Israeli-backed NGO Monitor is tracking and monitoring pro-Palestine groups protesting across America’s college campuses.

NGO Monitor claimed in a press release these pro-Palestine protests are “tightly coordinated and well-funded by a network of radical and often antisemitic non-governmental organizations, including Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), Within Our Lifetime, US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, and Samidoun.”

It argued that they work to “undermine the economic, military and other ties between US and Israel, and to besiege and divide the US Jewish community.” It also asserted that these groups have supported and justified the Oct. 7 attack against Israel by Hamas and that many of these groups are tied to designated Palestinian terror organizations. There are no sources for these claims besides editorials and associated Jewish groups. Add to it, quite ironically, is the lack of transparent funding and structure, which is pretty standard for Zionist and Jewish NGOs.

The press release hammered away at several nonprofits, particularly Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP). It is supposed to be the “Jewish wing” supporting Palestinians, although the NGO Monitor insisted activists aren’t even Jewish, based on an opinion piece in The Times of Israel. JVP’s stated goal, according to NGO Monitor, is to eliminate US economic, military and political aid to Israel. If anything, that sounds like an isolationist or nationalist-populist pro-America group.

Tenets of the IHRA’s “working definition” of antisemitism.

NGO Monitor shared some other thoughts on JVP, but they are sourced from Jewish NGOs or opinion articles, making them irrelevant and not exactly factual. Antisemitism to this group levied against JVP is attacks against Israel and the IDF, similar to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA) “working definition.” It also embellished quite a bit, saying JVP “embraces terrorists.” Ironically, the JVP does much the same with the IDF, but that is considered an “antisemitic trope.”

NGO Monitor believes the JVP operates to exploit the “Jewish” label to “deflect evidence of blatant antisemitism,” citing yet again another biased source. It is strange, though, how NGO Monitor acknowledges the victimhood and adjoined privilege of Jewish identity, in this case, for pro-Palestine students to leverage. Otherwise, such a claim would have been considered “antisemitic.”

It also mentions the lack of transparency in its funding, which JVP racked up $3 million just in 2021. NGO Monitor said the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, under its “peacebuilding program,” provided aid, but that doesn’t account for the full amount. It cited one-third of JVP’s budget to be US-based. Again, this wouldn’t be a problem for the many pro-Israel groups that are based in Israel or conducted by dual citizens. The full financial report by NGO Monitor can be found here.

Long Island Rep. D’Esposito’s New Bill Criminalizes Anti-Zionism Through IHRA’s ‘Working Definition’

NGO Monitor breaks down Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), Within Our Lifetime (WOL) or Students for Justice in Palestine, US Campaign for Palestine Rights (USCPR) and Samidoun in a similar fashion. What is strange, though, is that they all seem similar or adjacent to the issues that plague pro-Israel groups, like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) or the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Musk Promises Suspensions for Doxxing, Except for Canary Mission

What we learn from this is that these activist NGOs don’t necessarily operate with much regulation, balance or integrity. A normal layperson should take NGO Monitor’s hit presser much the same as it takes one from Canary Mission or the ADL. It simply demonstrates that these nonprofits are not in the best interest of the people but are ideologically driven, so much so that they have little hesitation in ruining a person’s life.

FL Bills to Protect Monuments, Stop LGBT Subversion Killed by GOP https://nationalfile.com/fl-bills-to-protect-monuments-stop-lgbt-subversion-killed-by-gop/ Tue, 20 Feb 2024 20:07:01 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=67277 Last Updated on February 20, 2024

Highly-touted legislation in Florida that aimed to ban the removal of American monuments and bar the flying of the LGBT flag at schools and government buildings has died in committee after being killed off by the Florida GOP, which refused to move on the bills before the end of the 2024 legislative session.

Florida Republicans are backing down after generating national press that claimed they were taking a stand against historical vandals and LGBT subversives as Florida State Senate Leadership says that bills to bar monument removals and the flying of gay pride flags on government buildings are dead.

On Senate Bill 1122, which aimed to bar the removal or destruction of historical monuments on public property, Florida State Senate President Kathleen Passidomo said that the debate became a little too spirited, and therefore, the bill has to go away. Apparently, along with America’s monuments.

SB 1122, Passidomo said, “has been weaponized by both sides and that troubles me. That’s not how we run our chamber, that’s not how we pass our legislation, at least for me. And so, at this point, I don’t see that bill coming back.”

