20 private investigators have uncovered a great deal. What has been uncovered is a group of masterminds wanting to destroy the Texas voting voice. Some of the masterminds include Democrat County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Democrat State Senator Boris Miles. They have two captains, Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones.

Jones was hired by the Biden campaign to run the Biden Texas operation. These captains have scores of paid vote harvesters working for them. They harvest ballots by mail from nursing homes, homeless centers, door to door in poor neighborhoods, often dressed as Census workers. They offer $50 gift cards in front of stores asking people to take ballots by mail, acquired from the above, to sign and mail at a local post office. They hold ballots by mail in several locations where people forge signatures on the collected ballots by mail. Evidence has been presented to the local DA, Kim Ogg, who received a substantial amount of political contributions from Soros funded organizations in her election in 2018. The evidence included an affidavit and other evidence, including photographs, from a 30 year black police officer who was serving as a poll watcher and saw the election judge use a table full of IDs to vote unregistered people that were voting by drive through. This is a criminal act according to the Texas Election Code. The district attorney’s office did not even want to entertain our criminal complaint. This information along with other affidavits of harassment of poll watchers and alternate election judges was sent to the office of Republican Atty. General Ken Paxton.

The Democrat County clerk, Chris Hollins, instituted drive-through voting by anyone for any reason which is in violation of the Texas Election Code. A petition for writ of mandamus before the Texas Supreme Court last week to stop this illegal activity and they voted 7 to 1 to deny the petition. The County clerk has now opened up the early voting polling locations until 10 PM for the rest of the week until the last day of early voting, when eight polling places will be open 24 hours. Of the 120 early voting locations, the vast majority are in Democrat areas of the county. In violation of the Texas Election Code, Hollins independently mailed ballots by mail to all individuals 65 and older, in violation of Texas Election Code, which requires an individual to request a ballot by mail before it can be sent. Hollins planned on sending every registered voter a ballot by mail, but the Texas Supreme Court granted our petition and stopped this. The Harris County voter files have not been purged since 2016 when the Democrats took charge. We can document that dead people have voted in this election and people who have moved out of state. No arrest warrants have been issued and we do not expect them to issue any. In the meantime, the Democrats are implementing their massive election voter fraud scheme, mostly in open sight. One arrest would go miles in stopping this election fraud scheme. The drive through locations are located in primarily in Democrat areas. This also violates the 14th Amendment.”

At Harrisvotes.com, clicking on “Polling Locations” and then the clock icon for “Hours of Operation” show that beginning on Thursday October 29 there were EIGHT polling locations that had 24-hour voting rolling into Friday morning.

Madonna signed the paperwork but not in the designated signature line. I then began my work as a poll watcher.”

“I observed several oddities but the most concerning was a table in-between the sign-in tables One and Three. At that table was a large stack of Texas Driver’s Licenses. Staff would come inside from the drive-through voting booth and scan a driver’s license from someone outside and get a ticket and return outside. But sometimes a staff member would search through the stack of driver’s license on the table, then scan it, receive a ticket and also go outside to the drive-through booth. As a Police Officer, I quickly became suspicious that they were committing a crime by having the unattended D.L.’s just sitting on the table and that possible voting crimes were being committed using these forms of ID. Also during this time-frame an employee of the Harris County Attorney’s Office came by and he conversed with April but nothing changed and he departed. Since I was there as a poll watcher and not there as a Police Officer, I just continued to observe and considered how to deal with this situation. About that time a Precinct 1 Constable (Deputy W. Schultz) arrived at the polling location and he happened to be someone I knew professionally. I spoke with the Deputy outside and informed him of what I had observed. He was amazed and asked for evidence which I provided to him.”

The Deputy went inside the polling location but at this time the driver’s licenses were removed and hidden from the table. After the interviews became public, former Harris County Clerk Diane Troutman, resigned alleging health concerns due to COVID-19. However, witnesses have told me that Ms. Troutman was arguing with Commission Rodney Ellis about the legality of the mass purchasing and mailing of mail-in ballots and that Troutman was concerned she would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting. As Texas goes, so goes the nation.  Harris County did not allow the GOP State Conversation to take place this past summer and it seems the socialist Democrats took complete control of Harris county when they won offices in 2018, by a 200,000 vote margin.

