ES&S, the voting machine company at the center of a Pennsylvania vote-flipping scandal during Tuesday’s 2023 elections, has a long history of election integrity issues, with reports of vote-flipping that date back nearly two decades across multiple states. A 2007 study found that ES&S touchscreen voting machines could be “maliciously calibrated” to flip votes in favor of specific candidates.

Elections were shut down on Tuesday in Northampton County, Pennsylvania when votes cast on touchscreen voting machines produced by ES&S were flipped from one option to another as voters decided whether or not to retain two Pennsylvania Superior Court Judges. Voting eventually resumed under a court order, with election officials chalking the vote-flipping up to a human coding error and claiming that they could accurately tally the flipped votes. Reports as of Wednesday evening say that both judges are expected to retain their positions on the court and now the jurisdiction is facing widespread accusations of running a deliberately soiled election.

Remarkably, Tuesday was far from the first time that ES&S touchscreen voting machines were found to be flipping votes, with reports of ES&S vote flipping dating back to 2006 and being vindicated in a 2007 study sponsored by the state of Ohio ahead of the 2008 Presidential Election, when ES&S machines were used in 20 states.

On the eve of the 2008 Presidential Election, Wired published a report on ES&S, revealing that the company’s touchscreen voting machines could be “maliciously calibrated to favor specific candidates” by way of vote flipping. At the time, more than 97,000 ES&S touchscreen voting machines were in use and Wired reported that voters “in a number of states” had reported problems with vote flipping.

“TOUCHSCREEN VOTING MACHINES at the center of recent vote-flipping reports can be easily and maliciously recalibrated in the field to favor one candidate in a race,” Wired reported, citing a study by computer scientists working on behalf of the state of Ohio.

“At issue are touchscreen machines manufactured by ES&S,” the report went on.

“…The process for calibrating the [ES&S] touchscreens allows poll workers or someone else to manipulate specific regions of the screen, so that a touch in one region is registered in another” Wired reported. “Someone attempting to rig an election could thus arrange for votes for one candidate to be mapped to the opponent.”

Furthermore, according to the 2008 Wired report, the same problem with ES&S voting machines was reported during a 2006 election, in Sarasota, Florida.

Poll: Trump Leads Biden in Crucial Battleground States https://nationalfile.com/poll-trump-leads-biden-in-crucial-battleground-states/ Fri, 14 Jul 2023 14:58:09 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=61587 Last Updated on July 14, 2023

45th President Donald J. Trump leads Joe Biden in multiple battleground states according to a recent round of polling that previewed the 2024 Presidential Election’s most likely match-up.

Trump is leading Biden in the critical battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, and the two are tied at 50% each in the states of Michigan and Pennsylvania. Biden leads Trump by a 2-point margin in the state of Nevada, according to the polling conducted by Prime Group between June 14th and 28th of this year.

While those numbers appear to largely favor Trump, things get even better for the GOP’s presumptive nominee when a hypothetical third-party “moderate” is added to the mix.

In that scenario, Joe Biden’s numbers plummet, indicating that he and his party have a huge weakness among large swaths of traditionally Democrat voters, who have grown weary of the far-left direction the party has taken itself and the nation.

According to the results of the three-way poll, in Arizona, Trump boasts a 10-point lead over Biden when the third-party “moderate” is accounted for.

In Georgia, Trump holds a 9-point lead in the hypothetical three-way race.

In North Carolina, he leads by 8, while in Pennsylvania, Trump leads by 5.

In Democrats’ midwestern “blue wall,” a wall that Trump cracked in the 2016 election (and likely in 2020 were it not for unprecedented fraud), Trump leads Biden in a three-way race in Wisconsin and Michigan by 3 points.

In Nevada, Trump and Biden are tied.

The three-way polling was commissioned by No Labels, a non-partisan group that is exploring the possible launch of a third-party “moderate” presidential campaign in 2024.

