Derek Chauvin Appeals Civil Rights Conviction Based on Pathologist Report

Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted in the 2020 death of George Flyod, is appealing his federal civil rights conviction, arguing that new evidence shows he did not cause Floyd’s death.

Former Minneapolis police officer and now 47-year-old federal inmate, Derek Chauvin is filing an appeal for a new trial or a hearing to allow him to present the newly discovered evidence, reported Fox News.

Chauvin filed the motion in federal court on Monday, stating he would never have pleaded guilty if he had known the theories of a Topeka, Kansas, pathologist, Dr. William Schaetzel, whom he met in February.

The request asks the presiding judge to dismiss the civil rights conviction and mandate a new trial or, at the very minimum, allow for an evidentiary hearing. He filed the request without an attorney.

Fox News reported that the records indicate Chauvin said Dr. Schaetzel believes George Floyd died from issues stemming from a rare tumor. The Cleveland Clinic cites this neuroendocrine tumor as a paraganglioma, which can stimulate a fatal amount of adrenaline. It can form near the carotid artery and along nerve pathways in the neck and head.

It may sound like a credible theory; however, the pathologist did not review Floyd’s body or autopsy reports.

Dr. Schaetzel told The Associated Press, “I can’t go to my grave with what I know. … I just want the truth.”

The Kansas local ABC affiliate reported Chauvin alleges Shaetzel contacted his trial attorney, Eric Nelson, presiding judge and prosecution in his state-court murder trial. He said Nelson never disclosed the pathologist or his ideas, alleging his attorney failed to challenge the constitutionality of the federal charge.

Based on Dr. Shaetzel’s findings, Chauvin believes “No reasonable juror would have convicted,” according to the filing. The former Minneapolis police officer may be too optimistic, as the autopsy performed by Dr. Andrew Baker in 2021 was widely portrayed as police brutality, downplaying drug use or heart disease.

The response to Floyd’s death was treated in a similar manner, too. The Guardian accurately reported the 25 deaths from the Black Lives Matter 2020 riots but skews the descriptors of the victims. Other outlets straight up dismissed or attempted to “debunk” the $2 billion in damages from the unrest.

Chauvin, with the condemnation of the media and the establishment, pleaded guilty to the federal charge in December 2021 and, in doing so, waived his rights to appeal except on the basis of ineffective counsel.

The federal court of appeals has already rejected two requests from Chauvin for a rehearing. He also submitted an appeal to the US Supreme Court on the state court murder conviction.

3 Years Ago Today: BLM, Antifa Kicked Off George Floyd Riots

Three years ago today on May 26th, 2020, openly-communist Black Lives Matter and their Antifa allies kicked off their reign of homicidal destruction and riotous terrorism that spread all over the United States and left dozens of innocents dead and countless properties looted and destroyed in their wake.

According to an October 2020 study, at least 25 Americans were killed during the BLM and Antifa-led riots, which lasted all summer and were openly endorsed by Democrat politicians and by some Republicans, like Mitt Romney, who marched with BLM radicals in DC just days after they’d burnt St. John’s Church and after they’d attempted to storm the White House to kill President Trump and his family. Notably, the attempted White House stormers, who caused the President to be evacuated to the White House bunker by the Secret Service, have never faced the scrutiny that January 6th demonstrators have, and they’ve even been celebrated by corporate media outlets.

The riot death toll dwarfed the number of unarmed blacks killed by police in the preceding year of 2019, the supposed motivating factor behind the riots. The 2019 figure stood at 9 to 15 in total, depending on the source and the definition of “unarmed” being used by various data collectors.

In addition to the support of elected officials, the murderous rioters had the support of corporate media, which repeatedly claimed that riots that cost human lives and saw entire city blocks burnt to the ground were “mostly peaceful”.

As the George Floyd riots played out nationally and led to other criminals becoming martyrs of BLM and Antifa, the corporate media coverage became even more ridiculous, and aggressively sought to condone the murderous riots, sewing as much chaos and division as possible in the run-up to the 2020 Presidential Election.

In one ridiculous CNN news segment, a field reporter claimed that the deadly Kenosha, Wisconsin riot he was observing was “fiery but mostly peaceful.” A snapshot of the news coverage has become a widely-circulated internet meme, used to draw attention to the brazen lies told by the corporate news industry.

CNN claimed that deadly riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin were “fiery but mostly peaceful”.

When it was all said and done, the deadly riots cost the United States more than $2 billion in property damage, and many shells of small businesses that have been unable to bounce back from COVID lockdowns and riotous destruction have been bought up by private equity groups.

