Pennsylvania Democrat governor Josh Shapiro, who is now in the running to be Kamala Harris’ vice presidential candidate, stands accused of covering up election fraud complaints against Democrats dating back years during his tenure as attorney general, leading a whistleblower to accuse Shapiro of being “criminally negligent.”

“AG Shapiro turned a blind eye to the alleged criminal wrongdoing of members of the Democrat Party in our county (Fayette County, Pennsylvania). These same Democrats now owe gubernatorial candidate Shapiro their support in his run for the governorship.  They hosted him recently,” whistleblower Robert Frasconi told NATIONAL FILE, noting that he made a formal 2018 complaint directly to Shapiro “after the numerous contacts to his subordinates went unanswered.”

Robert Frasconi told NATIONAL FILE: “1.  A case of alleged election fraud involving a former Democrat state representative who served 10 years as state representative in the 51st Legislative District.  Timothy S. Mahoney was elected alongside Josh Shapiro after the middle-of-the-night pay raise scandal of July 2005.  Shapiro and Mahoney served together on the House Reform Committee.  They are friends.  Mahoney pushed for a countywide referendum on school consolidation in 2011.  Pennsylvania law does not permit advisory referenda.  Thus, I and my colleague, Delinda Young, challenged Mahoney’s referendum petition in the local PA Court of Common Pleas.  We prevailed, and Mahoney’s referendum petition was struck.  We later came to learn of Mahoney’s election fraud — he altered and falsified affidavits of circulator and signed as the sole affiant, as if he solely circulated the petitions.  He also perjured himself in the courtroom as he lied about the circulation period for his referendum petitions.  Mahoney receives credit for pushing for the PA’s so-called Open Records law.  Interestingly, we made open records requests for Mahoney’s per diem records during his purported circulation period of his referendum petitions June 1 – Aug. 8, 2011.  As Mahoney then sat on the House Appropriations Committee, and as the PA budget must by law be completed by July 1, the per diem records showed that Mahoney was reimbursed for overnight stays in Harrisburg (200-plus miles away from Fayette County).  Thus, Mahoney could not be in Harrisburg and before 50 continuously circulating referendum petitions as he attested on his altered and falsified affidavits of circulator.  In short, the proof of Mahoney’s election fraud is incontrovertible and irrefutable.  My colleague, Delinda Young, and I went through two election boards, two district attorneys, and three AGs (including Josh Shapiro) to no avail as they all covered for Mahoney.”

Robert Frasconi stated: “2.  In 2012, Fayette County DA Jack R. Heneks, Jr. made an application to impanel a county investigating grand jury. Primarily, the Grand Jury was impanelled to investigate election related issues along with some other issues.  Three election-related referrals were made to DA Heneks by the Fayette County Election Board.  Mahoney’s alleged election fraud was one of those referrals.  As then-DA Heneks and Mahoney are friends, the Grand Jury never issued a presentment against Mahoney.  In fact, there were eight presentments issued by the Grand jury.  Seven of the eight were dealt with; however, the 5th Presentment was sealed by Presiding Judge Steve P. Leskinen on 12/12/2014.  The docket sheet for Fayette County Grand Jury #2 on the Unified Judicial System database shows that the 5th Presentment remains sealed to this very day and that the status of the Grand Jury is active, although the grand jurors were dismissed nearly nine years ago! Shapiro was made aware of all this in a 2018 official complaint.”

