Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted in the 2020 death of George Flyod, is appealing his federal civil rights conviction, arguing that new evidence shows he did not cause Floyd’s death.

Former Minneapolis police officer and now 47-year-old federal inmate, Derek Chauvin is filing an appeal for a new trial or a hearing to allow him to present the newly discovered evidence, reported Fox News.

Chauvin filed the motion in federal court on Monday, stating he would never have pleaded guilty if he had known the theories of a Topeka, Kansas, pathologist, Dr. William Schaetzel, whom he met in February.

The request asks the presiding judge to dismiss the civil rights conviction and mandate a new trial or, at the very minimum, allow for an evidentiary hearing. He filed the request without an attorney.

Fox News reported that the records indicate Chauvin said Dr. Schaetzel believes George Floyd died from issues stemming from a rare tumor. The Cleveland Clinic cites this neuroendocrine tumor as a paraganglioma, which can stimulate a fatal amount of adrenaline. It can form near the carotid artery and along nerve pathways in the neck and head.

It may sound like a credible theory; however, the pathologist did not review Floyd’s body or autopsy reports.

Dr. Schaetzel told The Associated Press, “I can’t go to my grave with what I know. … I just want the truth.”

The Kansas local ABC affiliate reported Chauvin alleges Shaetzel contacted his trial attorney, Eric Nelson, presiding judge and prosecution in his state-court murder trial. He said Nelson never disclosed the pathologist or his ideas, alleging his attorney failed to challenge the constitutionality of the federal charge

Based on Dr. Shaetzel’s findings, Chauvin believes “No reasonable juror would have convicted,” according to the filing. The former Minneapolis police officer may be too optimistic, as the autopsy performed by Dr. Andrew Baker in 2021 was widely portrayed as police brutality, downplaying drug use or heart disease.

The response to Floyd’s death was treated in a similar manner, too. The Guardian accurately reported the 25 deaths from the Black Lives Matter 2020 riots but skews the descriptors of the victims. Other outlets straight up dismissed or attempted to “debunk” the $2 billion in damages from the unrest.

Chauvin, with the condemnation of the media and the establishment, pleaded guilty to the federal charge in December 2021 and, in doing so, waived his rights to appeal except on the basis of ineffective counsel.

The federal court of appeals has already rejected two requests from Chauvin for a rehearing. He also submitted an appeal to the US Supreme Court on the state court murder conviction.

EXCLUSIVE: Leftist CNN Cameraman Jayden X Plotted J6 Riot On Antifa Discord Servers, Met Up With Ray Epps Before Going To Capitol, Jayden X’s Brother Says https://nationalfile.com/exclusive-leftist-cnn-camerama-jayden-x-plotted-j6-riot-on-antifa-discord-servers-met-up-with-ray-epps-before-going-to-capitol-jayden-xs-brother-says/ Mon, 21 Aug 2023 19:09:05 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=62475 Last Updated on August 22, 2023

Leftist infiltrator John Sullivan, known as “Jayden X,” was part of a coordinated operation which included Ray Epps to create chaos at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2020,  Jayden X’s brother James Sullivan told NATIONAL FILE in an exclusive interview.

Jayden X’s brother told NATIONAL FILE that Jayden X helped plan the January 6 chaos on “Antifa Discord servers,” that Jayden X previously worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to target his enemies, and that Jayden X was a member of Antifa groups that started riots elsewhere during social justice protests.

WHY IT MATTERS

The Biden Department of Justice is working to convict Trump-backing protestors who were ensnared by what has been shown to be a federally involved Reichstag-style pretext to grab power in D.C. and nationally.

Jayden X helped plan the January 6 “insurrection” on “Antifa Discord servers,” according to his brother.

Jayden X met up with controversial figure and suspected agent provocateur Ray Epps prior to the action at the Capitol, according to Jayden X’s brother.

Leftists plotted in private messages to distribute Trump hats to fellow leftists to falsely smear Trump supporters as being violent.

Ray Epps ‘Showed [Sullivan] the ropes’ on how to entrap Trump-backing patriots.

James Sullivan claims that his brother John Sullivan pushed Ashli Babbitt through the window, setting the stage for her demise at the hands of officer Byrd.

The Creative Artists Agency, a well-known Deep State cut-out, was involved with both Sullivan brothers by way of ‘photojournalist’ Jade Sacker.

Jayden X is seen on camera passing out long metal rods to different protestors encouraging them to go and break into the Capitol building.

Watch the EXCLUSIVE video below.

In a wide-ranging article with NATIONAL FILE’s Alicia Powe, Jayden X’s brother John Sullivan lifted the veil on the family strife between the far-left Jayden X and himself. Their family schism ended up the subject of a CAA-backed documentary, which debuted earlier this year.

