The Georgia Registered Voter Information System (GARVIS) was believed to be an updated measure to combat cyber-attacks. However, the recently deployed system had a statewide breakdown on Election Day.

According to a press release by VoterGA, an NGO geared towards securing elections, from 11 am to 4 pm, the Salesforce cloud-based system that allows third-party vendors to manage Georgian voter data suffered a critical outage, making the state’s “My Voter Page” inaccessible for those seeking to locate their precincts and other information. It also prevented county election offices from verifying absentee ballots and updating receipts of mail-in ballots, which prevents double voting.

VoterGA reported that the failure ultimately did not affect most voters since voter lists are downloaded to each poll pad for Election Day voter verification. Still, several counties utilized poll books with vulnerable remote GARVIS access.

The GARVIS initiative completed its development on January 19, 2022. The launch was initially delayed a year until March 2023. The Secretary of State’s office said the trial run was “successful” in the November 2023 municipal election. However, it had over 3,500 open support tickets just that year and freezing defect corrections for another month. This year’s primaries were the first opportunity for the system to be implemented statewide.

The press release indicated that the Secretary of State’s office tried to blame the problem on lack of funding, but the new system had never properly functioned since its implementation. VoterGA claimed election directors and board members had criticized GARVIS, wanting to return to the secured Enet system.

VoterGA additionally stated that Salesforce faced a class action lawsuit before signing the contract with Georgia. The platform became infected with malware that seized the Personal Identifying Information (PII) of nearly 20,000 customers, which was later sold on the “dark web.” The release stated that Salesforce never took the opportunity to alert its clients and customers of the breach.

To add to the debacle of such implementation, the GARVIS implementer, Texas-based MTX, had no election system experience, poor performance on a Texas no-bid contract and only a mere three American employees when signing the contract with the state of Georgia. VoterGA noted that the company outsourced its programming staff to India, where citizens are not sworn to uphold the US Constitution.

Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is also feeling the heat with a state lawsuit alleging his office did not have the authority to contract the new system. The suit claims the Secretary of State’s office doesn’t have the legal authority to place voter data in a cloud. By doing so, Raffensperger’s office violated election privacy law. The $3.5 million no-bid contract through Salesforce’s Carahsoft, too, exceeded the state’s $100,000 no-bid limit.

Laura Loomer captured disturbing video emerging from the Fulton County Jail on Thursday as Fulton County Police, armed with high-capacity rifles, violated Trump supporter’s rights. Fulton County Police had an extremely different response when Antifa burned sections of Atlanta to the ground in 2020 and 2023. In both riots, Antifa was allowed to gather and riot before police arrived.

Worse, prior to the 2023 Atlanta Antifa riots, Antifa informed the world that they were creating a training camp in the Atlanta woods to start a riot. Antifa brought in fighters from all across America to train in the Atlanta woods. Georgia Governor Kemp and Fulton County DA Willis did nothing to break up the Antifa training camp.

Masked and armed Fulton County Sheriff’s deputies are violating the First Amendment rights of Trump supporters who are gathering at the Fulton County, Georgia jail to support the 45th President and others who’ve been indicted on politically motivated charges for questioning the 2020 Presidential Election.

Patriot news reporter and political activist Laura Loomer is on the scene in Fulton County, Georgia, where local authorities are shutting down the 1st Amendment rights of American citizens as they gather outside of the Fulton County Jail in support of 45th President Trump. Trump is slated to turn himself in to local prosecutors and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office this evening on his latest politically motivated indictment related to the 2020 Presidential Election.

Video footage released by Laura Loomer shows armed Fulton County Sheriff’s deputies blocking American citizens from demonstrating by setting up barricades and forcing citizens to stand on a small patch of grass on the opposite side of the street from the county jail.

All the while, they’re giving preferential treatment to corporate media outlets, apparently in preparation for a perp-walk-style photo op of President Trump.

Many of the Fulton County deputies are donning masks that cover their entire faces, like third-world law enforcement agencies are so often known to do.

