Identities of living and dead people were stolen in Harris County, Texas to fraudulently vote in the 2020 election, according to bombshell audio obtained by NATIONAL FILE. A convicted forger who mailed the fraudulent ballot applications in Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s district worked as a campaign assistant for Sheila Jackson Lee’s 2020 campaign, and has gotten paid by Jackson Lee’s campaign efforts in the past. The Joe Biden campaign’s 2020 Texas political director Dallas Jones oversaw this alleged voter fraud operation and he was interrogated by the FBI in the last weeks of the 2020 election according to insiders. Harris County, home to Houston Texas, is the third largest voting county in the country with approximately 2.5 million voters. As Harris County goes, so goes Texas. As Texas goes, so goes the nation.  Harris County did not allow the GOP State Conversation to take place this past summer and it seems the socialist Democrats took complete control of Harris county when they won offices in 2018, by a 200,000 vote margin.

20 private investigators have uncovered a great deal. What has been uncovered is a group of masterminds wanting to destroy the Texas voting voice. Some of the masterminds include Democrat County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Democrat State Senator Boris Miles. They have two captains, Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones.

Jones was hired by the Biden campaign to run the Biden Texas operation. These captains have scores of paid vote harvesters working for them. Vote harvesting is a second-degree felony under the Texas Election Code. This is a criminal operation that these Democrat elected officials are running. Dallas Jones was picked up by the FBI, the weekend before last, for 2 days of interrogation. He was subsequently fired by the Biden campaign.

They harvest ballots by mail from nursing homes, homeless centers, door to door in poor neighborhoods, often dressed as Census workers. They offer $50 gift cards in front of stores asking people to take ballots by mail, acquired from the above, to sign and mail at a local post office. They hold ballots by mail in several locations where people forge signatures on the collected ballots by mail. Evidence has been presented to the local DA, Kim Ogg, who received a substantial amount of political contributions from Soros funded organizations in her election in 2018. The evidence included an affidavit and other evidence, including photographs, from a 30 year black police officer who was serving as a poll watcher and saw the election judge use a table full of IDs to vote unregistered people that were voting by drive through. This is a criminal act according to the Texas Election Code. The district attorney’s office did not even want to entertain our criminal complaint. This information along with other affidavits of harassment of poll watchers and alternate election judges was sent to the office of Republican Atty. General Ken Paxton.

The Democrat County clerk, Chris Hollins, instituted drive-through voting by anyone for any reason which is in violation of the Texas Election Code. A petition for writ of mandamus before the Texas Supreme Court last week to stop this illegal activity and they voted 7 to 1 to deny the petition. The County clerk has now opened up the early voting polling locations until 10 PM for the rest of the week until the last day of early voting, when eight polling places will be open 24 hours. Of the 120 early voting locations, the vast majority are in Democrat areas of the county. In violation of the Texas Election Code, Hollins independently mailed ballots by mail to all individuals 65 and older, in violation of Texas Election Code, which requires an individual to request a ballot by mail before it can be sent. Hollins planned on sending every registered voter a ballot by mail, but the Texas Supreme Court granted our petition and stopped this. The Harris County voter files have not been purged since 2016 when the Democrats took charge. We can document that dead people have voted in this election and people who have moved out of state. No arrest warrants have been issued and we do not expect them to issue any. In the meantime, the Democrats are implementing their massive election voter fraud scheme, mostly in open sight. One arrest would go miles in stopping this election fraud scheme. The drive through locations are located in primarily in Democrat areas. This also violates the 14th Amendment.”

At Harrisvotes.com, clicking on “Polling Locations” and then the clock icon for “Hours of Operation” show that beginning on Thursday October 29 there were EIGHT polling locations that had 24-hour voting rolling into Friday morning.

Texas poll watcher Raymond T. Stewart, a retired police officer, submitted a sworn affidavit Thursday that was provided to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. That affidavit, first obtained by NATIONAL FILE, alleges that a Houston precinct judge and staff illegally used a stack of driver’s licenses in their possession to allow people to vote illegally in the 2020 election at a drive-through voting window created by the Coronavirus pandemic. Stewart’s affidavit and photos of the scheme are presented below. The acting precinct judge’s identity has been confirmed by the Harris County Clerk’s Office and insiders identify her as a Democrat.