20 private investigators have uncovered a great deal. What has been uncovered is a group of masterminds wanting to destroy the Texas voting voice. Some of the masterminds include Democrat County Commissioner Rodney Ellis and Democrat State Senator Boris Miles. They have two captains, Gerald Womack and Dallas Jones.

Jones was hired by the Biden campaign to run the Biden Texas operation. These captains have scores of paid vote harvesters working for them. Vote harvesting is a second-degree felony under the Texas Election Code. This is a criminal operation that these Democrat elected officials are running. Dallas Jones was picked up by the FBI, the weekend before last, for 2 days of interrogation. He was subsequently fired by the Biden campaign.

They harvest ballots by mail from nursing homes, homeless centers, door to door in poor neighborhoods, often dressed as Census workers. They offer $50 gift cards in front of stores asking people to take ballots by mail, acquired from the above, to sign and mail at a local post office. They hold ballots by mail in several locations where people forge signatures on the collected ballots by mail. Evidence has been presented to the local DA, Kim Ogg, who received a substantial amount of political contributions from Soros funded organizations in her election in 2018. The evidence included an affidavit and other evidence, including photographs, from a 30 year black police officer who was serving as a poll watcher and saw the election judge use a table full of IDs to vote unregistered people that were voting by drive through. This is a criminal act according to the Texas Election Code. The district attorney’s office did not even want to entertain our criminal complaint. This information along with other affidavits of harassment of poll watchers and alternate election judges was sent to the office of Republican Atty. General Ken Paxton.

The Democrat County clerk, Chris Hollins, instituted drive-through voting by anyone for any reason which is in violation of the Texas Election Code. A petition for writ of mandamus before the Texas Supreme Court last week to stop this illegal activity and they voted 7 to 1 to deny the petition. The County clerk has now opened up the early voting polling locations until 10 PM for the rest of the week until the last day of early voting, when eight polling places will be open 24 hours. Of the 120 early voting locations, the vast majority are in Democrat areas of the county. In violation of the Texas Election Code, Hollins independently mailed ballots by mail to all individuals 65 and older, in violation of Texas Election Code, which requires an individual to request a ballot by mail before it can be sent. Hollins planned on sending every registered voter a ballot by mail, but the Texas Supreme Court granted our petition and stopped this. The Harris County voter files have not been purged since 2016 when the Democrats took charge. We can document that dead people have voted in this election and people who have moved out of state. No arrest warrants have been issued and we do not expect them to issue any. In the meantime, the Democrats are implementing their massive election voter fraud scheme, mostly in open sight. One arrest would go miles in stopping this election fraud scheme. The drive through locations are located in primarily in Democrat areas. This also violates the 14th Amendment.”

At Harrisvotes.com, clicking on “Polling Locations” and then the clock icon for “Hours of Operation” show that beginning on Thursday October 29 there were EIGHT polling locations that had 24-hour voting rolling into Friday morning.

Texas poll watcher Raymond T. Stewart, a retired police officer, submitted a sworn affidavit Thursday that was provided to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. That affidavit, first obtained by NATIONAL FILE, alleges that a Houston precinct judge and staff illegally used a stack of driver’s licenses in their possession to allow people to vote illegally in the 2020 election at a drive-through voting window created by the Coronavirus pandemic. “I informed the staff that I was a poll watcher for a candidate and had my paperwork. I asked for the precinct judge to sign my required paperwork so I could start work. The precinct judge is identified as April Elmore (Gibson) and she was there but refused to sign my paperwork and she instead directed me to someone inside named Madonna. Madonna signed the paperwork but not in the designated signature line. I then began my work as a poll watcher.”