Robert Frasconi stated: “3. In 2018, at the Fayette County Fair, the Democrats were caught offering inducements to switch political party affiliation.  This is a violation of the PA Voter Registration Act.  A formal complaint was filed by the PA GOP chairman and a hearing was held on September 10, 2018. At that hearing, Fayette County Democrat Party Chairman George “Huck” Rattay testified and took the Fifth approximately 40 times.  Mahoney also testified that a weekend stay at a condo owned by him at 84 Lumber magnate Joe Hardy’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort was one of the inducements offered!  The matter was referred by a unanimous vote of the three-member, county, Voter Registration Commission to DA Richard E. Bower.  He said publicly that he forwarded the matter to AG Josh Shapiro because of a conflict of interest.  Bower was a Democrat who financially supported the local “Democratic Radio Hour” talk show on our local AM radio station WMBS 590.  Fayette County Democrat Chairman Rattay hosts that talk show.  Bower subsequently changed his party affiliation to Republican, but he is still the rat he was as a Democrat DA who refused to investigate Mahoney’s election fraud.  Bottom Line:  Neither Fayette County Democrat Party Chairman George Rattay nor ex-Democrat state representative Tim Mahoney ever faced investigation (let alone prosecution) for their alleged violations of the Pennsylvania Voter Registration Act.  The statute of limitations has run out (normally 2 years in Pennsylvania for misdemeanors).  In my view, Shapiro is criminally negligent for failing to investigate — a requirement under Pennsylvania law!”

“What really bothers me is the depth and breadth of the corruption, Mr. Howley.  If I or my colleague, Delinda, ever broke an election law, falsified an affidavit, lied to the court, or lied to or misled an investigating grand jury, Democrats like PA AG Josh Shapiro, former DA Jack Heneks, and current DA Rich Bower (Democrat turned RINO) would lock us up and throw away the key,” Frasconi stated.

Donald J. Harris, the father of presumptive Democrat presidential nominee and Biden shotgun rider Kamala Harris slammed the “fraudulent” claims she made around her racial and cultural background in 2019, during her short-lived run for the presidency, accusing his daughter of bringing shame to the Harris family name “in the pursuit of identity politics.”

Kamala Harris claimed in a 2019 interview on The Breakfast Club radio program, the very same program on which Hillary Clinton made her infamous hot sauce remarks, that despite her career as an anti-marijuana prosecutor, she supports its legalization and used to smoke it while listening to rap music because “half my family is from Jamaica, are you kidding me?”

The interview came shortly after Harris, who is the daughter of an Indian mother and a Jamaican father, announced her run for the Democrats’ 2020 presidential nomination on Martin Luther King Jr. day, casting herself as an African-American as she has throughout her political career, despite her lack of ancestral links to the formerly enslaved population of the United States.

“My dear departed grandmothers…as well as my deceased parents, must be turning in their graves right now to see their family’s name, reputation, and proud Jamaican identity being connected, in any way, jokingly or not, with the fraudulent stereotype of a pot-smoking joy seeker and in the pursuit of identity politics,” Donald Harris said a statement he made to the Jamaica Global Online.

“Speaking for myself and my immediate Jamaican family, we wish to categorically dissociate ourselves from this travesty.”

Donald Harris’s remarks have resurfaced in the days since Joe Biden announced he’s dropping out of the 2024 Presidential Election and endorsing Harris, his Vice President, who was unable to poll outside of the low single digits among her own party when she ran for their 2020 nomination.

Because of the Harris campaign and the corporate media’s hyper-fixation on her racial and ethnic background, the fact that her paternal ancestors were slave owners has also resurfaced in recent days.

Genealogical research carried out by Northern Irish historian Stephen McCracken reveals Ms Harris’s four-times-paternal-great-grandfather Hamilton Brown was born in Co Antrim [Ireland] in 1776.

Brown emigrated to Jamaica, then a British colony, and became an enthusiastic slave owner on the sugar plantations that were the mainstay of the island’s economy. He opposed the abolition of slavery across the British Empire in 1832 and went to Antrim to replace his slaves with workers from his native county.

Brown received almost €11 million in modern money in compensation from the British government for [the emancipation of] his slaves.

Biden’s trip to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library to remark on the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act has been rescheduled for Monday, according to the White House.