According to the conservative Sullivan, leftists plotted in private messages on burner phones and on Discord to distribute Trump hats to fellow leftists to falsely smear Trump supporters as being violent, even leading to the eventual death of Ashli Babbitt.

Jayden X also met up with controversial figure and suspected agent provocateur Ray Epps prior to the action at the Capitol, according to Jayden X’s brother.

“I know that John pushed her (Ashli Babbitt) through, into the window when they got into the Capitol and I know that he had pushed her up to the front,” James Sullivan told NATIONAL FILE, referring to his brother “John,” aka “Jayden X.” Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by a Capitol Police officer during the January 6 melee.

“He had corresponded with CNN and MSNBC and a couple of other news organizations showing them the Discord servers that he was a part of that were basically. I know that people say they don’t exist, but Antifa Discord servers where they were planning January 6,” James Sullivan said, referring to his brother.

“John was also part of the Discord servers in Kenosha and in Minneapolis where Antifa would go in and they would basically take advantage of the emotional state of, you know, Black Lives Matter and then ignite a riot. And their goal, ultimate goal, is to show that the Republic that we’re living under was not enough to keep peace and we need socialism. So their goal is to show that our Republic is weak. And John had done that all summer long and then when he did it at January 6 at the Capitol, no one bats an eye!…It was all planned. The entire thing was planned,” James Sullivan told NATIONAL FILE.

Sullivan has been in touch with attorneys in an effort to thwart what he sees as his brother Jayden X’s violent, dangerous behavior.

“A lot of people don’t know but Michael Sanchez, who was a member of Antifa from Portland, was arrested at the Capitolwe have literal evidence that it was pre-orchestrated,” James Sullivan said.

So, from what I know is that Ray Epps and my brother John had met up prior to going to the Freedom Plaza. And they were at, if you look at the video of Ray Epps…you see John right next to him,” James Sullivan said.

Jayden X, who has so far dodged all criminal prosecutions related to his involvement with J6, has now managed to snag himself a job as a foreign war correspondent.

“John goes back and forth from the U.S. to the Ukraine…So the reason Black Lives Matter Utah got crippled, is because of John. When they basically outcasted him, he worked with the FBI to get a lot of their leaders arrested and charged. But he did that out of spite and because they kicked him out of the movement,” James Sullivan said, confirming that his brother worked with the Feds.

James Sullivan also spoke of Jade Sacker, the self-described CAA photojournalist who went to the January 6 protest with Jayden X.

“When J6 happened, Jade went with John to Kenosha, to Minneapolis, to Portland, like all over the country. And when she went to J6 with him, all he was telling her is that “this is going to happen, this is going to happen, this is going to happen. Something big is gonna happen in the Capitol. Something big’s gonna happen at the Capitol.” And then Jade…John had an Adderall addiction, so Jade actually gave him a little bit of alcohol, and on camera the reason she didn’t get arrested is she has him on-camera saying that, showing her the Discord servers, the private chats that he has, the burner phone text messages of where they’re going to distribute, like, Trump hats and stuff to the different members of…she has it all on camera,” James Sullivan said.

Clearly, the mainstream media is not telling the American people the truth about the real events of January 6. Citizens and independent journalists must keep up the pressure to get the real truth out to the world.

DIG DEEPER

John Sullivan, the militant Antifa leader known as Jayden X, coordinated with Ray Epps in an operation to create chaos at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, Jayden X’s brother James Sullivan cautioned in an exclusive interview with National File

“We have him on video — literally saying, ‘I have a knife! I have a knife!’ There [are] other videos of him passing out like long metal rods to different J6ers, telling them, ‘Just go up there and do that,’ ‘Go up there and do this.’

Asked whether Air Force veteran Ashi Babbitt’s death was part of an orchestrated plan, James began urgently divulging information describing how his brother John’s militant radical socialist ideology led him to coordinating a terror attack during the January 6 certification of the electoral vote.

“I know that John pushed her [Ashli Babbitt] through into the window when they got into the Capitol and I know that he had pushed her up to the front,” James Sullivan told this reporter.

“[Jayden X] was quoted by Sky News and a couple other media outlets to get sensational footage on January 6,” James Sullivan said.

Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by Lt. Michael Byrd, a Capitol police officer, during the January 6 melee. So far, Byrd has faced no disciplinary action for the murder, was subsequently provided special housing by the government and was reportedly promoted to Captain after shooting Babbitt dead in broad day light.

Jayden X was paid approximately $90,000 by at least three media outlets for footage of Babbitt’s death, according to reports. CNN paid the Insurgence USA leader $35,000 for “eyewitness footage of the shooting at Capitol Hill on 01/06/21.”