Though the bill did not expressly mention Confederate monuments, Florida was a Confederate state and has seen numerous of its statues torn down and destroyed, under the watch of Governor Ron DeSantis, who has claimed that he supports legislation to bar their removal.

Senate Bill 1122 is accompanied in death by Senate Bill 1120, which sought to bar the flying of the LGBT flag at government buildings, including public schools.

The death of the legislation comes after Ron DeSantis tried to position himself as a warrior for America’s kids, and told parents that Florida would defend its students against LGBT subversion.

Senate President Passidomo says that the Senate merely “ran out of time” before the March 8th end of the legislative session, and just won’t be able to protect kids this year.

The monument and flag legislation are far from the only bills to die before the end of the Florida State Legislature’s 2024 session, and Republicans, especially in the Senate, are facing growing heat from their constituents because of it.

The failure to pass the bills comes despite Republicans controlling both the House and Senate chambers of the legislature, as well as, obviously, the governorship.

But that hasn’t seemed to bother them, as noted by Florida NBC affiliate WPTV, which reported:

Despite these measures gaining traction in the House and being listed as priorities by the Florida GOP, Senate President Kathleen Passidomo, R-Naples, has shown little interest, emphasizing the autonomy of the Legislature in lawmaking.

“Our bill process is not the Republican Party of Florida,” Passidomo said last week. “We are the Legislature. We make the laws. We review the laws.”

Among the other initiatives to die this year is an abortion ban that originated in the House, and a bill to lower the age to purchase a long gun from 21, back to 18 – Which is what the law in Florida used to be before Republican Governor-turned-US Senator Rick Scott groveled to the gun control lobby and signed legislation raising the age of purchase and installing numerous other roadblocks to lawful gun ownership.

Notably, most of the aforementioned bills or causes, at one point or another, generated positive press for the DeSantis campaign, as Americans were told that he was ruling Florida like a right-winger’s paradise and commanding the legislature to enact a populist, traditionalist agenda.

The legislature, however, has proven this not to be true.

Defeated DeSantis Sees Influence Wane Upon Return to Florida https://nationalfile.com/defeated-desantis-sees-influence-wane-upon-return-to-florida/ Thu, 15 Feb 2024 19:07:05 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=67160 Last Updated on February 15, 2024

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s return to Florida after his failed presidential run and preceding “book tour” that took him out of the state and all over the country on a full-time basis has been met with little enthusiasm from Florida Republicans, who face budgetary issues with federal COVID money “drying up” and an insurance industry crisis worse than any state in the country.

Ron DeSantis has been “ignored” by Florida Republicans since returning to Florida after conceding 2024’s GOP Presidential Primary and getting behind 45th President Trump as he swats down Nikki Haley, the report from Newsweek says.

But not being Mr. Popularity in his home state may be the least of DeSantis’s problems there, as the report goes on to mention the “ongoing insurance crisis in Florida” that is set to get even worse as “federal pandemic funds are drying up.”

In other words, the report suggests that DeSantis has been propping his state up with federal COVID money, something he often spoke out against during the presidential campaign, and now his scheme is in jeopardy of crashing down with a decrease in federal welfare on the horizon.

“Florida homeowners are currently paying premiums up to an average of $6,000 per year, the highest rates in the entire country,” the Newsweek report explains, adding that “DeSantis and his administration have been blamed for not doing enough to fix the situation.”

And DeSantis’s image among Florida Republicans is taking a hit on more than just his alleged inaction on the insurance issues and his reliance on COVID money – his ability to influence the direction of the state is also reportedly waning, as DeSantis-backed plans to build a casino in Miami were recently rejected.

“Florida Republicans’ unwillingness to rally around the governor now that he’s back in the state and is proposing new legislation possibly indicates that DeSantis’ influence on the GOP and the state has waned since his doomed run for the presidency,” the report goes on to suggest.

News of DeSantis’s problems in Florida is accompanied by similar issues for anti-Trump Republicans all over the country, who have tried to come back into the America First fold since their futile attempt at unseated Trump as the presumptive 2024 GOP Presidential nominee.

As a result of the split that the DeSantis camp created, the House Freedom Caucus, several members of which, including Reps. Bob Good (VA) and Chip Roy (TX) backed DeSantis, appears to have lost much of its juice, and its highest-ranking members face primary challenges thanks to their turning against Trump.