It has been a reckoning for this Biden/Harris campaign after his debate with former President Donald Trump. Trump’s attempted assassination may have ever contributed to the dwindling faith in the President. After pressure from Democrats, Biden announced Sunday that he would not seek election., endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as the nominee.

Support for Harris among Democrats has begun to consolidate, with enough delegates onboard for her to become the nominee, according to The Hill.

Surrogates of Biden told Politico he intends to finish his term. Still, Republicans continue to push for the president to resign, but now without pushback from press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

“The president decided to not run for reelection. That’s it. That’s all he decided on. He wants to continue to do the work. He wants to continue to do the works,” Jean-Pierre said on ABC’s “The View.”

Vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, and other leading Republicans have pushed that if Biden is not going to run for reelection, he is also unfit to lead the country.

New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez grilled Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle over the 60-day timeline for the initial report surrounding the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump, calling it “not acceptable.”

The Hill reported Cheatle testified Monday before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, telling committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., the breakdowns in security would be published within 60 days.

Ocasio-Cortez railed against the 60-day stated completion, highlighting the tremendous political pressure in the States:

The notion of a report coming out in 60 days when the threat environment is so high in the United States, irrespective of party, is not acceptable. .. It has been ten days since the assassination attempt on the former President of the United States. Regardless of party, there need to be answers.

Again, this is not a moment of theater. We need to make policy decisions, and we need to make them now. .. That may require legislation, that may require policy that we must pass in the immediate term. And without that, we are flying blind.

Cheatle responded by saying the Secret Service has “been conducting analysis all along, and … have been adding additional features to … security details since” the assassination attempt.

She also added that “a number” of Office of Inspector General investigations are ongoing, along with the Department of Justice’s investigation.

According to The Hill, on Monday, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced a 45-day bipartisan, independent panel to analyze the assassination attempt.

Having realized the political turmoil of present-day politics, lawmakers from both parties have united in asking for Cheatle to resign.

As the news pours in about President Joe Biden dropping out of the election, former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard weighed in, comprising “warmonger” Vice President Kamala Harris to Hillary Clinton.

“… President Biden’s no longer running for re-election, and he’s endorsed Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee for president and commander-in-chief,” she said. “I’m going to sound the same warning now that I have been for years, going all the way back to 2020 when both Kamala and I were running for president on the Democratic ticket.”

She is unfit and unqualified to be our president and commander-in chief, and would be incredibly dangerous in that position. The prospect of Kamala Harris making decisions about war and peace, and where to send my brothers and sisters in uniform into harm’s way is not only terrifying to us. It should be terrifying to every American, knowing that we would all pay the price for her dangerous actions and dangerous decisions.

Everything you heard me say about Hillary Clinton — the queen of warmongers — can also be said of Kamala Harris.

There should be no question in your mind that if Kamala is allowed to be our president/commander-in-chief she’ll be the maid servant of this queen of warmongers — the head of this elitest cabal of warmongers that has gotten us into this place.

They’re the one who’ve been calling the shots behind Joe Biden’s presidency. They would continue to call the shots if Kamala Harris is president and where have they led us? To the brink of war with multiple countries in all parts of the world and closer to the brink of nuclear war and armageddon now than ever before.

She concluded by saying, “The choice for us is very clear. If we cherish peace and freedom. If we love our country, we must vote against Kamala Harris in this election on November 5th and vote for Donald Trump.”

Independent presidential candidate RFK Jr. also commented on Biden’s withdrawal with much of the same rhetoric while railing against corporatism. He focused much more on the state of American governing, pledging not to back out of the race and to stand as the “true” populist candidate.

Arizona Republican Ken Bennett joined forces with Democrats to block legislation that would have barred Arizona’s state and local governments from enacting vehicle mileage tax programs that not only rip off motorists but allow tax collectors and government agencies to gather information on the movements of private citizens.