Harris County, where Houston is located, is also the site where the Joe Biden campaign’s Texas political director Dallas Jones is accused of running an illegal ballot harvesting operation, according to two separate affidavits submitted to the Texas Supreme Court by former law enforcement officials. “My name is Raymond T. Stewart. I am above the age of eighteen years and am fully competent to make this affidavit. The facts stated in this affidavit are within my personal knowledge and are true and correct.

“I am a 30+ year veteran Texas Peace Officer. I am a volunteer poll watcher for Candidate Andre Hines. On 10/13/2020, at 8:40am, I arrived at polling location Northeast Multi-Services Center, PRCT ID SRD141C, 9720 Spaulding Street, Houston, Texas 77016.”

“I informed the staff that I was a poll watcher for a candidate and had my paperwork. I asked for the precinct judge to sign my required paperwork so I could start work. The precinct judge is identified as April Elmore (Gibson) and she was there but refused to sign my paperwork and she instead directed me to someone inside named Madonna. Madonna signed the paperwork but not in the designated signature line. I then began my work as a poll watcher.”

“I observed several oddities but the most concerning was a table in-between the sign-in tables One and Three. At that table was a large stack of Texas Driver’s Licenses. Staff would come inside from the drive-through voting booth and scan a driver’s license from someone outside and get a ticket and return outside. But sometimes a staff member would search through the stack of driver’s license on the table, then scan it, receive a ticket and also go outside to the drive-through booth. As a Police Officer, I quickly became suspicious that they were committing a crime by having the unattended D.L.’s just sitting on the table and that possible voting crimes were being committed using these forms of ID. Also during this time-frame an employee of the Harris County Attorney’s Office came by and he conversed with April but nothing changed and he departed. Since I was there as a poll watcher and not there as a Police Officer, I just continued to observe and considered how to deal with this situation. About that time a Precinct 1 Constable (Deputy W. Schultz) arrived at the polling location and he happened to be someone I knew professionally. I spoke with the Deputy outside and informed him of what I had observed. He was amazed and asked for evidence which I provided to him.”

“Unfortunately our conversation was overheard by a staff member in the parking lot. The Deputy went inside the polling location but at this time the driver’s licenses were removed and hidden from the table. The Deputy departed the area apparently to consult with the election taskforce and supervisors. A spoke with him several times that day via phone and in person regarding my observations. At 1:00pm April commanded me to leave the polling location because I had observed and collected evidence and she informed me that ‘I couldn’t.’ I have not received any call from any Federal, County nor State official investigating these serious actions and crimes.”

The Joe Biden campaign’s Texas Political Director has been formally accused of helping to run an illegal ballot harvesting operation, according to two separate affidavits filed Monday at the Texas Supreme Court.

Two private investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer, testify under oath that they have video evidence, documentation and witnesses to prove that Biden’s Texas Political Director Dallas Jones and his cohorts are currently hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots and ordering operatives to fill the ballots out for people illegally, including for dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents, in the 2020 presidential election.

The affidavits were filed as part of the class-action lawsuit against Harris County and the state of Texas, filed by citizens, called Steven Hotze, M.D. et al. Journalist Patrick Howley of NATIONAL FILE has exclusively obtained this testimony and much more evidence will be coming out in the case. Dallas Jones was named the Biden campaign’s Texas Political Director in early September.

“Based on interviews, review of documents, and other information, I have identified the individuals in charge of the ballot harvesting scheme. These individuals includes political consultant Dallas Jones who was recently hired by the Joe Biden for President campaign to oversee their Harris County initiative. District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles, who is the handler of Mr. Jones, political consultant Gerald Womack, and Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis. One of the companies these individuals are using as a front for this operation is AB Canvassing, although there are others that have been identified that we are investigating.”

“I have in my possession video-taped interviews of witnesses attesting to the aforementioned people having groups of people completing thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots, including completing ballots for deceased individuals; illegally going into nursing homes, with the complicity of the nursing home staff, and filling out and forging the signatures of nursing home residents; signing up homeless individuals to vote using the ballot harvester’s address then completing the ballot and forging the homeless individual’s signature.