But public pushback hasn’t stopped many of the Team DeSantis veterans from slithering back into Trump Land, including Steve Cortes, who wrote a dramatic op-ed announcing his renewed support for Trump, after being blasted several months earlier for defecting to the DeSantis side.

As National File Reported:

“I was wrong,” former Trump adviser turned Never Back Down PAC spokesman Steve Cortes, who stepped down from the pro-DeSantis PAC back in October, wrote in the op-ed.

“Those of us who backed Ron DeSantis – or the other Republican candidates – should read the room,” he added, citing Trump’s massive win in Iowa and his big leads in the polls in every other state, before calling on his former anti-Trump comrades to stop attacking him with “Democrat Party-like talking points.”

They “only dilute the power of our cause as we head toward November,” Cortest wrote.

“How do we save America?” he went on to ask.

“It is time to unify behind former President Trump as he leads the battle against the ruling class and the oligarchs intent on destroying the American way of life,” he answered. “I implore all patriotic populists to join as I pledge to do all I can to work for Trump’s cause, just as I proudly did in 2016 and 2020.”

Christina Pushaw Loomered https://nationalfile.com/christina-pushaw-loomered/ Sat, 04 Nov 2023 22:29:54 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=64290 Last Updated on November 4, 2023

Christina Pushaw, the queen of Ron DeSantis’ failing communications operation, was Loomered Saturday at the Florida Freedom Summit. Pushaw refused to answer for DeSantis’ support of Biden’s weaponized government against President Trump. DeSantis’ globalist policies and Pushaw’s online influence operation are two key reasons DeSantis’ poll numbers have plummeted in recent months.

Loomer approached a disgruntled-looking Pushaw, saying, “Hey Christina, how is it going? I know you know me because you are always talking trash online.”

Loomer then asked Pushaw, “Why does Ron DeSantis support the weaponization of government against President Trump?” Instead of answering Loomer’s question, Pushaw smiled evilly and put on her DeSantis hat.

Last week, DeSantis told MSNBC that the RNC should not allow Trump to be the nominee if he’s convicted before the general election. Many political insiders believe Team DeSantis’ strategy to win the GOP nomination banks on Biden’s DOJ jailing Trump before July’s RNC Convention. Pushaw’s refusal to answer Loomer’s question on this matter further indicates this is Team DeSantis’ plan.

Loomer then asked Pushaw why she did not register as a foreign agent. Pushaw has close ties to the Ukranian government. Prior to the war breaking out, Governor DeSantis had a significant number of Florida National Guard troops stationed in Ukraine.

Their conversation ended with Loomer asking Pushaw when DeSantis would drop out of the race. When Pushaw refused to answer both of Loomer’s questions, Loomer pointed out that Pushaw likes to talk a lot of smack online but not in person. Pushaw used a small group of DeSantis supporters as cover to hide from Loomer.

Pushaw and DeSantis’ globalist policies are significant factors in DeSantis’s polling as low as 8% in some GOP primary polling.

Free Speech Fraud: Team DeSantis Calls Cops on Loomer for Standing on FL Sidewalk https://nationalfile.com/free-speech-fraud-team-desantis-calls-cops-on-loomer-for-standing-on-fl-sidewalk/ Fri, 06 Oct 2023 18:09:36 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=63649 Last Updated on October 6, 2023

It turns out Governor DeSantis is not the free speech supporter he presents himself to be. Team DeSantis dispatched Florida law enforcement on Laura Loomer for standing on the sidewalk outside a campaign event, despite Loomer having a ticket to the event and being a journalist. As Governor, DeSantis has been attempting to limit the free speech of Floridians.

Loomer posted on X, “WATCH: Today@RonDeSantis called the cops on me and had me cited with a trespass notice by @TampaPD after I showed up to attend his Presidential campaign event, which I had a ticket to! It’s time for @RonDeSantis to DROP OUT! Polls today have him at 9% nationally. #Trump2024”

In another post, Loomer shared a photo of the ticket she received from the Tampa Police. Loomer captioned the photo writing, “Here’s evidence that I was TRESPASSED at @RonDeSantis’s campaign event in Tampa, Florida today even though I had a ticket under my real name! He had the cops give me a Trespass order, and so now I am banned from returning to The Vault for an entire year. I had a ticket. #MAGA”

DeSantis attempts to sell himself to GOP voters as a supporter of free speech. However, DeSantis’ actions prove this is not the case. Before announcing a presidential run, DeSantis and his Florida legislative allies attempted to pass the Florida Blogger Bill.

