In the face of an onslaught of Never Trump billionaire cash and attack ads, the pastor from Pickens remains undaunted, taking his strong message of urgency and revival straight to the people of the district vacated by Jeff Duncan.

As the campaign came to a close and pivoted to the run-off, Biggs’s outside effort released a barrage of dubious and even outright false attack ads funded by dark money Political Action Committees supported by anti-gun Michael Bloomberg, and boosted by the Amazon-founding, Washington Post owning Bezos family, and DeSantis backing Paul Singer and Ken Griffin.

In the final weeks of the campaign, Breitbart uncovered heavy spending by anti-Second Amendment billionaire Michael Bloomberg via a network of PACs spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to try to edge Burns, who finished in first place in the seven way primary on June 11th.

Then, as if caught with her hand in the cookie jar, the pro-Biggs camp directed hundreds of thousands of dollars over to a shady network of Never Trump Hedge Fund Billionaires, a story also uncovered by Breitbart News.

Burns continues to barnstorm the district as he closes the campaign making his appeal to the voters of the mostly rural district that spans from Walhalla and Westminster in the far Upstate down to Edgefield and Prosperity, in the central part of the Palmetto State, closer to Columbia.

The run-off election will be held on Tuesday, June 25th.

Second Amendment advocate Kyle Rittenhouse condemned the National Rifle Association (NRA) in his remarks at Western Kentucky University, which should inspire pro-gun activists who have spent years working around the NRA’s subversive controlled-opposition shenanigans. Rittenhouse’s college speaking engagements have been met with fanatical opposition from leftists, but his speech at Western Kentucky University shows that Rittenhouse can clearly handle himself as a public speaker.

“The NRA sucks at their job,” Kyle Rittenhouse said in reply to a questioner who mentioned that the NRA did not come to Rittenhouse’s defense during his high-profile trial.

“The NRA doesn’t really jump in to defend anybody. The NRA is more worried about lining their own pockets and getting rich,” Rittenhouse said before mentioning the civil fraud trial against former NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre.

“I don’t support that organization,” Rittenhouse said, noting that the NRA doesn’t really meaningfully support the Second Amendment.

“The organization I do support is the National Association for Gun Rights,” Kyle Rittenhouse said. “They’re the largest no-compromise no-nonsense group out there.”

Rittenhouse said that he works for Texas Gun Rights as a political writer.

This reporter got thrown out of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 2020 for shouting at Wayne LaPierre to stop supporting Red Flag gun confiscation laws, which put the NRA on the same side as the wannabe gun-grabbers.

Joe Biden’s Vice President, Kamala Harris called for the mass confiscation of American firearms during a speech she made alongside the Australian Prime Minister in the aftermath of a mass shooting in Maine that’s closely linked to the federal government and has exposed the failings of the military’s mental healthcare system.

“Gun violence has terrorized and traumatized so many of our communities in this country,” Harris said. “And let us be clear, it does not have to be this way. As our friends in Australia have demonstrated,” she went on, endorsing the banning and confiscation of American firearms.

Australian-style gun control, as it’s widely known, has been championed for years by the American left and was spurred by a 1996 Australian mass shooting that led to the rapid banning and confiscation of firearms through a so-called “buy back” program.

Australian citizens who refused to surrender their weapons to the mandatory buy back were identified by gun cops, who went door-to-door to confiscate their weapons.

At times, the gun confiscation came under the penalty of death, as was the case with the world-famous Crocodile Dundee, who was killed by Australian gun confiscators when he refused to hand his firearms over to the federal government.

Harris’s call for Australian-style gun control in the wake of an American mass shooting echoes those of other Democrats like Barack Obama, another longtime supporter of shredding the 2nd Amendment.

As National File reported, earlier this year, Obama called for Australian-style gun control to sweep America during a CBS interview, in which he also called for the media to be more monolithic in their support of his political agenda.

“In Australia, you had one mass shooting fifty years ago and they said ‘Nope, we’re not doing that anymore,’” Obama said, grossly overestimating how long ago the events in Australia actually took place.

Infamously, under Obama, the federal government sold firearms to drug cartels and terror organizations through Operation Fast and Furious, in hopes that the weapons would be sold back across the border and used in crimes in the United States and drum up support for canceling the 2nd Amendment.

In at least one case, a Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, was murdered by an assailant using one of the Obama-supplied guns.

45th President Donald J. Trump liked the Glock handgun he was shown during a stop at a South Carolina sports and gun store so much that he bought one, according to new video footage showing Trump first posing for photographs with the gun and then insisting that he’s “gotta buy one”.

President Trump insisted on buying a new Glock handgun during a stop at a South Carolina gun store while traveling through the state that holds the south’s first presidential primary on Monday.