“I observed several oddities but the most concerning was a table in-between the sign-in tables One and Three. At that table was a large stack of Texas Driver’s Licenses. Staff would come inside from the drive-through voting booth and scan a driver’s license from someone outside and get a ticket and return outside. But sometimes a staff member would search through the stack of driver’s license on the table, then scan it, receive a ticket and also go outside to the drive-through booth. As a Police Officer, I quickly became suspicious that they were committing a crime by having the unattended D.L.’s just sitting on the table and that possible voting crimes were being committed using these forms of ID. Also during this time-frame an employee of the Harris County Attorney’s Office came by and he conversed with April but nothing changed and he departed. Since I was there as a poll watcher and not there as a Police Officer, I just continued to observe and considered how to deal with this situation. About that time a Precinct 1 Constable (Deputy W. Schultz) arrived at the polling location and he happened to be someone I knew professionally. I spoke with the Deputy outside and informed him of what I had observed. He was amazed and asked for evidence which I provided to him.”

The Deputy went inside the polling location but at this time the driver’s licenses were removed and hidden from the table. At 1:00pm April commanded me to leave the polling location because I had observed and collected evidence and she informed me that ‘I couldn’t.’ I have not received any call from any Federal, County nor State official investigating these serious actions and crimes.”

The Joe Biden campaign’s Texas Political Director has been formally accused of helping to run an illegal ballot harvesting operation, according to two separate affidavits filed Monday at the Texas Supreme Court.

Two private investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer, testify under oath that they have video evidence, documentation and witnesses to prove that Biden’s Texas Political Director Dallas Jones and his cohorts are currently hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots and ordering operatives to fill the ballots out for people illegally, including for dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents, in the 2020 presidential election.

The affidavits were filed as part of the class-action lawsuit against Harris County and the state of Texas, filed by citizens, called Steven Hotze, M.D. et al. These individuals includes political consultant Dallas Jones who was recently hired by the Joe Biden for President campaign to oversee their Harris County initiative. One of the companies these individuals are using as a front for this operation is AB Canvassing, although there are others that have been identified that we are investigating.”

“I have been made aware of a law enforcement investigation in the Spring of 2020 regarding illegal ballot harvesting. Several interviews of individuals were conducted. After the interviews became public, former Harris County Clerk Diane Troutman, resigned alleging health concerns due to COVID-19. However, witnesses have told me that Ms. Troutman was arguing with Commission Rodney Ellis about the legality of the mass purchasing and mailing of mail-in ballots and that Troutman was concerned she would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting. Witnesses have stated that Commissioner Ellis was not deterred and continued to move forward with the plan to mass mail ballots and expand the illegal ballot harvesting scam. Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commission Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”

Stewart referenced segments of Biden’s first postdebate interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos from last week, where he said, “Who’s gonna be able to hold NATO together like me?” and that he would only drop out by the hands of the “Lord Almighty,” reported The Hill.

Although Stewart has been tough on Biden, he has never actually called on him to step out of the race. On “The Daily Show,” he stated the Biden campaign’s excuses for the president’s mental stagnation at the debate were “bull****.” Stewart even went a step further, demanding the campaign to publicly explain how a man with this sort of cognitive decline can even win the presidential race.

Pro-Biden Advocacy Groups Pivot to Diversity

The latest Reuters/Ipsos poll shows that former first lady Michelle Obama is the only hypothetical candidate to defeat former President Donald Trump.

The poll released just after the Trump-Biden presidential debate showed a whopping one-third of Democrats cheering for the president to drop out. Obama maintains a strong ten percentage points over both candidates. But, so far, the White House has denied any rumors of the president forfeiting his opportunity to run even amid his poor performance and evident cognitive decline.

Although the aggregate shows Trump up by 2.3 percentage points, this poll found both tied among registered voters after the debate, but in hypothetical Democratic matchups, only Obama prevailed against Trump.

• 40% of registered voters said they would vote for Biden, and 40% said Trump.
• 50% of registered voters said they would vote for Obama, while only 39% said they would vote for Trump.
• Other Democratic hypotheticals performed either similarly or worse than Biden against Trump. Vice President Kamala Harris saw 42%, while Trump would defeat her at 43%. It was even worse for California Governor Gavin Newsom, who saw 39% of the total compared to Trump’s 42%. All other Democratic candidates had even worse results, between 34% and 39% to Trump’s 40% to 42% bracket.

