mention DeSantis and Pence had some pretty awkward moments on the 2020 campaign trail. If anything, DeSantis hurt Trump in 2020.

Report: DeSantis Press Sec. Uses Burner Account to Attack Trump Supporters

The Committee on Ways and Means released shocking testimony on Thursday from an IRS whistleblower that stated the FBI has known since 2019 that Hunter Biden’s laptop was real. This raises the question, how many of the 51 intelligence officials knew they were lying when they signed the letter that claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation?

The House Ways and Means report states that in November 2019, the FBI verified the laptop belonged to Hunter Biden. The key section of the report read, “In October 2019, the FBI became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that the laptop might contain evidence of a crime. The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID. ”

The whistleblower report continued, “When the FBI took possession of the device in December 2019, they notified the IRS that it likely contained evidence of tax crimes. Thus, Special Agent drafted an affidavit for a Title 26 search warrant, which a magistrate judge approved that month.”

NationalFile reported extensively on former Deputy Director of the CIA Mike Morell’s work with Tony Blinken and the Biden campaign to write and persuade other Deep State Actors to sign a letter stating the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation.

An earlier report released from the Weaponization Committee highlighted Morell’s efforts to get as many intel officers as possible to sign the letter, “As Morell testified, a goal of writing a statement was to ‘help Vice President Biden’ win the election. To achieve this goal, Morell wanted to affix as many signatures from former intelligence officials and employees as he could. For Morell, The more former intelligence officers, the better.”

Given Thursday’s revelation that the FBI knew the Hunter Biden laptop was legitimate in 2019, it is more likely than not that a majority of the 51 singers knew they were lying when they signed their names to the letter. This fact further proves that the 2020 election was rigged against Donald Trump.

The newly released Weaponization Committee report reads almost word for word from Gaetz’s April interview, “Biden campaign advisor Antony Blinken’s outreach to former CIA Acting Director Michael Morell was the impetus for the public statement, which was intended to give the Biden campaign a “talking point” with which to respond to the Hunter Biden allegations.” read part of the report.

Another part of the report states the goal of the letter was to help Joe Biden get elected, “As Morell testified, a goal of writing a statement was to “help Vice President Biden” win the election. To achieve this goal, Morell wanted to affix as many signatures from former intelligence officials and employees as he could. For Morell, “The more former intelligence officers, the better.”

Congressman Matt Gaetz said on Monday that the United States Congress Weaponization Committee has proof via depositions and testimony that the Deep State colluded with the Biden campaign to affect the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

Gaetz explained the connections between the Biden campaign and the FBI, saying, “So people know who Mike Morell is former Deputy Director of the CIA, former Acting Director of the CIA, he wanted to be Joe Biden’s CIA Director got a phone call from Tony Blinken who was representing the Biden campaign saying ‘gee Mike doesn’t this Hunter Biden laptop look like Russian disinformation?’ Morell testifies that it triggers him to be the ring leader of an enterprise to put together a letter for the specific purpose of use of Joe Biden in the presidential debate. ”

The letter Gaetz referred to was signed by 51 intelligence officials claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. Biden used the letter to attack Trump in the debates, accusing him of spreading Russian disinformation.

Gaetz went on to confidently say that he can prove the Biden campaign colluded with the CIA to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story saying, “Everything I am telling you I can fully collaborate with records and testimony.”

Gaetz says he will get more answers about the Deep State’s interference in the 2020 election, “That is why every day this week I will be conducting depositions as a part of what we are doing on the Weaponization Subcommittee we are rocking and rolling to get to the bottom of it.”

Gaetz ended his remarks by saying the Weaponization Committee has proof the Deep State created the Hunter Biden laptop letter to affect the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, “We can prove the entire purpose of this letter on the onset was to influence a presidential election with some of the most senior people who have ever been in our intelligence community.”