“In December of 2019, I was approached by two individuals who witnessed activity from an illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County. Since that date, I have been investigating the illegal ballot harvesting operation.”

“During my investigation, a core group of names continued to surface regarding the organization and operation of the voter fraud scheme. Witnesses have stated to me that Precinct 1 Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and District 13 Texas State Senator Borris Miles are leading the illegal ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas. Their chief lieutenants are Houston businessman Gerald Womack and political consultant Dallas Jones who work directly under them in executing the ballot harvesting operation in Harris County, Texas.”

“Witnesses have shown me and described to me how the ballot harvesters take absentee ballots from the elderly in nursing homes, from the homeless, and from unsuspecting residences’ mailboxes. The ballot harvesters then complete the ballots for their preferred candidate and forge the signature of the “voter”. Two witnesses stated to me that there are two individuals employed at the Harris County Clerk’s Office who are aware of the illegal ballots and help facilitate and mask the processing of the ballots into the legal stream of ballots.”

“I have been made aware of a law enforcement investigation in the Spring of 2020 regarding illegal ballot harvesting. Several interviews of individuals were conducted. After the interviews became public, former Harris County Clerk Diane Troutman, resigned alleging health concerns due to COVID-19. However, witnesses have told me that Ms. Troutman was arguing with Commission Rodney Ellis about the legality of the mass purchasing and mailing of mail-in ballots and that Troutman was concerned she would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting. Instead of coming forward and exposing the scheme, Ms. Troutman abruptly resigned. Witnesses have stated that Commissioner Ellis was not deterred and continued to move forward with the plan to mass mail ballots and expand the illegal ballot harvesting scam. Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commission Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”

“It appears that law enforcement agencies are currently investigating these alleged crimes and I will provide them with the evidence that I have already collected and am continuing to collect. Sadly, these law enforcement agencies will be working to prosecute these crimes well after the November 3, 2020 election.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently announced 134 felony charges against four defendants stemming from an alleged 2018 Democrat primary scheme to use fake disabilities provide mail-in ballots to people who were not disabled. The Democrat claim that fear of Coronavirus constitutes a disability has been only partially successful in Texas. Harris County is sending mail-in ballot applications to county voters 65 and over, so nursing homes remain a hotspot for potential fraud. Texas began mailing absentee ballots to voters for the presidential election on September 19.

Joe Biden is using the presidency to turn nearly the entire federal government into a DNC voter registration machine ahead of the 2024 election, with a special focus on mass registering “voters of color.”

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed in a thread on X that “the rigging of the 2024 election is well underway,” as “Biden has tasked the entirety of the federal government to work directly with Democrat Get-Out-The-Vote operations” – which are now giving instructions to federal employees as they use taxpayer dollars to hit their goal of registering 3 million new Democrat voters per year.

According to the Oversight Project’s thread, “A key organizer and coordinator of this effort is the dark money group [Demos] with deep ties to [Sen. Elizabeth Warren] and progressive groups.”

The left-wing registration drive appears to pay special attention to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), which is among the federal agencies spearheading the program.

Interestingly, the USDA has long been used by the likes of both Barack Obama and Joe Biden as a political organ to discriminate against white people. And before their times in office, the USDA was used by Bill Clinton, for much the same purpose, as well as to register as many Democrat voters as possible.

The voter registration drive stems from a March 2021 executive order signed by Joe Biden on “Promoting Access to Voting” that referred to supposed “obstacles” faced by minority voters, including a “lack of election information,” implying that the Biden Regime will be disseminating federally-approved election and campaign information to those they register.

The order also described “barriers to access at polling places,” which likely refers mostly to voter ID laws adopted to keep illegal aliens from voting and to stem the voter fraud seen all over the country in 2020, and before, but Biden in his order claims that the voter ID laws are racist, as are the “long lines” he claims minorities are faced with at polling places.

What’s more, is that the order called for election materials to be presented in foreign languages, not just at polling places and on the Vote.Gov site, but in federal prisons, where the U.S. Marshals have been tasked with making sure inmates have access to “educational materials related to voter registration and voting.”