It remains on unclear whether CNN made the payment to Sullivan before or after the shooting transpired.

Criminal charges against CNN for its role in the Capitol riot have been suppressed by the Biden administration. A copy of the check and Sullivan’s bank statement showing the date and time of the deposit has also been sealed.

Jayden X helped plan the January 6 “insurrection” on “Antifa Discord servers,” James Sullivan explained.

“[John] had corresponded with CNN, and MSN, MSNBC, and a couple other news organizations showing them the discord servers that he was a part of that were basically — I know that people say they don’t exist — but Antifa Discord servers were there planning January 6,” he said, detailing his brother’s elaborate January 6 scheme.

Jade Sacker, a journalist that was contracted by CAA to make documentary about Jayden X, traveled with the Insurgence USA founder around the country throughout 2020 and during the Capitol riot.

Jayden X met up with controversial figure and suspected agent provocateur Ray Epps prior to the action at the Capitol, according to Jayden X’s brother.

“So, from what I know is that Ray Epps and my brother John had met up prior to going to the Freedom Plaza. And they were at, if you look at the video of Ray Epps…you see John right next to him,” James Sullivan said.

Prior to January, Sacker allegedly began secretly recording Sullivan as he coordinated a “’Terriotest’ group plan to storm the Capitol,” a plan to entrap conservatives of which Ray Epps would “show him the ropes,” James Sullivan explained:

The thing with Ray Epps is, Jade said that she didn’t really know who he was until after the fact, that she thought it was weird that John was talking to an old man. She didn’t know, she kept asking, ‘Who is this guy? Who is this guy?’ But they met before, the night before January 6. They met in front of the Hamilton hotel.

“We not only had the footage from Jade, but there’s also CCTV footage that she was able to get ahold of, or just ask for, and they gave it to [her]. They wanted to be part of — they consented to be part of the of the [documentary].

Jayden X ‘had met with him about an hour before everyone was in Freedom Plaza, you know, rallying and stuff and getting amped for the next day. And when Ray Epps was in the plaza, saying that, ‘we should go storm the Capitol, you know, just sounding absolutely autistic …John is right next to him. He’s following him around.”

From what Jade told me, Ray said that he would “show John the ropes and what needed to be done.” And then after that, you just had him on camera, like walking with Ray from Hamilton to freedom Plaza. And yeah, so like, it’s, it’s all connected. It’s not really a conspiracy. It’s more of like, conservatives as conservatives, we work we work together, right? We work together, we collaborate, we get things done. The left does the same thing. For people to say that that doesn’t happen is just it’s ignorant.”

Leftists plotted in private messages to distribute Trump hats to fellow leftists to falsely smear Trump supporters as being violent.

“He was also passing out Trump hats. There’s video of him passing on Trump hats to, to different Antifa members showing up at West side of the Capitol, thirty minutes before the Trump supporters even got there.”

James Sullivan admitted that he is working with a government task force to put his brother behind bars because he to stop him from “hurting more people” and because he is a “psychopath.”

Jayden X’s trial is slated for the Fall and “I’ll be a part of it,” he said. “We have footage of him being on the Zoom calls just from Jade’s footage —  he trusted her a lot. She has footage of him being on the Zoom calls a week prior to January 6 where they discussed the opportunities that he could have taken on December 12, the first time — that, you know, the Patriots went to the Capitol.

“They were basically saying, ‘this is where they went, Freedom Plaza,’ ‘This is where we could ignite anarchy,’ ‘This is where we could get them to slip up,’ ‘We need to have  our camera people here and here.’ On January 6, they had 16 cameramen that were on all sides of the Capitol that were solely there just to catch patriots — slip up.

To get any type of dialogue. John had one [camera] on him and then he also had Jade Sacker recording him and she got him pushing Ashley Babbitt to the front of the crowd, and he was directly behind her.

She has him passing out metal poles that have this special silver ball that’s made for, like, breaking windows, passing [them] off to people so they could break windows to get into different offices. And she has him basically laughing at Ashli – she has the footage of Ashli Babbitt dying, but she has the footage of him laughing at her dying on camera. So, it’s sickening! You can watch it.”

James warns Jayden X, founder of Insurgence USA, worked as an informant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation prior to January 6 in an effort to target his enemies.

Insurgence USA, a social justice group he founded that calls itself anti-fascist and protests police brutality.

Jayden X was part of Antifa groups that started riots elsewhere during social justice protests, James explained.

“John was also part of discord servers in Kenosha and in Minneapolis, where Antifa would go in and they would basically take advantage of the emotional state of Black Lives Matter and then ignite a riot,” he said. “And their ultimate goal, ultimate goal, was to show that the republic that we’re living under was not enough to keep peace and we needed socialism.