“I just want to make it clear that this is not what happened yesterday,” Loomer said in a video report on the situation.

“People were allowed to walk into the street and cross over yesterday, so this is clearly being done to prevent Trump supporters from gathering in front of the media tents because they want to be able to say that not a lot of people showed up to support President Trump when, in reality, we have thousands of people who want to be here but they’re being blocked now by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office [which is] setting up barricades preventing people [from demonstrating].”

“They don’t want there to be room on the grass because they don’t want Trump supporters to be able to gather,” Loomer said.

“We’ve seen this. This is what this is all about, this indictment, it’s a violation of our First Amendment rights,” said Loomer.

“They’re trying to weaponize the government to make people scared of talking about stolen elections.”

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Loomer re-emphasized, is “violating people’s First Amendment rights, preventing them from rallying peacefully on public property in support of President Trump,” Loomer said.

Georgia State Senator Colton Moore is calling for an emergency session of the Georgia State Senate to rein in anti-Trump Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who has had the 45th President and 18 others indicted for questioning the reported results of the 2020 Presidential Election. Under Georgia law, the Senate session could lead to the removal of Willis from office for the targeting of her party’s political opponents.

“As a Georgia State Senator, I am officially calling for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis,” Colton Moore (R-53) wrote in a tweet announcing his push for the State Senate to convene and potentially terminate the tenure of anti-Trump District Attorney Fani Willis in Fulton County.

“America is under attack,” Moore added. “I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically TARGET political opponents.”

Attached to Moore’s tweet is a copy of his official call for an emergency session, addressed to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. The call will need to be signed by 3/5ths of Georgia’s State Senate to generate the emergency session.

“In our opinion, an emergency exists in the affairs of the state, requiring a special session to be convened under that section, for all purposes, to include, without limitation, the review and response to the actions of Fani Wilis.”

As National File reported, in the aftermath of the Trump indictment in Fulton County, in addition to Moore’s State Senate maneuver, pressure is building on Georgia Governor Brian Kemp to act to remove Fani Willis from office.

Earlier this year, Kemp signed legislation establishing the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission (PAQC), an “oversight mechanism for district attorneys and solicitors-general across Georgia,” tasked with “ensuring these officials fulfill their constitutional and statutory duties.”

The commission is capable of removing District Attorneys from office.

Derrick Evans, a former J6 political prisoner who was a member of West Virginia’s House of Delegates when he was arrested for entering the Capitol building through an open door and positively interacting with Capitol Police during the January 6th protests, is calling on West Virginia to do just that.

45th President Donald J. Trump leads Joe Biden in multiple battleground states according to a recent round of polling that previewed the 2024 Presidential Election’s most likely match-up.

Trump is leading Biden in the critical battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, and the two are tied at 50% each in the states of Michigan and Pennsylvania. Biden leads Trump by a 2-point margin in the state of Nevada, according to the polling conducted by Prime Group between June 14th and 28th of this year.

While those numbers appear to largely favor Trump, things get even better for the GOP’s presumptive nominee when a hypothetical third-party “moderate” is added to the mix.

In that scenario, Joe Biden’s numbers plummet, indicating that he and his party have a huge weakness among large swaths of traditionally Democrat voters, who have grown weary of the far-left direction the party has taken itself and the nation.

According to the results of the three-way poll, in Arizona, Trump boasts a 10-point lead over Biden when the third-party “moderate” is accounted for.

In Georgia, Trump holds a 9-point lead in the hypothetical three-way race.

In North Carolina, he leads by 8, while in Pennsylvania, Trump leads by 5.

In Democrats’ midwestern “blue wall,” a wall that Trump cracked in the 2016 election (and likely in 2020 were it not for unprecedented fraud), Trump leads Biden in a three-way race in Wisconsin and Michigan by 3 points.

In Nevada, Trump and Biden are tied.

The three-way polling was commissioned by No Labels, a non-partisan group that is exploring the possible launch of a third-party “moderate” presidential campaign in 2024.