“I gotta buy one,” President Trump told the man standing by his side, Glock display model in hand. “How much?” he asked.

“Sir, sir, if you want one -” the man replied, seemingly ready to offer the gun on the house before President Trump interrupted him and insisted that he pay for it.

“No, I want to buy one,” Trump said, before taking a number of photographs with the gun salesman and the Attorney General of South Carolina, Alan Wilson.

While it’s not immediately clear exactly which Glock handgun President Trump was posing with and eventually buying from the store, the gun shown in the video very closely resembles Glock’s famous Trump model, a 9 mm handgun named and designed in honor of the 45th President.

President Trump’s appearance at the South Carolina gun store comes as he travels there to speak to voters at a sold-out campaign event in Summerville.

The campaign event is just the latest Trump appearance in the Palmetto State, where he traveled to mark the Independence Day holiday at a massive Pickens County rally in early July.

Despite two of Trump’s GOP challengers, Nikki Haley and Tim Scott, hailing from South Carolina, the 45th President has opened up a dominating lead over the entire GOP field there and, according to recent polling, leads his closest competitor, the state’s former Governor Nikki Haley, by a roughly 30-point margin.

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has put forth a number of proposals that she claims will help bring the District’s skyrocketing crime levels back down to earth, including renewed attacks on the 2nd Amendment rights of Washingtonians which, as usual, are being presented through the lens of public safety.

Among Bowser’s proposals is a strengthening of gun control enforcement in the city, where the vast majority of semi-automatic firearms are deemed “assault weapons,” making them illegal, and where all guns must be registered with the Metropolitan Police Department.

According to a Mayor’s Office webpage, if passed by the D.C. City Council, Bowser’s proposals will “increase penalties for illegal gun possession.”

Despite the blatant call for enhanced gun control in the nation’s capital, Virginia GOP Attorney General Jason Miyares has come out in support of Bowser’s plans, applauding Bowser in a public statement he posted to Twitter.

“D.C.’s crime problem is Virginia’s crime problem,” Miyares wrote in the tweet backing Bowser’s plans.

“The policies proposed by the Mayor are practical, effective ways to get violent, repeat offenders off the street,” Miyares went on. “I hope the D.C. City Council quickly passes these reforms,” he added.

In a statement attached to the tweet, Miyares took credit for urging Mayor Bowser and D.C. City Council to “take their crime problem more seriously” by “stiffening penalties for illegal gun possession,” among other things.

As previously mentioned, in Washington, D.C., ownership of a semi-automatic firearm, or a gun that’s not registered with the city’s police force, constitutes “illegal gun possession”.

National File reached out to AG Miayres’ office, asking why the supposedly pro-2nd Amendment Attorney General is backing Bowser’s anti-gun push.

After affirming the AG’s support for Bowser’s plans and denying that the Bowser proposals constitute gun control, a Miyares office spokeswoman tried to backtrack when this reporter pointed out to her that increasing penalties for “illegal gun possession” in Washington, D.C. would mean a crackdown on the owners of widely-used semiautomatic firearms, which are legal elsewhere, including just miles away in Virginia.

“We didn’t endorse her entire proposal. We said it’s a step in the right direction,” the spokeswoman said, despite the public statement from Jason Miyares saying that he “hope[s] the D.C. City Council quickly passes these reforms,” and that “stiffening penalties for illegal gun possession” is a “positive step forward.”

Gun Owners Oppose Miyares

The support for DC gun control from Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares comes as he faces sustained criticism from gun owners and 2nd Amendment activists for enforcing Ralph Northam-era gun control laws on the people of Virginia, including universal background checks, which enable the ATF to keep a massive database on gun owners.

A December 2022 email from Gun Owners of America slammed Miyares for enforcing the Northam-era gun control measures, reading that “Unfortunately, Attorney General Miyares is NOT WILLING to support our efforts and still insists on enforcing—and defending—the unconstitutional law passed by anti-gun zealots.”

A judge in Virginia has struck down a federal ban on adults under 21 buying handguns, ruling that the ban violates the Second Amendment rights of young adults by blocking those aged 18, 19, and 20 from exercising a portion of those rights.

Young adults are entitled to the same Second Amendment rights as those 21 and older, Judge Robert Payne, of the 4th Circuit’s Eastern District of Virginia, found in his ruling that overturned portions of the Gun Control Act of 1968.

The ruling from Judge Payne came after young adults challenged provisions in the act that barred adults under 21 years of age from purchasing handguns from licensed firearm dealers. The ban though, which had long been called arbitrary by Second Amendment activists, did not stop young adults from possessing handguns or obtaining them through private sales.