The concept of a vehicle mileage tax, also known as a pay-per-mile tax, among other nicknames, has been embraced on a national scale by the Biden Administration and is a key component of the Green New Deal agenda championed by the DNC. Under the tax scheme, citizens must pay their government for the apparent privilege of using the roads their taxes already paid for.

Advocates openly state that vehicle mileage taxes are designed to discourage the ownership and use of personal vehicles, in the name of the green agenda, especially gas vehicles.

Though no such tax is in effect (yet) in Arizona, a similar program was implemented in Oregon in 2015, and others are in various stages of development in Virginia, Utah, California, and Hawaii.

Amid calls for a vehicle mileage tax in Arizona, state Republicans, led by the Freedom Caucus, crafted legislation to ban the practice statewide, and it nearly passed, until GOP Senator Ken Bennett crossed the aisle to sabotage the effort.

Bennett’s Trump-endorsed GOP primary race opponent, Mark Finchem, who garnered national recognition for his efforts to get to the truth of Arizona’s contested and corrupted 2020 Election, shared a prior report on the vehicle mileage tax to his X profile, calling the vote “classic” Ken Bennett.

As alluded to by Mark Finchem, Ken Bennett’s voting record is deeply at odds with his own party and its supporters on a number of key issues that aren’t just limited to taxation or the green scheme.

He’s also crossed party lines to vote against securing Arizona’s highly-controversial elections.

As National File reported: 

In March of this year [2024], Arizona State Senator Ken Bennett joined forces with race hustlers, abortionists, illegal aliens, and environmental scammers, among others, to block legislation that would have limited early voting and forced Arizona counties to facilitate precinct voting, as opposed to the large-scale “vote centers” seen in the notorious Maricopa County, the state’s most populated area. The vote center election method has been slammed by critics and election hawks as deliberately chaotic and susceptible to fraud, and accordingly, Maricopa County has been plagued by election irregularities, election fraud, and outright election failures, with citizens being unable to vote in many cases, and many of those who do have no confidence that their ballot is being counted.

According to a report by the Arizona Daily Independent, in blocking the precinct voting legislation, “Bennett joins the State Conference NAACP, Common Cause, Planned Parenthood Advocates Of Arizona, Sierra Club, and the illegal immigrant rights group, Living United For Change In Arizona (LUCHA), in opposition.”

Even more disturbingly, Ken Bennett has joined with Democrats to block Republican efforts to safeguard children against transgender grooming, AND, to block legislation that would’ve banned the construction of satanic altars and idols on state property.

As National File reported: 

In February [of 2024], Bennett voted with Democrats to kill Senate Resolution 1013, which would have put restrictions on transgenderism in public schools up for a vote among the people of Arizona. If approved, the resolution would have barred public schools from allowing men to use girls’ restrooms and changing facilities (and vice-versa), while also barring public schools from socially transitioning children behind their parent’s backs.

That same month, Bennett was one of just two Republicans to vote against the RESPECT Act, short for Reject Escalating Satanism by Preserving Essential Core Traditions Act, which would have barred the construction of satanic displays such as memorials, statues, and altars on public property in Arizona.

The final vote tally was 14 votes against the measure and 13 votes in favor of it, making Bennett’s vote a critical piece of Democrat efforts to in block the legislation.

Jon Stewart shared some previously unthinkable thoughts on his latest “The Weekly Show” podcast, claiming President Joe Biden is “becoming Trumpian” for not bowing out after his horrendous performance in the first presidential debate.

The Hill reported that the washed-up comedian suggested Democrats are trying to silence concerns about Biden’s cognitive abilities. Stewart seems to be using any strategy possible to position a winning Democratic candidate against former President Donald Trump. That includes this mischaracterization of Biden to garner more calls for him to drop out of the race.

All I’m saying is if we are taking an honest look at what our best chance to defend ourselves against a perceived threat, I think we are selling ourselves short. And in a lot of ways, using — as, as Tommy [Vietor of Crooked Media] put it — omerta to stifle what could be an incredibly productive, at least conversation. Even if Joe Biden came out and said, ‘Look, I understand where I’m at in my life span and cycle and what I do. Here’s how this government works.’ Rather than coming out and becoming Trumpian and saying, ‘You think someone else could hold NATO together, they could never; only God can tell me to get out of the race.