Among those being floated as a potential No Labels presidential candidate is West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin. Manchin, a Democrat, has often been at odds with Joe Biden and other members of the national party but has cast several critical votes in favor of Biden’s agenda and is a major supporter of American involvement in Ukraine.

While Manchin has not made any official announcement regarding possible plans for 2024, he has traveled to Iowa and is slated to make an appearance at a No Labels event in New Hampshire in the coming days.

Pennsylvania: Failed GOP Nominee Carrie DelRosso Now a Lobbyist for DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS https://nationalfile.com/pennsylvania-failed-gop-nominee-carrie-delrosso-now-a-lobbyist-for-dominion-voting-systems/ Wed, 21 Jun 2023 13:58:42 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=60491 Last Updated on June 21, 2023

Carrie DelRosso, the failed 2022 GOP nominee for Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania, who’s been widely credited by her own party with helping sink the statewide GOP ticket, led by America First gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano, has gone to work as a lobbyist representing Dominion Voting Systems.

DelRosso was the Pennsylvania establishment’s hand-chosen nominee for Lt. Governor in 2022, as they mobilized to take down the Trump-aligned primary campaign of Teddy Daniels and, eventually, the general election campaign of Doug Mastriano, who’d endorsed Daniels in the primary and was also backed by President Trump.

Now, DelRosso has gone to work as a lobbyist on behalf of Dominion Voting Systems, the electronic voting company at the center of 2020 election fraud investigations that won a whopping $787.5 million after suing Fox News for the apparent crime of some of its hosts questioning the reported 2020 election results. The company has also been reported to have directed Fox News to fire Tucker Carlson.

A recent report in The Philadelphia Inquirer, headlined “Post-Mastriano, DelRosso goes team Dominion”, details Carrie DelRosso’s new employment, revealing that DelRosso “is now a lobbyist for Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney.”

The lobbying firm, The Inquirer reported, “has been lobbying for Dominion since 2017,” well before the 2020 Presidential Election and during a period of time in which electronic voting companies pushed hard to seize control of American elections – with great success, largely thanks to big-money lobbying firms and their paid political hacks.

DelRosso and a Dominion spokesman each refused to comment when reached by The Inquirer, the report adds.

DelRosso Dominion Lobyist
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Carrie DelRosso has gone to work as a lobbyist on behalf of globalist Dominion Voting Systems.

DelRosso’s lobbying on behalf of Dominion Voting Systems becomes all the more interesting when her financial and political ties to the uni-party establishment are considered.

In 2022, she was catapulted to the Lt. Governor’s nomination by a China-tied, anti-Trump mega-donor Jeff Yass and his associated network of Political Action Committees, in a coordinated establishment attack on the America First, pro-Trump campaigns of Teddy Daniels and Doug Mastriano.

In her run for Lt. Gov, DelRosso was backed, to the tune of more than $1 million, by Yass and the Commonwealth Fund, one of the many vehicles he’s used to dump extraordinary sums of money into establishment candidates.

Yass refused to donate to the gubernatorial campaign of Doug Mastriano in the general election.

As National File reported during Pennsylvania’s 2022 race:

“GOP megadonor Jeffrey Yass has refused to support Doug Mastriano in the Pennsylvania gubernatorial race. Yass, the richest man in Pennsylvania, has contributed over $35 million to PACs in support of state Republicans since 2017

The Commonwealth Children’s Choice Fund…gave $1.5 million to State Rep. Carrie DelRosso’s campaign for lieutenant governor.”

As previously mentioned, Yass is deeply tied to Communist China and through his venture capitalism, to the Chinese Communist Party-run TikTok app, which admittedly spies on American citizens. In fact, Yass is the largest American investor in the CCP app.

Along with DelRosso, Yass has been slammed for surrendering to the radical left’s takeover of Pennsylvania, paving the way for electoral mayhem in 2024, after the state’s Democrats helped lead the national charge to illegally change election law and throw the 2020 Presidential Election.