“So, their goal is to show that our republic is weak. John had done that all summer long. And then we did he did it on January 6 at the Capitol, no one bats an eye.”

J6 defendants, particularly those who had national prominence or positions of leadership prior to the Capitol riot have been terrorized by the FBI, face lengthy prison sentences, have been tortured in pretrial detention and may be given longer sentences for speaking out or fundraising to pay for their exorbitant legal fees.

The leaders of the Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl and Ethan Nordean were found guilty of “seditious conspiracy” by an Antifa-supporting jury on May 4.

Each of the defendants are facing the stiffest prison sentences of any J6 defendant to date. Tarrio was not in Washington D.C., during the Capitol riot while Biggs, Nordean and Rehl committed no violent crimes on January 6, walked through the Capitol building for approximately 20 minutes, took pictures and left.

The only plan January 6 plan disseminated amongst the Proud Boys leading up to January 6 was “The 1776 Returns” document, which was created by the FBI and distributed to the group’s members nationwide.

The prosecution is seeking 33 years in prison for Tarrio and Biggs, 30 years for Rehl and 27 years for Nordean.

Sullivan was arrested by the FBI hours after this reporter obtained footage from Sullivan’s discord server which revealed he disguised himself as a Trump supporter while breaking multiple federal laws.

In stark contrast to how the laws are being applied to the Proud Boys, Jayden X spent just one night in prison.

As this reported confirmed in June, not only is Jayden X not in jail, but he is currently working as a war correspondent in the Ukraine for the Ukrainian government.

On January 6, Sullivan helped a trespasser scale a wall leading up to an entrance of the Capitol, an affidavit alleges. He then entered the Capitol through a window that had been smashed by one of the more violent agitators.

Sullivan, “according to his own video footage, apparently exhorted others to ‘burn this shit down,’ ‘break that shit,’ and — amid the smashing of the speaker’s lobby doors — ‘Go! Go! Get this shit’ He celebrated the breach of the Capitol as ‘revolutionary history.’ He boasted of how ‘it’s only a little jail time … I do this all the time,’ assistant U.S. attorney Candice Wong wrote in court documents.

Sullivan now faces a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, related to the riot.

The Department of Justice has yet to provide comment about who authorized Jayden X to leave the country.

Sullivan maintains that he is a journalist for his website Insurgence USA — and his defense attorney filed invoices for the $35,000 that NBC News and CNN each apparently paid for rights to use the videos.

Sullivan had previously faced a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, related to the riot.

A Utah man who faces federal criminal charges for his alleged actions during the U.S. Capitol riot sold video of the incursion to major news outlets for thousands of dollars.

CNN and NBC each paid John Sullivan $35,000 for footage he captured outside and inside the building on Jan. 6, including the deadly shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt by a U.S. Capitol Police officer, according to a recent filing in U.S. District Court in Washington.

The nonexclusive agreement with CNN was specifically for “eyewitness video of the shooting at Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021, for use from Jan. 6 to Jan. 13.

In addition, Australian Broadcasting Corp. paid Sullivan $2,375 for his video.

The court filing also includes the copy of an unsigned agreement with Left/Right LLC, a New York-based production company, for $5,000 to use footage of the siege at the Capitol in a program tentatively titled, “The Circus: The Greatest Political Show on Earth.”

But the feds allege in a criminal complaint that Sullivan was actively participating in and encouraging the siege.

As throngs of President Donald Trump supporters stormed the building, Sullivan helped one of the trespassers scale a wall leading up to an entrance of the Capitol, an affidavit alleges.

As he recorded footage inside the building, Sullivan allegedly said, “we gotta get this s—t burned.”

“It’s our house, motherf—kers. We are getting this s–t,” he added.

Prosecutors contend Sullivan was not a bystander but a “brazen, vocal” participant in the riot.

“The defendant, according to his own video footage, apparently exhorted others to ‘burn this (expletive) down,’ ‘break that (expletive),’ and — amid the smashing of the speaker’s lobby doors — ‘Go! Go! Get this (expletive)!’ He celebrated the breach of the Capitol as ‘revolutionary history.’ He boasted of how ‘it’s only a little jail time … I do this all the time,’ assistant U.S. attorney Candice Wong wrote in court documents.

Still recording, Sullivan moved with the crowd to outside the Speaker’s Lobby, where agitators faced off with police officers who were securing a doorway.

He then captured an officer fatally shoot Ashli Babbitt as she attempted to climb through a broken window that was being guarded by the officers — footage he sold to several news networks.

Sullivan was arrested soon after the riot and indicted by a grand jury last week on six charges, including obstruction of an official proceeding, civil disorder and disorderly conduct. This reporter discord server.