Unsurprisingly, Biden also ordered the U.S. Marshals to “facilitate voting by mail” from federal prisons.

CNN’s news cameras caught a masked woman in Ohio stuffing a ballot box on live TV during the 2020 Presidential Election, which CNN and other corporate media outlets claim was “safe and secure” and not riddled with unprecedented levels of fraud from both government officials and paid political hacks.

CNN’s cameras were set up beside “the only ballot drop box in Cuyahoga County, Ohio” during early voting in the 2020 election, and captured a lone woman dumping a heaping handful of ballots that obviously belonged to a large group of people. There’s at least one massive problem with this entire situation, considering that ballot harvesting is ILLEGAL in Ohio.

“You can see this woman right here, casting her vote,” the correspondent told the cameras, before asking her if she’d voted for “Reagan or Carter,” jokingly referring to the 1980 – not 2020 – Presidential Election.

“Carter!” the woman responded.

As CNN’s cameras got a few steps closer to her, the huge pile of ballots in her hand was revealed, but the CNN correspondent said nothing as she dumped them into the drop box, instead playing it off like the entire situation was normal.

Under Ohio election law, it appears that CNN caught the woman, who is apparently a Democrat considering her “Carter” response to CNN’s 1980 election question, engaging in illegal ballot harvesting.

According to Ohio’s laws surrounding ballot drop boxes, which were implemented all over the country as the uni-party used COVID to illegally change election laws and thrust the 2020 presidential race into chaos, “a registered voter may use this secure receptacle to deposit their absentee ballot or that of a close family member.”

“Ohio law prohibits ballot harvesting. Anyone who possesses or delivers the absentee ballot of another person (unless a close family member), may be guilty of a Felony of the Fourth Degree, subject to a prison term of up to 18 months and/or a fine of up to $5,000.”

An election worker who worked the polls at a 14-day voting center in Maricopa County — Arizona’s largest county — testified that over 500 voters were “disenfranchised” at his polling place alone. Election day in Maricopa County was plagued by printer errors that led to long lines and a large number of provisional ballots. Multiple poll workers testified that these many of these ballots were not counted due to improper training on checking voters out, while a number of others simply left due to the wait time, however. Despite testimony from multiple poll workers, Maricopa County election officials opted to certify the election.

“Ladies and gentlemen of the Board of Supervisors, I was a poll worker…. And what I will say that I’ve seen is voters this cycle have in fact been disenfranchised,” the poll worker said. “When they come in, and they bring their ballot, and they can’t turn it in because there’s a line to turn it in. Or they can’t vote, because they were told they cannot check in because they were not able to properly check out at the previous polling center they were at, because we, as poll workers, were not taught how to check out voters at our poll centers,” he continued.

“So if a tabulator goes down and they have to come to our poll center, you know what this means. It means they are still checked in at another poll center and given provisional ballots that are not being counted.”

The poll worker went on to say that only a fraction of nearly 700 voters lined up outside his polling place were able to vote due to the issues and wait times. “And then at my poll center, where we literally had at 7 pm on Election Day 675 people waiting in line. Out of 675, do you know how many came in? 150.”

Election day voters in the state’s largest county were greeted by long lines due to what the Maricopa Board of Supervisors later described as a “printer issue.”

Voters were told that they could either come back later in the day, or submit a provisional ballot that would be “taken downtown” and counted later. The long lines prompted some voters to leave, however, due to other obligations and time constraints.

On Election Day, officials announced that about 20% of tabulators at county polling sites were malfunctioning. The “printer issue” affected roughly 17,000 ballots, which were ultimately counted, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has claimed.

That figure does not account for voters who left due to the issue, which according to the 14-day center poll worker, affected over 500 voters at his polling place alone.

Despite the irregularities, the board voted to certify the election anyway, with board chair Bill Gates delivering a lengthy statement in defense of their integrity.

Using an undercover camera crew, Project Veritas caught numerous instances of what is referred to as “electioneering” at a Philadelphia polling place. In the undercover video filmed by Project Veritas, the crew was instructed on who to vote for just feet from the entrance to one of the city’s polling places. Campaign posters for now senator and governor elect Fetterman and Shapiro were also observed just outside voting machines.