He’s also a major financial backer of Ron DeSantis’s 2024 Presidential campaign.

Video: Pennsylvania Superintendent Reports Groomers to District Attorney, Vows to Protect Kids https://nationalfile.com/video-pennsylvania-superintendent-reports-groomers-to-district-attorney-vows-to-protect-kids/ Thu, 15 Jun 2023 16:48:18 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=60411 Last Updated on June 15, 2023

A Pennsylvania school superintendent is vowing to protect the kids he’s tasked with educating and has reported public school groomers to the local District Attorney for prosecution.

Abe Lucabaugh, the superintendent of Pennsylvania’s Central Bucks School District, made no bones about his opposition to the predatory groomers indoctrinating children with sexualized materials and their rabid LGBT agenda when he vowed to “defend students” at a recent district meeting.

“Make no mistake about this, I will defend students and defend against anything contributing to the sexualization of students,” Lucabaugh said, fighting back against a chorus of groomers, aided by local politicians and media outlets, who have sought to overhaul the Central Bucks School District with sexual predation.

The press and child-grooming activists have slammed Lucabaugh for his decision to remove gay pride flags and sexually-charged books from the school district, with local media launching a full-court press against Lucabaugh, accusing him of being a Christian nationalist and claiming that his ban on sexual material and the grooming of kids in schools has caused a “chilling” effect in the district.

But Abe Lucabaugh isn’t backing down.

“I will never condone any behavior or any decision that promotes the sexualization of children in this district, and I make no qualms about it. That’s why, as superintendent, I do not support the district giving students access to graphic images of sexual acts being performed or reading books that teach students how to set up accounts on apps designed for casual sex hookups.”

“I do not support having images in our libraries that are so lurid that even newspapers and media outlets aren’t permitted to publish them because they violate FCC guidelines. It’s why, as superintendent, I’ve reported employees who sexualized children to our District Attorney. Because no student, regardless of how they identify or whom they love, should be subjected to sexualization by their school district or any of its employees.”

Mastriano Leads GOP Field in Early GOP Senate Primary Poll https://nationalfile.com/mastriano-leads-gop-field-in-early-gop-senate-primary-poll/ Thu, 06 Apr 2023 18:22:16 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=59178 Last Updated on April 6, 2023

Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano currently leads the GOP field for the Keystone State’s Senate primary in 2024. Mastriano — who previously ran for governor in 2022 — will be aiming to unseat Democrat incumbent Bob Casey, who has served in the U.S. Senate since 2007.

In one of the first polls gauging the upcoming campaign, a Public Policy Polling survey has Mastriano receiving 39% of the vote among 616 likely Republican primary voters.

Former hedge fund CEO David McCormick was the poll’s runner-up with 22%, while Kathy Barnette received 11%. McCormick and Barnette both sought the GOP nomination for the state’s other Senate seat in 2022 and currently find themselves in their respective finishing positions from that race in the Public Policy Polling survey.

McCormick narrowly lost to Dr. Mehmet Oz, ultimately coming up short by just 1,000 votes or so. Barnette enjoyed a late surge among America First conservatives to finish third.

In a head-to-head matchup, Mastriano led McCormick 42% to 28% with 29% unsure.

Additionally, the poll found Mastriano with a 47% favorability rating among GOP primary voters. 22% held a favorable view of McCormick, though a majority of voters (65%) remain unsure. Barnette had similar results with 17% of respondents indicating a favorable opinion while 67% remain unsure.

Mastriano has not yet committed to running for the Senate seat in 2024, though he did tell Politico that he is mulling the prospect in an interview last month. Incumbent Senator Bob Casey has not formally announced his re-election bid either. The longtime Senator previously announced that he was undergoing cancer treatment earlier this year, prompting prayers and well wishes from both his colleagues and opponents.