“We have him on video — literally saying, ‘I have a knife! I have a knife!’ There [are] other videos of him passing out like long metal rods to different J6ers, telling them, ‘Just go up there and do that,’ ‘Go up there and do this.’

‘You’re a Good Guy, No Question’ Federal Judge Tells Antifa Terrorist, Wannabe Cop Killer https://nationalfile.com/youre-a-good-guy-no-question-federal-judge-tells-antifa-terrorist-wannabe-cop-killer/ Mon, 30 Jan 2023 11:57:45 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=58082 Last Updated on January 30, 2023

A federal court judge in New York City praised a lawyer-turned-convicted Antifa terrorist as a “good guy” during a sentencing hearing in which America 2.0’s hyper-politicized, two-tiered system of justice was put on full display.

Colinford Mattis, a corporate lawyer and convicted Antifa terrorist who tried to kill NYPD officers by launching Molotov cocktails into a police van during 2020’s BLM riots, was hailed as a “good guy” by the federal judge presiding over his case, and given a light sentence.

“You’re a good guy. No question,” Federal Judge Brian Cogan, of the Eastern District of New York, told Mattis at sentencing.

Under the plea agreement, he made with the feds, Mattis will serve just 12 months and 1 day in prison, spend a year on probation, and pay a fine of $30,000.

The watered-down punishment is far from the sentence sought under President Trump, whose Justice Department called to put Mattis and his accomplice, “human rights attorney” Urooj Rahman, in prison for up to 45 years.

But when Biden’s DOJ took over, their charges were dropped to “conspiracy to commit arson” and prosecutors openly sought a light sentence for the pair of admitted Antifa terrorists.

In addition to the sentence assigned to Mattis, Urooj Rahman is serving 15 months in federal prison. Both of them must surrender their law license but have gotten off the hook much easier than unarmed J6 demonstrators.

Much like EDNY Judge Brian Cogan, left-wing media has sympathized with Mattis and his female accomplice, even hailing them as “civil-rights heroes” and “martyrs” to their anti-American cause.

“There is a version of the Rahman and Mattis story in which they are civil-rights heroes, even martyrs,” raved the New York Magazine in 2020.

Amazingly, and as National File reported back in 2020, thanks to violent radicals like Mattis and Rahman, the number of deaths caused by BLM and Antifa’s 2020 riots far exceeded the number of unarmed blacks killed by police in the year prior – apparently the very issue that the left-wing rioters were “protesting” against.

Among the dead is David Dorn, a retired St. Louis Police Captain with nearly 40 years of service who, at over 77 years of age, was shot dead on the streets of the city he once patrolled, protecting a friend’s pawn shop from looters.

After he was shot, Dorn died on a city sidewalk as onlookers live-streamed the event to Facebook, a pool of his own blood growing beneath him.

One young man streaming the event can be heard shouting words of encouragement to Dorn, begging him to ‘hang on’ until first responders arrive.

“For a TV? They killed this old man for some TVs?…c’mon, man, that’s somebody’s granddaddy.”

BLM Protesters Block Memphis Highways After Tyre Nichols Bodycam Footage Release https://nationalfile.com/blm-protesters-block-memphis-highways-after-tyre-nichols-bodycam-footage-release/ Sat, 28 Jan 2023 02:48:06 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=58066 Last Updated on January 27, 2023

Far-left protesters have mobilized across the country in response to police body camera footage from the fatal police beating of Memphis resident Tyre Nichols. In Memphis, protesters completely blocked off a highway while multiple individuals smashed police vehicles in New York City. Police departments in major cities across the country have prepared for potential unrest following the release.

On Friday evening, the Memphis Police Department released four separate videos related to events surrounding the arrest and beating of Nichols, who died three days after the incident.

“You guys are really doing a lot right now,” Nichols is heard saying to the officers at the start of the videos. Authorities said Nichols had been stopped by the officers and accused of reckless driving, but Memphis Police Chief Cerelyn J. Davis has since said the department has not found proof to substantiate the reckless driving allegation, the Associated Press reported.

Memphis officials had warned of the footage’s disturbing nature for days, raising concerns of unrest.

Upon release of the videos, large crowds of leftist protesters with pre-made signs began to mobilize across the country. The most significant crowds gathered in Memphis, where leftist demonstrators could be seen blocking traffic on the Interstate 55 bridge between Arkansas and Tennessee.

As of 9:30 p.m. local time, protesters had blocked multiple highways in the Memphis area. The blockades have left hundreds of motorists stranded and blocked access for emergency vehicles.

Similar, albeit smaller protests have been organized in New York City, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and dozens of additional U.S. cities. In New York, at least three arrests have been made after a mob smashed up a police vehicle.