During her debate with Bill Mitchell, Loomer described the Florida Blogger Bill, saying, “The bill stated that if you wanted to even talk about Ron DeSantis positively or negatively, you had to get approval from the state first and you had to get a license in order to actually write about him. If you didn’t have the license, you would be in violation. Look it up, it’s called the Florida Blogger Bill.”

DeSantis’determination to kill free speech is likely one of the major reasons the Florida Governor is polling at around 9% nationally. GOP voters have figured DeSantis’ scams out.

‘Hail Azov’: Neo-Nazis Say They Love Biden Because He Sends Rockets to Ukraine https://nationalfile.com/hail-azov-neo-nazis-say-they-love-biden-because-he-sends-rockets-to-ukraine/ Mon, 04 Sep 2023 14:48:19 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=62825 Last Updated on September 4, 2023

Self-proclaimed neo-Nazis rallying in Florida over the weekend said that they love Joe Biden because he “sends rockets to Ukraine.”

Video footage of neo-Nazi leader Christopher Pohlhaus wearing a swastika pendant around his neck while pledging his support to Joe Biden has been largely ignored by corporate media outlets as they attempt to link the group’s repeated rallies to the Republican Party, despite their open support of Biden’s foreign policy.

“I think Biden’s better than Trump because he sends Rockets to Ukraine,” said Pohlhaus as he fielded questions on an overpass while his “Blood Tribe” neo-Nazi group held a rally they’d dubbed the “March of the Redshirts.”

“Hail Ukraine! Hail Azov!” he shouted, as other neo-Nazis in the background screamed “Slava Ukraini,” the Ukrainian military battle cry that’s been embraced by Western supporters of the nation’s NATO-backed war effort.

https://twitter.com/LauraLoomer/status/1698170549816418754

Pohlhaus’s support for Ukraine and Joe Biden’s Ukraine War aid is far from a one-off, as the “Blood Tribe” leader has long been linked to the Western-backed Ukrainian neo-Nazis who overthrew that nation’s elected government in a Soros-backed revolution and eventually installed Volodymyr Zelensky (who is Jewish) as their president.

Previous reports have also linked Pohlhaus to the Russian Volunteer Corps, an anti-Putin terrorist organization that describes itself as a militia. The Russian Volunteer Corps has carried out repeated attacks inside Russia and has contributed men to the Ukrainian war effort against their own nation as Ukraine is being used as a rallying point for neo-Nazis hailing from all over the globe.

Related: ‘Nazis in Ukraine’ Trends on Twitter As Global Awareness Continues to Rise

Pohlhaus was far from the only neo-Nazi rallygoer linked to Ukraine, with at least one of them, named Kent “Boneface” McLellan, having spent time in-country. McLellan openly stated in previous media coverage that he was sent to Ukraine by the Central Intelligence Agency to join the “Right Sector”, a group of Western militants affiliated with the openly neo-Nazi Azov Battalion.

In the aftermath of the rally, “Boneface” has attempted to intimidate journalist Laura Loomer, who was on the scene recording video footage of the event and is using her platform to expose the group’s federal ties.

In a video posted online by McLellan, the face-tattooed skinhead uses a HAM radio to say that he has a “visual on Loomer.”

Sharing the video to X, Loomer pointed out that because McLellan is a felon convicted of trafficking meth who was arrested by the FBI in 2012 on domestic terrorism charges, his use of a HAM radio is illegal, and likely further indicates his ties to the federal government.

Trump Leads DeSantis by 20 Points in Florida https://nationalfile.com/trump-leads-desantis-by-20-points-in-florida/ Mon, 10 Jul 2023 18:47:13 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=61474 New FAU polling shows Ron DeSantis is trailing Donald Trump by 20 points in Florida. DeSantis continues his free fall as GOP voters discover his unpopular globalist policies.

Florida polling shows Donald Trump holding a 50-30% lead over DeSantis. The remaining GOP candidates are not close to Trump, with their polling coming in at Ramaswamy 4%, Scott 3%, Christie 2%, Hutchinson 2%, Pence 2%, and Haley 1%. In a two-person race, Trump leads DeSantis by 54%-37%.