Seemingly Computer-Generated Hoax Calls Trigger School Lockdowns Across Pennsylvania https://nationalfile.com/seemingly-computer-generated-hoax-calls-trigger-school-lockdowns-across-pennsylvania/ Wed, 29 Mar 2023 20:53:37 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=59032 Last Updated on March 29, 2023

A series of what is assumed to be computer-generated swatting calls prompted lockdowns and evacuations in several Pennsylvania schools on Wednesday, including two Catholic high schools in the heart of Pittsburgh.

The hoax calls contained similar reporting threats of active shooters or bombs at the targeted schools. Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating the calls.

According to CBS News reporting local,  police have stated, “at this time, all claims in these calls have been determined to be false.”

In response to the calls, local law enforcement swarmed Central and Oakland Catholic High Schools. Pittsburgh Public Safety officials directed parents and students to safe locations, and thankfully, no injuries have been reported.

“Certainly an active shooter is our first priority. We have resources throughout the city, county, state- certainly manpower intensive but worth the effort to make sure everyone was safe and no one was hurt,” said acting Pittsburgh Police Chief Thomas Stangrecki.

The University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University (UPMC) issued alerts to their students advising them to avoid all affected areas. The Pittsburgh Science and Technology Administration Building and other schools were placed on modified lockdown as a precautionary measure.

“City schools are on modified lockdown for the rest of the day,” according to local officials.

As a result of these incidents, hospitals and emergency officials in Pittsburgh heightened their security alert levels. UPMC released a statement saying, “Our emergency and trauma teams are always prepared to provide various levels of care and trained to respond accordingly. We have had no verified incidents in communities served by UPMC.”

Pittsburgh Regional Transit also re-routed several buses due to the police activity in Oakland.

Mayor Ed Gainey expressed relief that there were no injured or killed and emphasized the importance of community efforts to protect children, stating, “At the end of the day, this is happening everywhere, we hear this hoax is going on throughout America. Our greatest asset is our children, we got to keep them safe and we have to continue to work together.”

The hoax calls have impacted various schools across Pennsylvania, with some receiving calls from the same California phone number.

The North Hills School District informed stud families of the false reports and reassured them of their children’s safety through an electronic letter. The Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators is also monitoring the ongoing investigation.

State police are treating each incident with the standard law enforcement protocols and are working alongside FBI agents as well as  local law enforcement. The FBI in Pittsburgh issued a statement, emphasizing that they “take swatting very seriously because it puts innocent people at risk.”

As the investigation continues, the Pennsylvania school community is remaining vigilant ensuring the safety of their students.

Founder of LGBT Youth Support Group Discusses ‘White Terror,’ Says There is ‘No Such Thing’ as a ‘Good’ White Person https://nationalfile.com/founder-of-lgbt-youth-support-group-discusses-white-terror-says-there-is-no-such-thing-as-a-good-white-person/ Wed, 25 Jan 2023 19:37:49 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=58036 Last Updated on January 25, 2023

Marlene Pray, the founder of a Planned Parenthood-backed LGBT youth sex education group in Bucks County, PA, discussed “white terror” and stated that there is “no such thing” as a “good” white person during a Zoom meeting. Pray is the founder of the Rainbow Room, an “LGBTQIA youth program that provides a supportive and empowering environment for youth ages 14-21.”

During a zoom meeting on the topic of “systemic racism,” Pray, a white woman, was asked if she herself was a racist. “Yes, absolutely. I am a racist. I participate and function and benefit from a system of racism,” the Rainbow Room founder replied enthusiastically. “Whether we call it white supremacy, although we are in no way supreme, so white terrorism is sometimes a more appropriate term for this system that we live in.”

Pray went on to say that “white folks traded our humanity in order to gain white terror and supremacy and white superiority. That’s part of the history of the founding United States.”