Most voters were found to have unfavorable opinions on both candidates — Biden and Trump. Only Obama received a majority favorability. The other aforementioned candidates, besides Harris, had considerably lower favorability and even lower name recognition.

• 42% of voters said they favor Trump, while 38% said the same of Biden. 56% stated an unfavorable opinion of Trump, while 60% said that of Biden.
• In comparison, 55% of voters said they had a favorable opinion of Obama, while Harris fell to 40%.
• Other Democratic hopefuls — Newsom, Michigan Governor Gretchen Witmer, Ketuncky Governor Andy Beshear, and Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker — all had significantly lower ratings along with a large portion of voters having never heard of them.

Under half of the voters said Trump should drop out, while more than half said Biden should forfeit. A higher amount of Democrats said Biden should drop out over Republicans who said Trump should drop out. The differences emerge even further by race and ethnicity.

• 56% of Americans want Biden to drop out after the first presidential debate. Trump sits 10 points lower, with 46% saying he should drop out.
• Only a mere 11% of Republicans said Trump should drop out following the debate, while 32% of Democrats feel the same about Biden.
• 60% of independents said Biden should drop out after the debate, while 47% said Trump should, too.
• 63% of White Americans said Biden should drop out, while 41% said Trump should. 67% of black Americans said Trump should drop out, while only 31% said Biden should. And about half of Hispanic Americans feel Trump (51%) and Biden (49%) should drop out.

GOP Rep. Tom Cole Spends His Own Money Against Trump

On Wednesday, CNN laid out its rules for the “mute button” to be used in the first presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden.

The left-wing outlet aired its demonstration in prep for Thursday night’s presidential debate. The 2020 debates were marred with insults and repeated talk-overs, making it seem almost like a circus ring. The rambunctious politics of yesterday — or rather the past decade or so — have prepared CNN to mitigate such abuse so that a proper debate can occur in Atlanta.

Muting can be helpful to the American people but can also show bias from the hosting network. According to The Hill, CNN “will mute the microphones of candidates when it is not their turn to speak.” Anchors Jake Tapper and Dana Bash will be “empowered to use all tools at their disposal to enforce timing and ensure a civilized discussion.”

The Trump campaign has already accused CNN of bias that will manifest in treating Biden more favorably. Nonetheless, Trump has no alternatives, unlike Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy, who won’t even have the chance to appeal to voters in this debate.

On Wednesday, the segment aired, previewing how the debate and the “mute button” would function. CNN anchor Phil Mattingly said, “Candidates will have two minutes to answer questions and one minute for responses and rebuttals. At the moderators’ discretion, there may be an additional minute for follow-ups, clarifications, or responses.”

Mattingly added that the cameras would have timing lights, too.

When the lights show yellow, there are 15 seconds left in the candidate’s answer or response. When the lights flash red, there are five seconds left, and when the display is solid red, the time is up. At that point, the candidate’s microphone will be turned off and the other candidate will have their microphone turned on.

On each of the candidates’ podiums are lights that will light up green when it is their “designated” turn to speak. Both campaigns have been provided the demonstration on Wednesday with a signing note by Mattingly that “by agreeing to participate in this debate, both campaigns and candidates have also agreed to abide by these rules.”

According to The Hill, the debate will be 90 minutes with two commercial breaks. Campaign staff are prohibited from interacting with their candidate during the break.

Among the chaos, Democrats didn’t believe the GOP would fund the Ukraine effort, to which Johnson compromised, forcefully saying, “Yes!” President Joe Biden supports the series of foreign aid bills that will bury America into further debt and deficit.

The Hill reported that the House will vote on Saturday. The Senate is anticipated to produce one out of the five bills — likely for Ukraine — that will pass the House and onto the president for signing.