“This is a Democratic Party form,” says a “committee person” identified by the outlet as Rudy Stewart. The self-identified committeeman then produces a stack of papers titled “Official Democratic City Committee Ballot” for the 2022 general election in Philadelphia County. “Here’s the ballot,” Stewart says while speaking to an undercover reporter.

At another point in the Project Veritas video, Stewart motions to arriving voters and says, “”Anyone need Democratic Party information?” He then handed them one of the forms.

Later on, Stewart can be seen pointing to a table of Pennsylvania candidates pinned to a wall. When reading Republican Senate Candidate Mehmet Oz’s name, Stewart added that “we’re scared of him.”

“I’m scared of him. We’re scared of him,” Stewart states, gesturing to Oz’s name, then to GOP gubernatorial nominee Doug Mastriano. “So don’t vote for them?” the Project Veritas reporter asks. “Yes,” Stewart affirms. “These guys are scary.”

Another self-identified “committee-person,” identified by Project Veritas as James Harrison, told an undercover reporter that, “I just help out whoever, the majority of the community supports.”

“So you’re telling me I should vote John Fetterman? I should vote Joshua Shapiro?” the undercover journalist then asked. “If you vote Democrat, all of them are the Democratics [sic]. They only got one against one,” Harrison replied.

The Project Veritas video cites a section in Philadelphia County’s training guide for election board officials that defines electioneering, which includes “Handing out campaign materials” and “Telling voters which candidates to support.” Both components were demonstrated in the video.

In addition, reporters observed campaign posters for both Fetterman and Shapiro hanging at the entrance of the polling center.

Zapata, 45, had been with the Election Commission for about seven years and the city about 10, Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Claire Woodall-Vogg told the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal.  She was appointed to deputy director of the Election Commision this past summer.

Her responsibilities included supervising registration and all aspects of absentee/mail-in ballots. With Zapata’s firing and subsequent arrest, those responsibilities will now be handled by Woodall-Vogg.

Zapata’s annual salary as deputy director was $87,776, the city reported.

According to a criminal complaint, Zapata went on the MyVote website from her home to create fake voters. A little after 5:00 a.m. on October 25, Zapata allegedly submitted three applications under three different names at randomly selected addresses n Shorewood, South Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls.

The Milwaukee elections official then sent the fake applications to GOP State Rep. Janel Brandtjen in what Zapata claims was an exercise meant to demonstrate how easy it is to commit fraud.  Brandtjen, the chair of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, has repeatedly questioned the 2020 election results, which featured late night ballot uploads in Milwaukee.

The complaint states that Zapata wanted to redirect Brandtjen’s focus “away from outrageous conspiracy theories and to something that is actually real,” the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal reported.

It also states that “Zapata stated that she felt overwhelmed due to the threats of violence the Election Commission was receiving, in addition to the constant daily harassment and accusations of lying and hiding things. She stated she wanted the truth to come out so that they could focus on the actual problems.”

After the Milwaukee elections official was arrested and charged with fraud, Rep. Brandtjen filed a lawsuit to sequester military ballots. “Now that we know just how easy it is to illegally acquire military ballots, I’m asking the courts to confirm active military status until we can close these loopholes,” Brandtjen said. “We all want to protect our military members from having their valor stolen in such a despicable fashion,” she said.

That request was ultimately denied by a judge, who said it would be a “drastic action.”

A 55-year-old Florida woman has been arrested and charged with voter fraud related crimes after allegedly casting multiple ballots in 2020. Inspectors with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Election Crime Unit (FDLE) said Cheryl Ann Leslie, 55, who works as a physician’s assistant in Palm Beach County, is facing two counts of casting more than one ballot in an election. Both charges are third-degree felonies.

Law enforcement said Leslie voted in both the 2020 federal and state primary elections in both Florida and Alaska. Her Alaska votes were reportedly submitted by absentee ballot, while her Florida votes were cast early and in-person in Palm Beach County, WFLA reported.