“And I have inherited this white privilege that is totally unearned, that is… it’s also dehumanizing, that is the piece I was adding,” she continued. “But it’s, for me, it’s, as well as oppressive as well as oppressive, and damaging, and violent, and lethal to people of color,” Pray continued. “I can do what I can to minimize harm all the time. I am never free of harm as a white person, I am never a completely safe white person.”

The far-left activist went on to praise author Patrice Jackson, stating that there is “no such thing as a good person,” only that they can “minimize the harm” that they do.

The Rainbow Room — a Planned Parenthood initiative — was founded in 2002 and routinely encourages left-wing activism among students. Pennsylvania-based activist Megan Brock posted screenshots from the group’s Facebook page encouraging participation in protests for abortion access, Black Lives Matter and advocacy for DACA immigrants.

This past October, the project received a $630,000 state grant that will fund its operating costs for years to come. “Make no mistake, The Rainbow Room saves lives,” said state Senator Steve Santarsiero at a press conference announcing the grant. “It is my sincere hope that this will make a huge difference in the lives of kids moving forward as The Rainbow Room has already.”

Pray stated at the time that the resources will be used to open a second location to accompany its initial meeting place in Doylestown. According to the Bucks County Courier, state funds have allowed the group to “hire a fulltime community health educator and include a second group known as Roy G. Biv, an LGBTQ+ youth group for kids 10-14 which had been run by volunteers in the community before becoming an official part of The Rainbow Room.”

While speaking at the press conference, Pray stated that the increased funding was coming at a crucial time.

“We are clearly in a time of escalated attacks and threats and cruelty and misinformation directed at LGBTQ youth and it just makes the strengthening of The Rainbow Room that much more significant in our nation and our community’s history,” Pray said.

PA GOP Gets Relentlessly Mocked Over ‘Happy Kwanzaa’ Tweet https://nationalfile.com/pa-gop-gets-relentlessly-mocked-over-happy-kwanzaa-tweet/ Tue, 27 Dec 2022 16:40:13 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=57343 Last Updated on December 27, 2022

The Pennsylvania Republican Party was relentlessly criticized and mocked after posting a tweet commemorating the celebration of Kwanzaa. The holiday was created by a black nationalist college professor as an alternative to Christianity in the 1960’s, though it has failed to gain any widespread traction among the Black community. Twitter user’s flooded the Pennsylvania GOP’s Twitter page to slam the organization as “tone deaf.”

Kwanzaa was created in 1966 by black nationalist Maulana Karenga, an activist and professor who was convicted in 1971 of assaulting a woman. The victim accused Karenga of beating and whipping her because, she said, Karenga thought she was trying to poison him, according to a report at the time by the Los Angeles Times. Karenga ultimately served time in prison as a result of the conviction.

Karenga was also a cofounder of the group “US,” a black nationalist group that emerged as a splinter option to the Black Panthers.

Though Kwanzaa has failed to gain any widespread popularity among the African American population, the Pennsylvania GOP found it prudent to commemorate the black nationalist holiday.

“Happy Kwanzaa,” reads a graphic tweeted by the Pennsylvania Republican Party just hours after Christmas Day had concluded. “We hope you have a blessed Kwanzaa and new year. Have a happy holiday!” reads the caption.

https://twitter.com/PAGOP/status/1607376086681239552

The tweet was promptly panned by Twitter users who mainly accused the Pennsylvania Republican Party of being out of touch with their voter base.

“’How could any organization choose Dr. Oz to run for Senate? How could any organization lose to Fetterman?’” former Florida Congressional candidate Jim Huff asked rhetorically.

“Here for the quote tweets and ratio,” wrote former U.S. Marine and veteran mental health specialist Tom Sauer. “You guys don’t get it, do you.”

The tweet has garnered just 62 likes against 662 replies in a little over 24 hours, constituting a resounding “ratio,” a term used to describe a tweet so unpopular that it gets more negative feedback than likes or retweets.