“If the Court were to exclude 18-to-20-year-olds from the Second Amendment’s protection, it would impose limitations on the Second Amendment that do not exist with other constitutional guarantees,” Payne wrote in his ruling.

“Because the statutes and regulations in question are not consistent with our Nation’s history and tradition, they, therefore, cannot stand,” he wrote.

Additionally, Payne wrote in his court decision that the federal government, in defending its gun control law, failed to present “any evidence of age-based restrictions on the purchase or sale of firearms from the colonial era, Founding or Early Republic.”

In other words, Payne ruled that gun control measures that have attacked the constitutional rights of select groups of citizens, like bans on those under 21 purchasing handguns from licensed firearm dealers, have no precedence in American legal and constitutional history and therefore must be overturned.

Under Payne’s ruling, both parties in the case, those suing to strike down the gun purchase ban and the federal attorneys defending it, must meet by May 17th to “confer on how best to proceed” now that the law has been struck down. The next day, “the parties shall submit their recommendations.”

While pro-trans, anti-gun insurrectionists attacked police officers and legislators in the Tennessee State Capitol on Thursday, attempting to force their way onto the State House floor, their insurrection was being spearheaded by a trio of far-left legislators who took over the House lectern shouting threats of “no action, no peace.” The “action” they were looking for was the destruction of America’s 2nd Amendment and the enshrinement of “trans rights” just days after an anti-Christian, transgender terror attack in Tennessee’s capital city of Nashville claimed the lives of 3 children and 3 adults.

Tennessee Democrat State Reps. Justin Pearson, Justin Jones, and Gloria Johnson led the insurrection at Tennesee’s State Capitol in favor of banning guns and enshrining so-called “trans rights” in the state, just days after the Nashville trans terror attack. While the three legislators stormed the lectern on the House floor, roughly 1,000 violent demonstrators clashed with police officers outside of the chambers. Many of them appear to be of high school age, prompting questions as to why they weren’t in school and if they were bussed to the capitol by left-wing political operatives.

Tennessee Republican State Rep. Monty Fritts described the insurrection by tweeting that “wannabe communists conducted a probing attack upon the state of Tennessee.”

Even Democrat leadership was opposed to the radical Reps. attempted communist insurrection, and blasted the three Reps. at the lectern, eventually leading them to exit the House floor.

Despite claiming after the fact (and in the face of negative press coverage) that insurrection in Tennessee centered exclusively around banning guns and not around glorifying the militantly left-wing “trans community” in the aftermath of an anti-Christian terror attack, “trans rights” and the memory of Nashville’s trans terrorist shooter played an active role in the insurrection.

Video footage captured in the Capitol shows that pro-trans, anti-gun demonstrators counted the transgender terrorist who carried out the Nashville attack among its victims, holding up “seven fingers [for] seven victims.”

“Every death is a tragedy y’all,” a speaker claimed. “Seven lives.”

“I’d say there were seven victims,” another insurrectionist said in the video. “Yep,” another replied.

GOP establishment leader Kevin McCarthy supported Democrat plans to limit the 2nd Amendment rights of American citizens amidst the left’s nationwide push to ban guns in 2017. McCarthy publicly supported a ban on “bump stocks,” a seldom-used rifle attachment with questionable efficacy.

Representative Kevin McCarthy was among the GOP members who collaborated with Democrats in 2017 to take a bite out of Americans’ 2nd Amendment rights, championing a ban on so-called “bump stocks” after the Las Vegas shooting. Right by his side was Paul Ryan, the notoriously anti-Trump establishment figure who left Washington after the 2018 midterms, only to re-appear as the backer of several anti-MAGA GOP candidates.

Much like the Democrats, McCarthy was calling for limits on the 2nd Amendment before the investigation into the shooting had even been completed.

Speaking at the time to Reuters, McCarthy said that banning bump stocks is “definitely an area we should look at,” before acknowledging that the investigation had yet to be completed.

“But I think this is definitely an area we’re going to look [at] and be able to act on,” McCarthy said of banning bump stocks.

Despite the protests of the American People, McCarthy, the GOP establishment, and their Democrat allies got their wish, and bump stocks were indeed banned by an executive order, signed by President Trump.

The signing of the order is among a small number of incidents frequently cited by America First conservatives when speaking as to “what went wrong” during the Trump Administration.

In the case of the bump stock ban, establishment politicians like Kevin McCarthy and Paul Ryan, led a public campaign to force the President’s hand. At the time, Republicans were in control of Congress, meaning that the GOP had to take up the issue themselves, and weren’t dragged to the table by Democrats, as is so often characterized.

Amazingly, McCarthy, Ryan, and others managed to force gun control on the American People without attaching their names to a congressional vote.