Protesters could be heard chanting “no justice, no peace” despite the fact that all five officers involved have been fired and charged with second-degree murder.

This is a developing story.

FLASHBACK: Kevin McCarthy Parrots Left-Wing Talking Points on Race Relations, Called George Floyd Protests a ‘Wake-up Call’ https://nationalfile.com/flashback-kevin-mccarthy-parrots-left-wing-talking-points-on-race-relations-called-george-floyd-protests-a-wake-up-call/ Wed, 28 Dec 2022 15:59:19 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=57390 Last Updated on December 28, 2022

In August 2020, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) sat down with the California Public Policy Institute (PPIC) and discussed a wide range of topics, including race relations. As the violent George Floyd riots plagued the nation, McCarthy parroted leftist talking points on race and law enforcement, including the notion that African Americans are targeted by police on the basis of race. The incumbent House minority leader stated that the movement provided a much needed “wake up call” for America on race relations and affirmed his willingness to work with Democrats on “criminal justice reform.”

PPIC president Mark Baldassare cited a number of internal polls on California public opinion of the BLM movement and associated “racial justice” riots when asking for McCarthy’s thoughts.  A PPIC survey from the time period that found 64% of Californians believe the U.S. criminal justice system is biased against African Americans, and that 68% support the Black Lives Matter movement.

“What do you see as the federal level leadership around issues of racial injustices?” Baldassare asked.

“Well ya know, when this whole event transpires, and uhm… George Floyd’s life should never have been taken,” McCarthy replied. He went on to state his belief that the riots were in response to rampant racism present in the United States that is not always caught in camera.

“But I believe the uprising was more than just George Floyd. I think it was all those times that a video camera was not there,” McCarthy continued.

He then shared a story told to him by Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), a black man and leading criminal justice reform advocate in the GOP. Scott reportedly told McCarthy about a time he was stopped and questioned in the Capitol Building while wearing an official U.S. Senate pin. According to McCarthy’s telling of the incident, Scott was asked who he had stolen the pin from.

“I think at this moment in time is our opportunity for all of this nation, as we all strive and believe we’re a more perfect Union,” the House Minority Leader continued. “Yeah we’re better than we were 100 years ago, we’re better than we were 50 years ago, but we really had a wake-up call. We can improve drastically,” McCarthy said of U.S. race relations.

McCarthy then discussed a recent meeting at the time in which he sat down with black community leaders and discussed supposed police targeting of minorities. “And I asked this question: ‘how many of you have been pulled over by a police officer in the last year?’ Every single hand went up,” he said. “To that school teacher, who kinda is just the mentor to so many in our community, she said mine was at gunpoint. Well that’s something I bet you and I have not experienced,” McCarthy said to Baldassare, who is also white.

He went on to discuss proposed police reform efforts at the time, including those from Senator Scott on the GOP side of the aisle.

“Tim Scott took this up knowing that the life that he has led, to get police reform, and we were so close,” he said. “And this is the difference between the House and the Senate. In the Senate, you gotta have 60 votes before you can even bring the bill up. He offered more than 20 amendments, however many amendments you want, let’s just bring the bill up so we can move forward; that was denied,” McCarthy said of Scott’s criminal justice reform efforts.

“In the House, you’ll find with me as leader, I never criticized the Democrat bill,” he continued. “I’d be in a press conference every week and they’d say, ‘tell me the one thing you dislike.’ I said I’m not going to because I wanna find a solution at the end of the day.”

McCarthy has faced stiff resistance in his quest to again become U.S. Speaker of the House, with his detractors pointing to his past concessions to the radical left and unwillingness to go the extra mile for Trump/MAGA candidates.

In addition to his parroting of far-left talking points on “criminal justice reform” and race relations, Kevin McCarthy was previously caught on an audio recording saying that then-President Trump should resign over the January 6 Capitol protests. He again sided with the far left in saying that Trump “bears responsibility” for the events of that day.

According to McCarthy’s biggest critics, there are upwards of 20 “no” votes on his speakership among the Republican caucus, which is far beyond the number that will place his bid in peril. U.S. Rep. Bob Good recently told Politico that he is very confident that a compromise candidate will emerge on the second or third ballot after McCarthy’s support begins to evaporate.

The new Congress will select a new House Speaker on January 3.

Black Man Pistol Whips White Woman, Knocks Her Out Cold in Brutal Attack https://nationalfile.com/black-man-pistol-whips-white-woman-knocks-her-out-cold-in-brutal-attack/ Wed, 26 Oct 2022 01:37:12 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=55560 Last Updated on October 25, 2022

In a video posted on Twitter on Sunday, a black male can be seen pistol whipping a white woman, knocking her out cold. The woman was reportedly attempting to stop a mugging in which the mugging victim, a black male, was kicked in the head several times while down. The end of that brutal assault can be seen in the video, which was uploaded by an Instagram user who claims he was not involved, though he has seemingly treated the clip’s viral distribution as a blessing.