Politically, thanks to elected “conservatives” standing down, the riots pushed the United States further to the left than it’s been at any point in its history and GOP politicians have cowered to accusations of “racism” for opposing the political violence and erasure of American history. The erasure, which began with rioters pulling down historical monuments, has now become the official policy of numerous Democrat governments in cities around the country, and of uni-party politicians in Washington, who have revamped the Capitol’s Statutory Hall to remove statues of white men.

But the entire narrative surrounding the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis PD office Derek Chauvin, who was convicted of murder and is serving decades in federal prison, was PHONEY.

According to the results of Floyd’s autopsy, the career criminal suffered “no life-threatening injuries,” but did have a body full of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other drugs.

Despite reality, on May 25th, 2023, the third anniversary of George Floyd’s death, Joe Biden shared a video to Twitter, featuring Floyd’s young daughter giving Biden a hug and recounting that her “daddy changed the world.”

“And he did,” Biden added.

George Floyd’s system was full of deadly narcotics when he died in police custody.

George Floyd’s baby mama has slapped Kanye West with a $250 million anti-speech lawsuit after he told the truth about the BLM martyr’s fentanyl-induced death in an interview with the Drink Champs Podcast.

Roxie Washington and her lawyers announced through a press release on Tuesday that she’s filing a $250 million lawsuit against Kanye West after the rapper and free speech icon told the truth about George Floyd’s death in a Drink Champs Podcast interview. Washington is one of the numerous women that Floyd had children with.

In announcing her lawsuit, Washington, through her lawyers, accused West of making “false statements about George Floyd’s death to promote his brands, and increase marketing value and revenue for himself, his business partners, and associates.”

“The interests of the child are [the] priority,” says Washington’s lawyer, Nuru Witherspoon.“George Floyd’s daughter is being traumatized by Kanye West’s comments and he’s creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment for her,” Witherspoon claims.

Amazingly, West has already donated millions of dollars to the Floyd family and secured college educations for Floyd’s kids, having joined countless other celebrities in giving the Floyds money after George’s death in 2020.

But after his comments on the Drink Champs Podcast and a left-wing media storm attacking his speech across the board, the Floyd family piled onto West in search of hundreds of millions of more dollars.

“They hit him with the fentanyl,” West told the Drink Champs Podcast. “If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that,” he said, explaining that the Black Lives Matter movement was built on a hoax and designed to take advantage of black people politically.

“When he said ‘mama,’ mama is his girlfriend. They said he screamed for his mama. Mama was his girlfriend,” West said.

West’s explanation for Floyd’s death echoed information confirmed in court documents, exposing the fact that George Floyd had enough fentanyl and methamphetamine in his body to “kill three humans” when he died in Minneapolis Police custody.

Almost immediately after West made the comments, Floyd’s family and their “civil rights attorneys” started threatening lawsuits, even though what West said was true.

The steady stream of attacks on Kanye West’s free speech in recent weeks has drawn comparison to the long-term attacks on Alex Jones, which culminated in his being ordered to pay nearly $1 billion for the crime of questioning the official Sandy Hook narrative.

The Alex Jones case set the precedent.

The family of deceased violent felon George Floyd is threatening to sue Kanye West after the superstar entertainer-turned-cultural critic told the truth about his death during a recent interview. West has made international headlines as of late, thanks to his disruption of the corporate media, uni-party narrative.

Kanye West joined the Drink Champs Podcast in an episode that aired Saturday and told the truth about the death of George Floyd. That’s led Floyd’s family, who have profited to the tune of millions of dollars off of the BLM narrative surrounding his death, to publicly threaten legal action against West, apparently in their latest attempt to receive a financial court settlement.

Thus far, in addition to receiving a more than $27 million settlement from the city of Minneapolis, where Floyd died while under arrest, his family has made tens of millions of dollars by way of GoFundMe and donations from big-money left-wing groups.

“They hit him with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that,” Kanye West told the Drink Champs Podcast.

West’s explanation for Floyd’s death echoes information that came out during the homicide trial of ex-Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin. With the jury under immense media and political pressure, Chauvin was convicted of killing George Floyd at trial, despite the fact that Floyd had enough fentanyl and methamphetamine in his body to “kill three humans.”

Despite the medical facts, the Floyd family attorney, Lee Merritt, claimed in a Sunday tweet that his clients are “considering suit for Kanye’s false statements” about the manner of Floyd’s death.

“Claiming Floyd died from fentanyl and not the brutality established criminally and civilly undermines & diminishes the Floyd family’s fight,” Merritt went on, seeming to threaten that anyone who questions the George Floyd narrative will face consequences.

Kanye West didn’t stop at fentanyl though when it came to dispelling the myths around George Floyd.

Further blowing the lid off the left-wing media narrative painting Floyd as an innocent black victim who pled for his mother as a white cop suffocated him to death with his knee, Kanye reminded podcast listeners of additional information that came out at trial.