Only now, McCarthy’s support for the bump stock ban has resurfaced, as he once again pursues the Speaker’s gavel in Congress.

With more than a dozen GOP legislators openly calling for a new Speaker candidate, and others appearing to lack confidence in their potential vote for McCarthy, the establishment leader doesn’t have the support he needs, and has dubbed himself “Speaker-elect” in an apparent effort to fake it until he makes it.

5 years after the Las Vegas shooting, many Americans still have questions about what actually happened.

61 people, including the shooter, died, and hundreds more were injured by shrapnel and trampling crowds, in what appeared to an orchestrated terror attack.

While online sleuths and guerilla investigators have purportedly drawn links between the shooting and the Saudi regime, members of which were present in Las Vegas during the attack, few official details have been revealed to the public.

The shooter, Stephen Paddock, had hundreds of weapons in the hotel room he used as a sniper’s nest for the mass shooting attack, and it remains unclear whether or not he actually used a bump stock on any of them during the shooting.

A rarely used rifle attachment before the ban, a bump stock, when used on a semi-automatic rifle, may increase the rate at which the weapon fires, but doesn’t transform it into the “rapid fire” killing machine that corporate media and establishment politicians, like Kevin McCarthy, claimed they do.

Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) has suggested that federal funds should be withheld from law enforcement agencies that refuse to enforce state and national gun control laws. Murphy, one of the nation’s leading gun control advocates, referenced local municipalities that have refused to comply with such laws and have instead styled themselves “Second Amendment sanctuaries” in response to Democrat-led “sanctuary cities.”

“They have decided that they are going to essentially refuse to implement laws that are on the books. That is a growing problem in this country,” Murphy said during an appearance on CNN. “And I think we’re ​going to have to have a conversation about that in the United States Senate. Do we want to continue to supply funding to law enforcement in counties that refuse to implement state and federal gun laws?”​

The Connecticut senator pointed to the recent mass shooting at a Colorado LGBT nightclub that left five people dead. Prosecutors in El Paso County refused to enforce a “red flag” complaint against the self-identified nonbinary shooter following earlier threats of violence coming from him.

Murphy pointed out that Chesapeake, Virginia, where a former Walmart manager gunned down multiple coworkers on November 22, is also a Second Amendment sanctuary. He did not call for a similar crackdown on so-called “sanctuary cities” that openly defy federal immigration law, however.

Murphy’s comments came just days after President Biden again called on Congress to pass an “assault weapons” ban. “The idea we still allow semiautomatic weapons to be purchased is sick. It’s just sick. It has no, no social redeeming value. Zero. None. Not a single, solitary rationale for it except profit for the gun manufacturers,” Biden told reporters in Nantucket earlier this week.

The House passed an “assault weapons ban” earlier this year, though Chris Murphy does not see it passing in the Senate as of this time.

Florida Sheriff Grady Judd, long known for his epic takedowns of child sex offenders and internet perverts, recommended that if citizens of Polk County, Florida encounter looters in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, they shoot them until they “look like grated cheese.”

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, reports have emerged that organized bands of looters, sometimes armed, are making their way through storm-ravaged shopping centers and neighborhoods in search of things to steal and vulnerable storm victims to hold up and rob. Pro-gun Polk County, Florida Sheriff Grady Judd advised homeowners in his county to defend themselves and their property from looters with lethal force, recommending that, should they encounter the thugs, they shoot them until they “look like grated cheese.”

Looting is “absolutely unacceptable,” Sheriff Judd, an outspoken law and order man, told Fox News during a live weekend appearance, providing situation updates from storm-ravaged Polk County, Florida.

“I would highly suggest that if a looter breaks into your home, comes into your home while you’re there, to steal stuff, that you take your gun and you shoot him,” Sheriff Judd said.

“You shoot him so that he looks like grated cheese.”

“Because you know what,” Sheriff Judd explained. “That’s one looter that won’t break into anyone else’s home and take advantage of them when they’re the most vulnerable and the most weak.”

Cops have warned in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that looting will get “progressively worse” as time goes on and recovery efforts continue, with opportunists and desperate criminals targeting the massive influx of goods and materials pouring into the state. Law enforcement has reported the arrests of looters and so-called loot gangs in numerous cities and counties, including the incredibly hard-hit area of Fort Meyers.

Among the hurricane looters that have been arrested by Florida law enforcement are multiple illegal aliens.

When a gang of illegals was arrested for looting last week, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced that it wasn’t just them, but that the bulk of looters that Florida authorities have arrested have been illegal aliens.

DeSantis said at the time that he’d like to “drag them out by the collars” and “send them back to where they came from.”