In Miami-Dade County, Trump leads DeSantis by an impressive 70%-11%. DeSantis has bragged that he was the one who turned the Miami, Florida, region from blue to red. However, the latest polling shows that Trump turned the Miami area red. Team DeSantis’ consistent lies are clearly souring GOP voters.

White, working-class voters in Florida favor Trump over DeSantis by 27 points. Trump has exposed DeSantis’ anti-working-class/ pro-globalist policies. While in Iowa, Trump highlighted that DeSantis’ refusal to embrace tariffs would result in foreign farms flooding the American market. Trump also pointed out that DeSantis’ anti-tariff measures would kill working-class jobs across the board. Trump recently called DeSantis a globalist sellout.

NationalFile reported that DeSantis told his globalist elite, Silicon Valley donors, that he would not support tariffs.

GOP voters favor America First policies. DeSantis’ horrific globalist Congressional voting record has directly impacted his falling GOP primary polling numbers.

Despite this, GOP establishment politicians continue to go against their voters’ America First wishes. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds continues to do events with Team DeSantis. Trump called her out on TruthSocial, writing, “I love Iowa, protected & expanded Ethanol, got 28 Billion Dollars from China for our great Farmers, ended the Estate (Death!) Tax on farms, made the best TRADE deals in history (USMCA, China, & many more), introduced the World to our FARMERS, & kept Iowa’s “First in the Nation” status. I opened up the Governor position for Kim Reynolds, & when she fell behind, I ENDORSED her, did big Rallies, & she won. Now, she wants to remain “NEUTRAL.” I don’t invite her to events! DeSanctus down 45 points!”

GOP voters want America First policies; politicians who stand in the way of America First will face political consequences of Ron DeSantis-like proportions.

DeSantis’ Tuesday Embarrassment: Democrats Upset Republicans in Jacksonville Mayor Race https://nationalfile.com/desantis-tuesday-embarrassment-democrats-upset-republicans-in-jacksonville-mayor-race/ Wed, 17 May 2023 17:44:01 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=59901 Democrats scored a major upset over Republicans in Tuesday’s Jacksonville Mayor race. Ron DeSantis-endorsed Daniel Davis lost to Democrat Donna Deegan. DeSantis is facing mounting criticism for spending the weekend before Jacksonville’s election traveling to Iowa to campaign for himself.

In March, DeSantis released a statement that read, “I am proud to endorse Daniel Davis for Jacksonville mayor because I trust him to fight for Jacksonville’s hardworking families, and I know he will stand with the city’s brave men and women in law enforcement,”

DeSantis chose to spend the final weekend before Florida’s election in Iowa campaigning for himself despite the fact that Florida Democrats made the Jacksonville Mayors race their top priority.

While in Iowa, DeSantis bragged to GOP voters about his ability to create a winning culture. Following Tuesday’s election loss, GOP voters are criticizing DeSantis for his winning culture remarks.

Donald Trump criticized DeSantis for the loss in Florida, writing on TruthSocial, “Wow! In a big upset, the DeSanctimonious backed Republican candidate for Mayor of Jacksonville, Florida, LOST. This is a shocker. If they would have asked me to Endorse, he would have won, easily. Too proud to do so. Fools! This is a BIG LOSS for the Republican Party. Remember, “Rob” only won because of me!!!”

Trump also pointed out DeSantis’ failures in Florida and Kentucky, writing on TruthSocial “Congratulations to a “star” in Kentucky, Danial Cameron, who easily won the Republican Nomination for Governor. He had my Complete and Total Endorsement. The DeSanctimonious backed candidate came in a DISTANT third. Ron’s magic is GONE! He also lost, shockingly, in Jacksonville last night (Mayor).”

Trump also wrote on TruthSocial “DeSanctimonious lost Jacksonville and Kentucky last night. Not good!!!”

Ron DeSantis is expected to announce a run for president soon despite his mounting losses and falling poll numbers.

DeSantis Allies Attempt to Change FL Law to Allow Ron DeSantis to Run for POTUS https://nationalfile.com/desantis-allies-attempt-to-change-fl-law-to-allow-ron-desantis-to-run-for-potus/ Wed, 26 Apr 2023 00:41:41 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=59497 Ron DeSantis ally and Florida State Senator Travis Hutson released the text Florida Senate Bill 7050 on Tuesday, which will change Florida law to allow Ron DeSantis to run for President of the United States without resigning as governor of Florida first, as current Florida law states. DeSantis has been traveling across America, which many speculate is a shadow campaign for president.