The video was recorded by struggling hip-hop artist, “Deno La Flame,” in what appears to be the neighborhood of 18th and Vine in Kansas City. Westport is the neighborhood from which the most 911 service calls the Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) has received throughout 2022 thus far.

“Get the f**k off. Get out of here!” the woman could be heard saying in the video as she attempted to shield her boyfriend from getting stomped with a shod foot.

“Stop playing with me ni**a!” one of the thugs replied. “Shut up!” another said as he pistol whipped the unarmed female and knocked her out cold.

The video was originally uploaded by Instagram user, “denolaflame,” who has since deleted his account.

Deno La Flame has an active TikTok channel, Soundcloud account, YouTube channel, Twitter page, Facebook profile, and even has his own pages on Apple Music and Tidal.

An internet sleuth provided The National File with the original video posted on Twitter, in addition to providing comment on the situation.

“It was just a story on his Instagram so it may have just expired, but he retweeted it and is actually enjoying ‘being famous’. He doesn’t even realize what the issue is with what he’s doing,” the the Twitter good Samaritan said. “Society is very broken.”

The man who captured the video, an attempted rapper who goes by the moniker, Deno La Flame, shared a screen capture of the video once it had reached some 820,000 videos and wrote, “A [million hits] ticket before the end of the day?”

On Facebook, he asserted that Mark Zuckerberg owes him money for all the views the video accrued.

Freddy Bodiene, a citizen from North Carolina, observed the hypocrisy between what he observed on the video and the Black Lives Matter (BLM) discourse in the media.

“Then when “ni**as get hit with [hollow points], then it’s BLM,” Bodiene said.

After the internet backlash to recording of the violent crime, Deno changed the location on his social media profiles to state that he is from New York City and even tried to state to The National File that he was in fact a New Yorker.

However, according to Google, Deno was at Johnny Kaw’s Yard Bar at 4115 Mill Street in Westport, Kansas City on Friday

“Typical Night at Yard Bard,” Deno wrote as the caption for the Instagram post.

On Saturday night he was in the KC neighborhood of 18th and Vine and according to his own personal Facebook page, his current city is Kansas City, Missouri.

La Flame actually posted a livestreamed video that was taken after the attack, where multiple women can be heard chastising the group for laughing at a woman who the group had just pistol whipped.

“I don’t give a f**k, y’all [are] laughing at an innocent f**king woman on the ground! That is fucking weak! I don’t care! It’s weak! I don’t give a f**k,” the woman said to a man off-camera.

“If that was a n****a though, you wouldn’t be tripping,” the man replied.

“Exactly though, they would not be tripping,” another man added in agreement.

“If that was anybody, it was still f**ked up,” the woman replied. “It doesn’t matter if it’s a boy or a girl.”

A man seen next to Deno in the video he posted on Facebook the night of the violent assault also has his own YouTube channel.  Like Deno, he too deleted his Instagram page and is attempting to be a rapper. He has an album called “From the Heart of K.C.,” and appears on the cover wearing a Kansas City Chiefs jersey.

Their booking agency company has a whopping 430 followers on the Instagram page.

Deno La Flame later posted an attempted explanation on his Instagram before he deleted his account.

Image

La Flame alleged that he did not know the men who aggressively attacked the couple, despite the fact that as the video was ending, he walked away in close proximity to the group in the same direction.

“[I don]t have to explain myself to nobody,” he said. “First and last time I’m speaking on [this] we was [were] walking to the car and that shit just happened…it ain’t my fault it was in the direction of my car I do not NOT know them niggas.”

Image

The man who recorded the crime proceeded to try to use the negative attention to get clicks on a video he posted on YouTube.

“Go leave [your[ hate comments under there too,” he said in an attempt to get his music more exposure.

An Internet denizen shared rap lyrics from the song, “Pistol Whip My B**ch” by “Murda Mania Crackaz” in the comment section of the video of the assault on Twitter.

Image

The hook is simply the line “I Pistol whip my bitch,” repeated incessantly, while the opening verse reads “I pistol whipped a bitch/ now I’m waiting for a court date.”

Image

“Just gotta start carrying [a firearm] because these niggas no know limits for disrespect,” Samurai Jaxon commented in response to the violent aggravated assault.

Instagram friend, “misscookienookie,” is also located in Kansas City, Missouri.

It is unknown if an investigation has been opened into the violent Sunday night assault.