Stewart referenced segments of Biden’s first postdebate interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos from last week, where he said, “Who’s gonna be able to hold NATO together like me?” and that he would only drop out by the hands of the “Lord Almighty,” reported The Hill.

Although Stewart has been tough on Biden, he has never actually called on him to step out of the race. On “The Daily Show,” he stated the Biden campaign’s excuses for the president’s mental stagnation at the debate were “bull****.” Stewart even went a step further, demanding the campaign to publicly explain how a man with this sort of cognitive decline can even win the presidential race.

If you were to come out and say, ‘Here’s, here’s my team. Here’s how we hold the line.’ But we’re not seeing any of that. Nothing that’s been done inspires any confidence other than the fatalism … And that’s the part that I think has degraded people’s trust in institutions and the government from the get-go.

While talking about multiple stories unbecoming of Biden, Patrick Bet-David said that “the part that is not untrue is the diary.”

“Oh the journal is 100% factual,” said Vincent Oshana, one of the show’s regular panel members, before bringing up the fact that Snopes, the longtime fact-checking site known for its left-wing bias, has changed its Ashley Biden diary truth rating from false to true, admitting that the FBI, and Ashley Biden herself, say the diary is real.

They left out, however, that Project Veritas refused to publish the Ashley Biden diary, sitting on it for months, and that it wasn’t until an employee inside Project Veritas, who was horrified by this obvious cover-up, released the diary to National File, that National File reporter Patrick Howley broke the story and shared the news of the Ashley Biden diary with the world.

The diary was published BEFORE the 2020 Presidential Election and could have made a huge difference in the election, had the rest of the media only bothered to cover it, instead of toeing the party line of left-wing “fact-checkers” who falsely declared the diary to be fake, much like they did to the also-very-real Hunter Biden laptop.

The ex-wife of former President Donald Trump, Marla Maples, told The Evening Standard that she is “open” to serving as vice president under Trump if he wins the presidential election.

In an interview with the UK-based outlet on Monday, Maples said, “I’m open. I’m open to whatever way that I can serve. .. Right now, everyone [in the Trump family] is just seeing how we can help.”

Trump has hinted at several possible picks, confirmed by The Hill, including Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), and Gov. Doug Burgum (R-N.D.). However, there has been no mention of Maples.

Trump and Maples were married from 1993 to 1999 after his split with his first wife, Ivana Trump. The two are parents to 30-year-old Tiffany Trump.

Maples explained the fallout from the affair, calling the barrage of misinformation as “heartbreaking” and “twisted.”

It’s time to wake up to a higher truth, and to not believe everything that is shown to us in the news.

If readers can recall, she is the woman involved in the New York Post’s infamous 1990 front-page story — “Marla boasts to her pal about Donald: ‘BEST SEX I’VE EVER HAD.”

She also remarked on the “plan-demic,” saying she’s convinced “they’ve been spraying chemicals into our air, especially over America, that are making people very sick and polluting our earth.” Maples said she’s against forced vaccination and that “A lot of people are sick because of the Covid vaccine. Many people died that didn’t need to die.”

People are hiding behind a veil of what truth really is. I think there’s a lot of governments that may be involved in that. .. [Big Pharma is] earning their trillions and trillions of dollars off the back of all of us — I think a lot of people are paid off.

Maples told The Evening Standard she’s “never been a fan of politics,” seeing “how it can separate and divide us.” The 60-year-old actor added, “At the same time, I found myself in the throes of it. .. I’m ready. I am available if needed, and I’m not sitting back anymore.”

I want to step out more, share more and not be afraid of positive or negative outcomes that come from speaking out.