Among those being floated as a potential No Labels presidential candidate is West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin. Manchin, a Democrat, has often been at odds with Joe Biden and other members of the national party but has cast several critical votes in favor of Biden’s agenda and is a major supporter of American involvement in Ukraine.

While Manchin has not made any official announcement regarding possible plans for 2024, he has traveled to Iowa and is slated to make an appearance at a No Labels event in New Hampshire in the coming days.

Following a set of changes to the House rules, and in contradiction to a clear campaign pledge, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has submitted requests for pork barrel projects in her district totaling nearly $14 million.

In a series of social media posts in 2021, Marjorie Taylor Greene promised her constituents that she would oppose bringing pork barrel spending back after the inflationary spending disaster of Nancy Pelosi’s tenure as Speaker of the House.

In one post she triumphantly declared, “I voted NO for Republicans to bring back earmarks. Too much pork! ”

In another, she insisted, “I OPPOSE earmarks (pork barrel spending)! #DrainTheSwamp.”

But that formal promise was broken under Kevin McCarthy’s speakership, which Marjorie enthusiastically supported against the wishes of Matt Gaetz and freedom caucus members attempting to negotiate a fair rules package.

In the final hours, members flocked to file last-minute requests ahead of changes to the rules package negotiated by the House Freedom Caucus in exchange for electing McCarthy to the Speakership. 

Monday marked the due date for members to post their earmark requests online under the chamber’s transparency rules.

Justification: The project would increase options for non-automobile transportation for County residents, businesses, visitors, and the general public to and from a variety of destinations, as well as to further connect two growing cities in Cobb County. The project is one of eight priority projects that are identified in Cobb County-adopted 2018 Greenways and Trails Master Plan. It will create a 12-foot-wide paved trail to run approximately four miles alongside Austell-Powder Springs Road from the Silver Comet Trail and Linear Park in the City of Powder Springs to Joe Jerkins Boulevard in the City of Austell.

Marjorie has come under fire for her abject betrayal of everything she campaigned for during Donald Trump’s tenure in the White House.

Broadcaster and Political Talk Show Host, Stew Peters, previously told National File, “I want to know exactly, to the penny, how much money House Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene raised in the name of “impeaching Biden.” He continued, “Then, I’d expect her to refund that exact amount to the constituents that she scammed, now that she’s voting for GOP Leader McCarthy, who will absolutely not impeach Joe Biden.”

“We are getting ripped off by these fake, phone ‘America First’ imposters, and this shouldn’t be okay with anyone,” Peters said. “We’re being taken to the cleaners by the UNIPARTY, globalist sell-out fakers!”

“I called this out over a year ago, when Marjorie Taylor Greene sent about $175,000 to the McCarthy-controlled NRCC after raising a bunch of money on some other nonsense grift. Disgraceful,” Peters stated.

An attorney with the Southern Poverty Law Center is among the 23 far-left demonstrators facing domestic terrorism charges stemming from an attack on an Atlanta Police training facility dubbed “cop city” by extremists. The far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has repeatedly worked with media outlets, tech companies and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, to define and identify “right-wing extremists” and “white supremacists.”

Thomas Webb Jurgens, 28, was one of nearly two dozen people who were detained on Sunday after allegedly attacking the facility with Molotov cocktails and other explosives. The site has been attacked repeatedly with similar weapons over the past two years, with law enforcement and construction workers being among the targets. In response, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has doled out “domestic terrorism” charges on multiple occasions.

Jurgens is a staff attorney with SPLC according to the State Bar of Georgia and his since-deleted LinkedIn page. He was detained along with nearly two dozen people in connection with the attacks on Sunday. Of the arrested far-left militants, all but two came from outside the state of Georgia.

Jurgens was one of the only two Georgia residents arrested in connection with the latest attack. Police said the majority of those arrested are from other parts of the US — as well as France and Canada.

Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum described the attack as “coordinated” and said multiple pieces of construction equipment were set on fire at the 85-acre site outside of the city.

The Georgia Department of Public Safety also said militants tried to blind officers by shining green lasers in their eyes. Surveillance video captured officers ducking for cover as militants tossed projectiles and explosives in their direction.