Johnson was supposed to be the opposite of “RINO” former Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., but now he appears to be a mirrored image. He has been threatened with a motion to vacate by Rep. The Speaker hasn’t had it all too bad, as former President Donald Trump told him in Mar-a-Lago last week that he “stand[s] with the Speaker.”

According to The Hill, “moderate” Republicans are now praising Johnson for putting his foot down against possible motions to vacate. Ironically, all these “moderates” seem to have the backing of AIPAC — the Israel Lobby.

Alex Conant, formerly of Sen. Marco Rubio’s, R-Fla., 2016 failed presidential campaign, said to The Hill, “You get to a point where you can’t let yourself be held hostage by a fringe wing.”

“The vast majority of Republicans don’t want to surrender Ukraine and support giving our allies what they need,” added the GOP strategist. Note: he never mentions the constituency — only the politicians in the party supporting the foreign aid bills.

The aid that Trump said was a conditional loan to Ukraine is $61 billion. That is a small piece of the total since the original invasion by Russia in February 2022.

According to recent polling, Republicans are more skeptical of providing aid to their European brothers rather than their alleged “Greatest Ally” in the Middle East. Still, aid to Israel is seen as going against Trump’s “America First” nationalism, as public awareness about the failed prolonged entanglements in Iraq and Afghanistan continues to grow.

Ironically, Johnson called himself a “wartime Speaker” during a CNN interview on Wednesday. He told Jake Tapper that the GOP is “going to stand for freedom and make sure Vladimir Putin doesn’t march through Europe.”

In that same interview, he suggested he may change the rules around the motion to vacate, requiring more than a single rep to initiate. Perhaps this is a safeguard to his position. Any rule change, though, would require a majority in the House, which the GOP does not have.

Still, many Republicans are frustrated by his attempt to separate the aid into different bills, which has essentially killed any chance at border security enactments. One of the Speaker’s five bills includes that, but the Senate is likely to ignore it, reported The Hill.

The three Hispanic Democratic reps known as the “Three Amigos” are demanding the Biden administration use executive powers to allow work permits for illegal aliens.

Reps. Adriano Espaillat, N.Y., Jesús “Chuy” García, Ill., and Lou Correa, Calif., are delivering a letter Wednesday to President Joe Biden, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and the US Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Ur Jaddou, laying out their plan for the undocumented to be granted legal work permits and also why it is it in the best interest of the American citizen, reported The Hill.

The Three Amigos, or perhaps, Conquistidors wrote in the letter:

Implementing such a policy would benefit workers nationwide. Legal work permits would further shield immigrants from exploitation and enable them to seek jobs that match their skills, thereby fostering better working conditions …  Additionally, granting work permits to long-term immigrant workers could increase annual tax revenue by an estimated $13.8 billion, according to the American Immigration Council.

Their concern lies in the existing programs that are part of the asylum application versus the illegal aliens who have lived or worked in the US for longer periods — even decades — without the ability to apply for work papers. The Hill reported that the three Democrats have been working with 11 pro-immigrant NGOs and 87 local elected officials.

Since 2019, migration into Western nations has exploded. The origin of the migrants and their modes of illegal entry have also shifted. The outlet reported that as of now, approximately 10 to 11 million illegals reside in the United States — mostly in California, where it has even changed the electorate.

Most migrants come into the US from Mexico, but there are also large amounts from Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela and parts of West Asia, according to sources familiar with migration.

These migrants either illegally enter or overstay visas, but Mayorkas has not been too forceful of the law after the abolition of Title 42. He is undergoing impeachment proceedings for his disgraceful efforts to flood America with illegals. With this, many of these migrants cannot legally apply for work permits.

The lawmakers wrote in their letter:

We commend your use of executive authority to expand work permit access for recent arrivals from various countries. However, we believe it’s time to extend this dignity to America’s longer-term immigrant communities, who have waited for relief for decades.

The Hill reported that many of the new migrants, consisting of asylum seekers and parolees, are part of a “gray area between documented and undocumented.” With that, they have been able to apply for work permits with assurances from the Biden administration.