“When he said ‘mama,’ mama is his girlfriend. They said he screamed for his mama. Mama was his girlfriend,” West explained.

Texas State Agency Denies Request For George Floyd Drug Conviction Pardon

A Texas state agency has refused to give a posthumous pardon to George Floyd for a 2004 drug conviction.

In 2004, Floyd received a drug charge in Houston. In October 2021, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles unanimously decided to recommend Floyd received a pardon from Texas Governor Abbott since the police officer that arrested Floyd was indicted over a controversial drug raid he had led in 2019.

Just two months later, in December, the board decided to flip-flop on its decision, before Gov. Abbott could even decide to accept the pardon or not.

The reversal stems from “procedural errors” present in its initial pardon request. The board wrote a letter to Floyd’s attorney, Allison Mathis, who is a public defender in the Houston area.

“After a full and careful review of the application and other information filed with the application, a majority of the Board decided not to recommend a Full Pardon and/or Pardon for Innocence,” the vague letter reads.

The board did not explicitly explain why the pardon request was ultimately denied.

Another posthumous pardon for the late George Floyd could be submitted in two years. Since 2010, only one posthumous pardon has been unanimously recommended by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.

Floyd was buried in Houston in a golden casket on June 9th, 2020. His 2004 Houston conviction came from a drug sting led by former police officer Geral Goines.

Floyd was caught selling crack cocaine to Goines and sentenced to 10 months in state jail after pleading guilty.

15 years later, Goines is now facing two charges for felony murder due to a deadly 2019 drug raid. Goines has maintained his innocence and intends to fight back against the charges.

Obama Compares Uvalde Massacre to Death of Drug Using Felon George Floyd

Former President Barack Hussein Obama compared the death of George Floyd, a violent felon and drug user who once held a gun to the belly of a pregnant woman during an armed robbery, to the deaths of schoolchildren and their heroic teachers in Uvalde, Texas, where a gunman entered Robb Elementary School and killed 21 people. In a subsequent Tweet, Obama directed readers to a webpage where they can make donations to his “MBK” group.

The day after the mass shooting in a Uvalde, Texas elementary school apparently marked the two-year anniversary of the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Though Floyd was a convicted felon and drug user who was high on fentanyl when he died resisting arrest by Minneapolis Police, the event sparked the latest and most violent incarnation of the openly Communist and anti-Christian Black Lives Matter movement, of which Obama is a major supporter.

“As we grieve the children of Uvalde today, we should take time to recognize that two years have passed since the murder of George Floyd under the knee of a police officer,” Obama wrote to Twitter, hijacking the death of innocent children to profile a convicted felon who hurt women and children. “His killing stays with us all to this day, especially those who loved him,” the tweet went on in saying before Obama praised the “activists” who “rose up” in the aftermath of Floyd’s death.

Before closing out his thread of tweets, Obama went even further into the gutter than he had just moments before, including a web link where users can donate to his “MBK” organization – short for “My Brother’s Keeper,” a left-wing, race-oriented group that was founded by the Obama White House after Trayvon Martin was killed by George Zimmerman in self-defense.

Criticism of Obama’s tweet was swift and widespread, with Twitter users of all stripes expressing disbelief that a former President would hijack the deaths of American children in such a manner.

“Brah, this ain’t it,” writer and podcast host Jason Whitlock posted to his own Twitter account, including a retweet of Obama’s post. “Little kids slaughtered at school is not the equivalent of Floyd dying after resisting arrest while high.”

“This is one of the worst tweets in history,” Whitlock went on to say in a subsequent post.

George Floyd’s 4-Year-Old Niece Shot While Sleeping In Crime Ridden Houston Neighborhood

The 4-year-old niece of deceased convicted criminal George Floyd was shot last Saturday night while she slept in her family’s Houston apartment.

Floyd’s family identified the 4-year-old as Floyd’s niece. Floyd lived in Houston for several years before moving to Minnesota to unsuccessfully start a life without drugs or crime.

The 4-year-old, Adrianna, was shot in the chest while asleep in her bed and required emergency medical intervention. Her lungs and liver were both punctured by the bullet, and three of her ribs were broken. She is currently in stable condition but remains hospitalized.

A suspect has not been captured or identified by police.

This is 4-year-old Arianna. She was front and center at the marches and rallies in her Uncle George Floyd’s case.

Despite raising millions and receiving a $27 million dollar payout from the City of Minneapolis, the Floyd family lives in an apartment at 3322 Yellowstone Boulevard in Houston, according to police and local media. The apartment’s website reveals that it offers units between one and three bedrooms ranging between $680 and $1,148 per month.

Some reviews for the apartment complex claim that security has been an issue, with the security gate permanently left open.