Current Florida law states, “Any officer who qualifies for federal public office must resign from the office he or she presently holds if the terms, or any part thereof, run concurrently with each other.”

Under current Florida law, Ron DeSantis would have to resign as Florida Governor before running for President of the United States.

Florida State Senator Travis Hutson’s new law states, “This section does not apply to:1037 (c) Persons seeking the office of President or Vice 1038 President of the United States.” Meaning Ron DeSantis could remain governor of Florida and run for president simultaneously.

DeSantis allies hope they can pass SB 7050 as early as Wednesday. However, it is unclear how many Florida Republican Senators support this bill.

Laura Loomer, who has been covering SB 7050’s progress, wrote on Tuesday, “BREAKING: The Florida Senate just included an amendment to an election bill that changes Florida’s Resign to Run law, making a sole exception for @GovRonDeSantis! I’ve been telling you all for MONTHS. DeSantis had the law changed so he can run for President in 2024.”

As DeSantis’ allies attempt to change Florida law for his benefit, Ron DeSantis continues his presidential campaign-like trip across America and the world. Donald Trump’s Campaign pointed out that Ron DeSantis has spent half his time over the last two months outside of the State of Florida, “Ron DeSantis has spent half his time the past two months campaigning for President outside of Florida… while Florida taxpayers pick up the tab!”

Florida State Senator Travis Hutson’s SB 7050 is the latest indication that Ron DeSantis will formally announce a presidential run in May.

DeSantis’ Support For Red Flag Gun-Grabbing Laws Could Damage His Republican Presidential Hopes https://nationalfile.com/desantis-support-for-red-flag-gun-grabbing-laws-could-damage-his-republican-presidential-hopes/ Wed, 26 Apr 2023 00:21:17 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=59441 Florida Republican governor Ron DeSantis, a likely presidential aspirant, has vociferously supported Red Flag gun confiscation laws that seek to disarm people who are supposedly considered dangerous. DeSantis’ support for an obvious mechanism of gun confiscation could complicate his presidential ambitions in a Republican primary in which the voters are overwhelmingly pro-Second Amendment.

DeSantis’ Republican predecessor Rick Scott signed the red flag bill into law in March 2018. But then-congressman DeSantis supported the red flag provision, and he continued to support Red Flag laws after he took over as governor in 2019.

In August 2019, Fox 13 reported: “DeSantis hopes red flag laws will help thwart future shootings.” The article explained how the DeSantis administration was using an app called Fortify Florida to encourage people to report their fellow countrymen if they seem suspicious — a literal Communist authoritarian tactic. DeSantis blamed the “recesses of the internet” for gun violence, which is a common globalist political trope designed to drum up support for monitoring dissidents online.

“I think when you have people that have pathological ideologies. If you didn’t have places to congregate, they would not have strength in numbers” DeSantis said, adding, “Being able to go and trade these ideas in an online community, I think that radicalizes people.”

“Typically, the government isn’t policing or holding people accountable just for speech. It requires incitement, or to be a threat,” DeSantis stated. “I just want us to be responsive to that. The vast majorities of these instances have had red flags. The Marjory Stoneman Douglas report made that clear. So I think we need to identify that and do something about it.”

The red flag law in Florida has empowered judges to disarm over 8,000 Floridians, as of June 2022. Why doesn’t DeSantis stop this gun-grabbing lunacy?

DeSantis supported red flags when Governor Rick Scott signed the bill back in 2018. DeSantis said on Fox News that he agreed with the legislation’s goal of identifying “The money for mental health, and then being able to identify these individuals who are dangerous so that there are not able to possess weapons. I think all those are good.”

In February 2020, NATIONAL FILE senior reporter Patrick Howley was kicked out of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) for asking NRA leader Wayne LaPierre during LaPierre’s speech to stop supporting Red flag gun confiscation laws. At the time, the Red Flag issue was not extremely well known. Clearly, Howley was right, and Red Flag laws really are the mechanism of gun confiscation. Why doesn’t the Republican establishment want to tell the truth about these laws? Why does the Republican establishment want to disarm Americans?