With states like New York at the max with social service spending — not even having the funds to pay for disabled citizens’ housing — the goal is to take migrants off those benefits geared towards citizens and have them work.

In the greater sense, it is all a method to foster a new American culture based upon its new working force, just as Democrats have intended for their new voting bloc.

In a recent speech at Mar-a-Lago during the “Border 9/11 Gala,” President Donald Trump claimed that President Joe Biden appeared to be under the influence of cocaine during his State of the Union address. Trump didn’t stop there; he escalated the situation by demanding drug tests before any potential debate between himself and Biden.

“We’ve challenged him to a debate. We said, ‘Let’s go, Joe!’ I don’t think he’s going to debate. And we want drug tests too if we do debate. We’re demanding drug tests because he was all jacked up the other night,” Trump declared, casting a shadow of doubt over Biden’s sobriety during public appearances.

Should Biden refuse to take the drug screening, many Americans may be left to assume he would not pass the test.

This could add a layer of doubt for those who otherwise might have considered voting for him. The accusations became more specific as Trump linked the bag of cocaine found at the White House directly to Biden, claiming the owner of the cocaine was never identified or charged.

“There’s a reason when you look at all that cocaine. What happened to the cocaine? You know, they had a lot of cocaine. Isn’t that amazing? So, it’s in a little booth. I know them well because people would come in. They’d sit in these booths. There’s fingerprints all over the booth. There wasn’t one fingerprint in the booth. That means somebody walked in there and did a big number. There wasn’t a fingerprint, but, you know, you hear about that. I think maybe that stuff, what a terrible thing where they said we just can’t find the person who put it there, that we have no idea who wanted it. I think I know who wanted it,” Trump added.

Trump also speculated about the prospects of a debate with Biden, suggesting Biden might avoid the event to not legitimize Trump’s position or platform.

These developments add another layer of controversy to the political landscape, with Trump’s accusations of drug abuse against Biden being among the most direct and personal made thus far.

The idea that President Biden may be addicted to cocaine may not come as a shocking allegation due to his children’s very public struggles with addiction to illicit substances, particularly crack/cocaine, further fueling the fire of public scrutiny.

After the Israeli targeted attack, killing seven civilians in Gaza, Sen. Chris Van Hollen, a Maryland Democrat, railed against Israel, saying he was “glad to see the President” threaten Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with repercussions.

The Hill reported that Van Hollen told on CBS News, “I was glad to see the President, at least as reported out, finally say to Netanyahu, that if you don’t follow these, you know, my questions, that there will be consequences.” He continued:

But the president and the White House have yet to lay out what consequences they have, and they want to impose. And we have had a situation where for months, the President has made requests to the Netanyahu government, they have ignored those requests, and we’ve sent more 2000-pound bombs.

… We have to make sure that when the President requests something that we have a means to enforce it.

President Biden has become more vocal against Israel’s actions but really has yet to implement a strategy that will hopefully minimize the abusive tactics in the war in Gaza.

The White House has suggested making aid conditional to Israel, which has probably been the largest step the Biden administration has taken against the genocide.

The Hill reported on a White House brief that was a readout of a call between the President and Bibi following the merciless airstrike that killed six aid workers and one Palestinian driver:

He made clear the need for Israel to announce and implement a series of specific, concrete, and measurable steps to address civilian harm, humanitarian suffering, and the safety of aid workers.

He made clear that U.S. policy with respect to Gaza will be determined by our assessment of Israel’s immediate action on these steps.

Regardless of the rhetoric, no Western nation will take a stand. National File previously reported that the United Nations Human Rights Council voted 28-6 in favor of an immediate ceasefire and embargo against Israel.

The United States and Germany were among the six that opposed. The “accountability resolution” offered strict measures against Israel, but it is widely doubted that anything will become of it.

Even former President Donald Trump advised Netanyahu to “get it over with,” adding the information war has not been in Israel’s favor. New York’s Senator Chuck Schumer, a Jewish Democrat, has even condemned Israel with, of course, the donor class rebuking him.