When investigators interviewed her, she said her work requires her to frequently travel between states. The 55-year-old currently works at a senior care facility in Loxahatchee, Florida.

Investigators later uncovered a “pattern of double voting” spanning multiple years. Leslie has also been accused of voting in both states in 2014, 2016 and 2018. She is currently only facing charges in connection with her 2020 election votes, said FDLE spokesperson Gretl Plessinger.

Leslie’s activity was first detected by the Secretary of State’s Office of Election Crimes and Security. The information was then forwarded to FDLE’s election crime unit for further investigation.

“This arrest is yet another confirmation to every eligible Florida voter that the Department of State and FDLE are working together to ensure the integrity of their vote and Florida’s elections process,” said Secretary of State and Chief Election Officer Cord Byrd.

With Leslie’s arrest, the number of Floridians arrested for voter fraud crimes has risen to 19 since August. Last month, the Election Crime Unit arrested Alford Nelson, a native of Jamaica who is not a U.S. citizen, on two counts of voting as an unqualified elector. Investigators said Nelson, 57, voted in two 2022 elections despite not having citizenship.  His case is pending in Broward County court, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

Nelson allegedly registered to vote using a fake birth certificate.

Just under two weeks before the election, a local tv station in Arizona briefly aired a graphic that showed Katie Hobbs defeating Republican challenger Kari Lake in the state’s gubernatorial race. The graphic — which was displayed on the left side of the screen during a newscast — showed Hobbs up 53% to 47% with close to 2.5 million “votes” already tallied. Hobbs had a checkmark in her column, indicating her as the victor.

The graphic appeared on Thursday afternoon during an evening newscast on Fox 10 Phoenix.

“At 5:50p during the Fox 10 newscast today a small graphic appeared on the lower left side of the screen showing test results for the upcoming election. These were generated by the Associated Press which distributes results to clients,” FOX 10 wrote in a tweet. “This graphic was never meant to go on air — the numbers were only part of a test. The station has taken steps to make sure this cannot happen again.”

Earlier in the day, Lake called an emergency press conference in which she condemned the Arizona Democrat Party and corporate journalists for attempting to tie her campaign to a reported burglary at Hobbs’ office. “My desperate opponent, who is sinking like lead weight in water, pulled a stunt, and you guys fell for it. She put out a defamatory statement, and you all ran with it. You didn’t do your journalistic duty. It was malpractice of journalism that I’ve never seen before,” Lake said during the press conference.

The gubernatorial hopeful later commented on the Fox 10 graphic calling the Hobbs-Lake race for the former, saying it reinforced the points she was making during the presser.

“[Katie Hobbs] called me a crook & the media spread her bile. I called a presser to ask them to show some intellectual curiosity, do their jobs,” Lake wrote in a tweet. “[Fox 10 Phoenix] must not have liked it. Tonight, they called the race for Katie.

Lake, who has called for election reform both in Arizona and nationally, currently leads Hobbs by 4.5 percentage points according to the RealClearPolitics polling average.

On Friday morning, the Supreme Court of Wisconsin gave their opinion in Richard Teigen v. Wisconsin Elections Commission, dealing a massive victory for election integrity. The court ruled that ballot drop boxes are illegal under the laws of Wisconsin, and further declared that all elections which involve the use of ballot drop boxes ought to be considered illegitimate.

“If elections are conducted outside the law, the people have not conferred their consent on the government. Such elections are unlawful and their results are illegitimate” the court declared in their ruling, comparing the use of drop boxes with other illegitimate elections in Cuba or North Korea.

“The record indicates hundreds of ballot drop boxes have been set up in past elections… and thousands of votes have been cast via this unlawful method, thereby directly harming the Wisconsin voters” the court continued.

The ruling also declared that voters must return their own absentee ballots, rather than have one person return large quantities of ballots. The newly banned practice has previously raised eyebrows, as it made the illegal and fraudulent practice of ballot harvesting much more likely to occur. The courts’ opinion finally clarified that “Wisconsin’s election statutes require that to return an absentee ballot in person, voters must personally deliver their ballot to the clerk or the clerk’s authorized representative.”