Besides the hit pieces from the tabloids, she commented on the sexual abuse lawsuit against Trump from writer E. Jean Carroll, which awarded her $5 million. Maples told The Evening Standard that it was pure fiction.

I do know my daughter’s father well enough to know that he’s never had to push himself on another person. He’s always had women throw themselves on him instead. I don’t believe there was a crime done.

Maples also hammered at the 34 convictions against Trump for an alleged scheme to influence the 2016 election via hush money paid to washed-up pornstar Stormy Daniels.

They love these little sexy stories. We have a country that is failing. Our cities are not protected. How do we make people feel safe again? That’s more important than having these lawsuits that are not affecting any of us today.

Trump’s senior advisor for the campaign, Danielle Alvarez, told Newsmax on Wednesday that the announcement for his running mate may come as early as Monday. The Hill also reported that the Trump campaign has not commented on Maples as a possible candidate.

Burgum Supported CCP Colonization, Dissed Trump

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, who political insiders say has risen to one of the top slots on President Trump’s vice presidential shortlist, has an over 20-year relationship with Bill Gates worth more than $1 billion.

As Doug Burgum has gone from relative obscurity to being a national political figure and potential vice presidential nominee, the donor class has reportedly flocked to the North Dakota Governor, who worked for Bill Gates at Microsoft after selling his software company to the “vaccine”-peddling billionaire for $1.1 billion worth of stock.

After his 2001 sale of Great Plains Software, Burgum worked at Microsoft as a senior vice president until 2007, and nine years later, he was elected Governor of North Dakota, and received at least $100,000 worth of campaign contributions from his old friend Bill Gates.

Gates went on to spend time visiting with Governor Burgum in North Dakota and eventually purchased a large amount of land there, much to the chagrin of many North Dakotans.

Years down the road, during Burgum’s short-lived 2024 Presidential campaign, he received over $500,000 from Bill Gates’ Microsoft, a corporation generally known for its left-wing leanings.

He also received $4 million from Big Pharma corporation Abbott Laboratories, a prolific PCR Covid test producer and a close ally of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Doug Burgum’s billion-dollar relationship with Bill Gates surfaced during National File’s investigation into Burgum’s background and political record. This investigation also revealed that Burgum supported a Chinese Communist Party-run corporation’s attempt to purchase and develop land in proximity to a US Air Force base in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Much like Bill Gates, the Chinese Communist Party has gone on an American land-buying spree, including in Doug Burgum’s North Dakota, and according to years of public statements and local media reports, Burgum was happy to accommodate them, until it became unpopular nationally.

As National File reported: 

Doug Burgum initially supported a communist Chinese company’s plan to build a $700 million corn mill in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Grand Forks, the state’s third-largest city, is just 16 miles from the Grand Forks Air Force Base, where the military formerly stored nuclear weapons.

Burgum called the Chinese effort, which became known as the “Fufeng Project” and included the purchase of American land in North Dakota, a “huge opportunity” for North Dakota and the community of Grand Forks.

Despite his early support of the “Fufeng Project,” Burgum flip-flopped on the issue as he ran for the GOP nomination for President, and now, as he jockeys for a possible Trump VP slot, he’s doubling down, and even claiming that he never supported the Fufeng Project, which was officially shut down in 2023 thanks to widespread opposition from concerned North Dakotans and public officials.

In addition to the people of North Dakota, the Fufeng Project was opposed by the United States Air Force and members of Congress from multiple states, who cited national security concerns.

Chinese land purchases in the US, which have raised serious alarms in recent years, are related to the Chinese Communist Party’s Belt and Road Initiative for global economic dominance. Frequently, American lands sought by the communist Chinese are in proximity to military bases and other secure locations, like the Grand Forks Air Force Base, for instance.

Elsewhere, China has begun what resemble full-fledged colonization projects, constructing large-scale Chinese industry and surrounding communities in Africa and South America, among other regions.