A publicly available crime map reveals that there were 391 police reports made within a three mile radius of 3322 Yellowstone Boulevard during the month of December alone.

Expanding the radius to five miles results in more than 500 reports of crimes during the same time frame, the maximum number of reports able to be displayed by the LexisNexis powered Community Crime Map.

Between December 31, 2021 and January 2, 2022 – the weekend Floyd’s niece was shot – there were 32 police reports within the same three mile radius.

These include 12 instances of aggravated assault, four instances of burglary or breaking and entering, and three robberies, among other crimes.

The New York Post notes that Adrianna has been a Floyd family centerpiece at various rallies and public events, often traveling with her family as they demanded police reform and justice for the deceased Floyd.

Meanwhile, George Floyd’s nephew made headlines last year when he participated in an insurrection and stormed the Iowa State Capitol in his uncle’s name.

A painting depicting dead convicted felon George Floyd as Jesus Christ in a manner widely viewed as blasphemous by the Christian community has disappeared from The Catholic University of America’s law school this week, with school officials claiming the piece was stolen. The pieta painting received “universally negative” reactions from students.

The painting, which depicts Middle Eastern religious figure Jesus Christ as Floyd being comforted by a black woman, and whose creator responded “yes” when asked if the figure in the pieta is Floyd or Jesus, was reported stolen by the university in an email according to the Catholic News Agency.

“Many see the male figure as George Floyd, but our Law School has always seen the figure as Jesus,” school president John Garvey said in the email, before declaring “Some critics called the image blasphemous because they saw it as deifying or canonizing George Floyd. Some comments that we received were thoughtful and reasonable. Some were offensive and racist. Much of the criticism came from people unconnected to the University.”

In contrast to the statements made by the actual creator of the work, Garvey has also stated that “There are those who would like to see George Floyd as the male figure in the icon. That is not how we read it. The image represents to our community a good-faith attempt to include religious imagery on campus that reflects the universality of the Catholic Church.”

The Catholic University of America recently unveiled a new painting by artist Kelly Latimore depicting 8-time convicted criminal George Floyd as Jesus Christ, showing Mary comforting the felon.

The University hosting the controversial artworks told The Daily Signal that artist Kelly Latimore’s painting “Mama” depicts “the Virgin Mary supporting the body of the dead Christ,” adding that the artist had repeatedly claimed that his painting depicts both the sole begotten son of God and George Floyd.

One student at Catholic University told the Daily Signal the depiction “has no place at The Catholic University of America; it is blasphemous and an offense to the Catholic faith, but it is not surprising at all that it was put there.”

“It is just another symptom of the liberalization and secularization of our campus,” he said. “There are many students, faculty, and staff who are concerned about this, but there is nothing we can do, and if we sound the alarm, we will be labeled racists.”

The student went further, calling the paintings “blasphemy against Mary for portraying her holding a sacrilegious depiction of George Floyd… Why is this there?” the student asked. “Well, simply, those in the school’s administration are woke liberals.”

George Floyd remains a symbol to those on the left who identify with Antifa and the Black Lives Matter movement. Recently, National File confirmed that Darrell E. Brooks, the suspect in the deadly Wisconsin Christmas parade attack, venerated George Floyd with rap lyrics that also featured anti-police rhetoric.

However, veneration of George Floyd in the Catholic church may be on message. In October, Pope Francis went as far as to compare Floyd to the Biblical “Good Samaritan,” and praised those who participated in the Black Lives Matter riots sparked by his death for being “social poets.”

Pope Francis released a video message advocating more left-wing politics on Saturday, in the latest attempt by the Vatican to reassure the world that Catholicism is on the side of social justice. The pope praised deceased felon George Floyd as a “Good Samaritan,” and provided a moral endorsement of violent BLM rioters.

“Do you know what comes to mind now when, together with popular movements, I think of the Good Samaritan?” the Pope declared. “Do you know what comes to mind? The protests over the death of George Floyd. It is clear that this type of reaction against social, racial or macho injustice can be manipulated or exploited by political machinations or whatever, but the main thing is that, in that protest against this death, there was the Collective Samaritan who is no fool!”

“This movement did not pass by on the other side of the road when it saw the injury to human dignity caused by an abuse of power,” the Catholic figurehead continued. “The popular movements are not only social poets but also collective Samaritans.”

The pope went on to repeatedly invoke the term “social justice,” and proclaimed that “In my experience, when people, men and women, have suffered injustice, inequality, abuse of power, deprivations, and xenophobia in their own flesh – in my experience, I can see that they understand much better what others are experiencing and are able to help them realistically to open up paths of hope. How important it is that your voice be heard, represented in all the places where decisions are made. Offer your voice in a collaborative spirit; speak with moral certainty of what must be done.”