Wisconsin officially voted for Biden in 2020, after voting for Donald Trump in 2016. The use of ballot drop boxes and widespread potential for ballot harvesting have both been widely cited as a major reason for Biden’s victory in the state. Their use has remained a primary reason for concern among those skeptical of the official results.

The decision is a major victory for Republicans and supporters of election integrity, just in time for the 2022 midterms. In such a pivotal swing state, the ruling will hopefully have positive, far-reaching effects in future elections.

This Wisconsin Republican Party cheered the ruling, noting the long abuse of drop boxes by Democrats. Meanwhile, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, who stands to lose from this ruling in his upcoming reelection bid, lamented the decision as an ‘attack on the right to vote.’

The ruling is set to go into effect immediately.

U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), who is hoping to beat McConnell ally Katie Britt to secure his state’s GOP Senate nomination, pushed back against Sandra Smith of Fox News after she claimed there was “no evidence” of fraud in the 2020 election.

On the topic of 2020 and election integrity as a whole, Smith first asked Mo Brooks why Trump decided to rescind his endorsement. The Congressman said that it was a matter of him not backing an effort to get Trump reinstated, adding that there is no legal remedy to do so.

Brooks did add that Trump was “robbed” in 2020 and stated his belief that the election was stolen.

“He was robbed in my judgement in 2020, in his judgement he was robbed, so I can understand that desire,” Brooks said. “The conflict was, when I would explain, the law does not permit us to do that. Our one shot to reverse the election, our one shot in an election contest, under the U.S. Constitution and federal law, is on January 6. That’s it, that’s the final appeal date.”

Brooks voted not to certify the 2020 election on January 6, 2021, joining 125 Republican representatives.

“Just to go on the record there has been still no evidence or proof provided that there was any sort of fraud-,” Smith began to say before Brooks immediately interjected.

“Well no, that’s wrong. I don’t know why you people in the media keep saying that but that is absolutely false, that is absolutely false. You keep saying it every time but that is absolutely false!” Brooks exclaimed.

“You had 150 congressman and Senators who absolutely disagreed with you on what you just said. So what are you calling them?” Mo Brooks asked. “What are you calling them when you say 150 Republican Senators and Congressmen looked at the voter fraud issue and said there was a major problem?”

He went on to cite a bipartisan election integrity commission from 2005 that identified “systemic flaws” in America’s election system and “warned us that elections are gonna be stolen if we don’t fix these problems, and these problems were not fixed.”

“So I don’t know who’s telling you there’s no evidence but that tells me you haven’t done your homework,” Brooks continued.

Smith claimed that “the courts and the judges” have decided that no election fraud took place in 2020.

“Wait a minute no, I’m getting in the last word on this one because you just made a false statement, ok?” Brooks fired back.

“The courts are not the final arbiter of who wins federal election contests, Congress is! That is required by the United States Constitution, that is required by the United States code, for Congressmen, Senators and the President,” Brooks continued. “So don’t be surprised that courts don’t usurp the power that is authorized to the United States Congress.

The Fox News host then quoted a Wisconsin GOP official who said there was no evidence of election fraud and urged the party to move on from “conspiracy theories” surrounding the 2020 election.

“Look at the judge’s opinion in Pennsylvania that talked about over 2 million illegal ballots cast, that was their court order,” Brooks continued. Smith then attempted to pivot to Nancy Pelosi’s partisan January 6 committee by asking if Brooks had been subpoenaed.

“Look at the special investigation of a former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice who found significant voter fraud at nursing homes in the state of Wisconsin,” Brooks said, refusing to let Smith’s “no evidence” claim stand.

“Look at the 2,000 mules documentary that has come out, look at how many mail-in ballots there were across the United States for which we have no security,” Brooks continued.

“OK uhm, and that has been looked at and fact checked by multiple outlets, including Reuters, who have debunked that as any sort of proof that there was widespread voter fraud,” Sandra Smith shot back in an attempt to have the final word.

“I’m sorry but other people have fact checked it and find you absolutely wrong Sandra, but keep going with that story if you wish,” Brooks concluded on the issue of election integrity.

Smith then moved on to the January 6 committee, which Brooks dubbed “the witch hunt committee.”