Suspect Injured After Shooting at One of America’s Largest Malls https://nationalfile.com/suspect-injured-after-shooting-at-one-of-americas-largest-malls/ Mon, 19 Dec 2022 18:01:31 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=57075 Last Updated on December 19, 2022

A hit-and-run suspect was injured in an officer-involved shooting at the King of Prussia Mall during one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year. Police confirmed that the armed suspect was a Philadelphia resident. Located about 30 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia, the King of Prussia Mall is the nation’s third largest shopping mall.

On Sunday evening, an Upper Merion Police officer shot an armed hit-and-run suspect during a chase near the mall. 27-year-old Andrew Wiley, a Philadelphia resident, was shot in the leg after firing at pursuing officers and now faces a litany of felonies.

No additional injuries to police or bystanders were reported.

Wiley was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder of a Law Enforcement Officer, Assault of Law Enforcement Officer, Aggravated Assault, Firearm Not to be Carried Without a License, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and other related charges, 6 ABC reported.

Wiley told police that he had purchased a “ghost gun” off the streets for $600 prior to the incident, skirting Philadelphia’s strict gun laws.

According to investigators, the incident started with a hit-and-run in the King of Prussia Mall area shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 18. A bike officer responded to the scene and identified Wiley’s vehicle as a red Nissan Juke.

“He noticed the suspect was now hiding in the backseat. Before he could take him into custody, the suspect was able to jump in the front (seat),” Upper Merion Township Police Chief Thomas Nolan said.

Wiley then attempted to leave the area, but ultimately became stuck in heavy traffic. An officer eventually pulled up behind him with lights activated, at which point Wiley jumped a curb and breaking down in the parking lot of the Seasons 52 restaurant outside the mall.

“As he is approaching on foot, the suspect gets out holding a black handgun. He doesn’t comply with the officer’s orders to drop the weapon and starts firing the weapon at the officer,” Nolan said.

At that point, the officer returned fire, hitting Wiley twice in the legs. He was then apprehended and transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

“You have the largest shopping mall by retail space in the country on the Sunday before Christmas. It could have been very, very different. The actions of the officers, in this case, were heroic,” Nolan told reporters.

Electing a ‘Cis, White Male’ Board President Would ‘Send the Wrong Message,’ Upper Moreland School Board Member Says https://nationalfile.com/electing-a-cis-white-male-board-president-would-send-the-wrong-message-upper-moreland-school-board-member-says/ Mon, 12 Dec 2022 02:48:51 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=56862 Last Updated on December 14, 2022

The Upper Moreland School Board recently rejected a candidate for board president after one member complained that electing a “cis, white male” would send the “wrong message” and contradict the board’s goals.

Only two candidates were up for the presidential position on the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania school district, Greg D’Elia and April Stainback. Prior to the vote, Upper Moreland Board member and Treasurer Jennifer Solot announced her opposition to D’Elia’s candidacy based on his immutable characteristics.

“I believe that Mr. D’Elia would make an excellent president,” Solot said. “However, I feel that electing the only cis, white male president of the board of this district sends the wrong message to our community — a message that is contrary to what we as a board have been trying to accomplish.”

“I think it’s important that we practice what we preach, and that our words have strength when they are spoken, whether we speak them from the neighborhood sidewalks or from behind these tables,” the Upper Moreland School Board member added.

The board then elected April Steinback by a vote of 8-1, with Mr. D’Elia voting for himself. The board member who nominated D’Elia, who is unknown currently because they were not on camera when the nomination was made, ultimately did not vote for the candidate they nominated, Broad and Liberty reported.

Some of the board members appeared torn prior to the vote, with members Rose Huber and Sarah Byrnes taking a pause before casting their votes. It is unclear whether their decisions were influenced by the statement made by Solot.

According to Public School Review, 76% of Upper Moreland’s current student body consists of white students, though Solot believes electing a white board president would “send the wrong message.”