“This was a very violent attack, very violent attack,” Schierbaum said at a midnight press conference. “This wasn’t about a public safety training center. This was about anarchy … and we are addressing that quickly.”

It is unclear how many individuals will be facing domestic terrorism charges in connection with the attack.

Antifa terrorists have firebombed the police training center being built in a forest outside of Atlanta, Georgia, which they have dubbed “cop city.” Violent Antifa members have been harassing the site for months, and have recruited left-wing militants from all over the country to descend on the area and destroy the facility, which is still under construction, all while attempting to murder police officers and construction workers.

The burning of “cop city” occurred on Sunday evening and comes just weeks after a deadly shootout in the same location, in which Antifa terrorists attempted to murder Georgia State Troopers, wounding one before losing one of their own, and promptly declaring him a victim of police brutality and white supremacy.

In video footage of the recent attack’s aftermath, which was published by a local Fox affiliate, fires can be seen all over the “cop city” construction site, showing the scale of the firebomb attack.

In addition to the site’s infrastructure and grasslands, a large piece of construction equipment can be seen in flames as massive plumes of smoke pour into the sky and members of the Georgia State Patrol watch it burn.

Much like the Antifa/BLM rioters of 2020, the Antifa members gathering around “cop city” are receiving far different treatment than that of non-violent January 6th demonstraters, who were hunted down all over the United States after they demonstrated against election fraud in Washington, DC.

Though after the firebombing, at least 35 Antifa militants were arrested, their charges have yet to be announced.

If business as usual is to proceed, one may assume that they’ll receive a figurative slap on the wrist, spending little time in jail or prison for their violent assaults on police and construction workers. Though it should be noted, that after the previous attack on Georgia State Troopers that left an Antifa militant dead, several of the attackers were charged with domestic terror-related offenses, a drastic change from the typical charges given to left-wingers.

The firebomb attack appears to have been pre-planned at least a month in advance and Antifa militants have been recruiting like-minded, violent individuals from all over the country to pour into Georgia and aid them in their campaign of chaos.

On February 6th, the “Defend the Atlanta Forest” Twitter account advertised a “week of action” to “#StopCopCity,” beginning on March 4th and running through March 11th.

Now, with 5 days of the “week of action” remaining, public officials and locals are expressing concern that the firebombing could be the first of many large-scale, planned attacks.

Bizarre interviews with the forewoman of the anti-Trump Georgia grand jury that has apparently recommended charges against the 45th President for asking questions about the 2020 election are raising eyebrows. The forewoman joined CNN and MSNBC to giggle her way through a pair of interviews and talk about how “cool” it would have been for her to subpoena Trump and put him under oath.

Emily Kohrs, the Georgia grand jury’s forewoman, or “foreperson” as CNN and MSNBC have dubbed her, giggled her way through a pair of bizarre interviews with the corporate media outlets after the politically-charged grand jury moved to recommend charges against President Trump.

“Honestly, I kind of wanted to subpoena the former President because I got to swear everybody in,” Kohrs told MSNBC above her cackles. “And so I thought it would be really cool to get 60 seconds with President Trump, of me looking at him, and being like, ‘do you solemnly swear?’ And me getting to swear him in, I just, I kind of just thought that would be an awesome moment,” Kohrs said.

During her interview with CNN, Kohrs seemed to imply that she felt compelled to recommend charges against President Trump so that she wouldn’t feel she’d wasted eight months of her life on the grand jury.

“Can you imagine doing this for eight months and not coming out with a whole list [of indictments]?” Kohrs said to CNN.

Assembled in deep blue Fulton County, the home of Atlanta and of massive, documented election fraud in 2020 and beyond, the grand jury doesn’t actually formally charge the subjects of its investigation but sends its recommendation to the Fulton County prosecutor, BLM Democrat Fani Willis.

Willis, a hardcore partisan, has openly boasted of her ties to the radical, left-wing militant movement, and of her father’s involvement with the Black Panther Party of the 20th Century.