FBI Agents Who Knelt During BLM Riots Receive Reward https://nationalfile.com/fbi-agents-who-knelt-during-blm-riots-receive-reward/ Fri, 21 Oct 2022 15:27:24 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=55476 Last Updated on October 21, 2022

A group of FBI agents who knelt during the midst of the violent BLM riots that spawned from George Floyd’s death in 2020 are set to receive accolades. The FBI Agent’s association — which bills itself as “dedicated to advancing and safeguarding the careers, economic interests, conditions of employment and welfare of FBI agents and retired FBI agents — will honor the agents, who work in Washington D.C.

On June 4, 2020, a viral photo showed a number of FBI agents kneeling before the crowd of protesters, who had just burned down multiple city buildings and attacked the White House just a night before. According to a report from the Washington Times, FBI executive management praised the on-duty agents who knelt, one of which went so far as to hug one of the demonstrators.

In order to honor the gesture, the FBI Agent’s Association (FBIAA) will be providing the photographed agents with $100 gift cards in order to laud their “de-escalation tactics,” the New York Post reported.

According to the report, a number of active-duty and retired agents contacted FBIAA President Brian O’Hare in order to voice their displeasure with the move. “John Wilson, a trusted, widely respected former colleague and retired FBI unit chief who served as one of the attorney general’s handpicked protection-detail members between 2001 and 2007, says O’Hare advised him he fully supported this reward-the-kneelers idea his vice president, Wes Wheeler, proposed,” wrote former FBI special agent James Gagliano.

Wilson added that the FBI “has not only circled the drain, it is already in the grease trap by the curb.”

Founded in 1981, the FBIAA currently boats 14,000 members, including 90% of the bureau’s current agent workforce. The nonprofit’s decision to reward the agents for their political gesture comes at a time when public confidence in the agency is rapidly declining. According to a Gallup poll conducted in 2021, only 41% of respondents thought the FBI was doing a good job.

Those numbers are expected to plummet further as the Biden Administration’s politically motivated persecutions continue.

Kanye West Calls Pete Davidson A ‘Heroin Addict,’ Says Trevor Noah Is ‘Not Even From America’ https://nationalfile.com/kanye-west-calls-pete-davidson-a-heroin-addict-says-trevor-noah-is-not-even-from-america/ Sun, 16 Oct 2022 23:32:12 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=55318 Last Updated on October 16, 2022

After he was locked out of his Instagram and Twitter accounts, Grammy-winning rapper and producer, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, called out Pete Davidson and Trevor Noah, in addition to the “Jewish Media,” in an interview with rapper, N.O.R.E., and DJ EFN on the talk show Drink Champs.

West has lost a bank account, multiple and endorsements and had four stadium concert performances cancelled after he appeared with Candace Owens while he donned a t-shirt that read “White Lives Matter.”

“I’m Semite. We Jew. So I can’t be Anti-Semite. First of all, I need my 4 Stadiums back. The 78 media outlets that called me an abuser when I was trying to get that heroin addict away from my kids, that was tattooing my kids’ names on him,” Ye stated. “Skeet? Pete? Davidson.”

“Trevor Noah? Not even from America,” he added. “gonna say ‘Yo Kim it’s going to get dangerous.’ So he’s putting all that ‘he’s crazy, he’s so OJ… I just want the family back together.”

“I’m not afraid. I’m not afraid of y’all no more and we don’t have to be afraid,” Ye said.

Davidson was recently spotted urinating in public, immediately next to the Rolls Royce of his partner, Kim Kardashian. West’s ex-wife recently told her octogenarian grandmother about her sexual fireplace-side escapade with Davidson.

“Kim is a Christian. On TMZ I just saw yesterday they said Pete Davidson and Kim have sex by the fireplace to honor their grandmother,” Ye shared.

He then paused for a moment. “It’s Jewish Zionists that’s about that life. That’s telling this Christian woman, that has four black children, to put that out as a message in the media. So when I drive by and I see the Hulu ads and I see the JP Morgan Chase ads, I’ma tell you right now, the devil is a defeated foe,” Ye declared. “You can’t poison me.”

“And by the way, y’all already done fucked with me so much You already Black Mirrored me. You already made everyone think I’m crazy. You already took my family away. You already separated all of my friends. I don’t got no celebrity friends,” West said emphatically.

“My point off the tweet: What does that even mean what I said? The fact that I got taken off [social media] proves my point,” Ye declared. “You get used to that. Paparazzi taking a picture of you, you ain’t get no money off it. You just get used to getting screwed by the Jewish media.”

“When I wore the White Lives Matter [t-shirt}, I had four SoFi Stadium shows. They cancelled my shows.”

Ye also called out American actress, Jamie Lee Curtis. “Jamie Lee Curtis went on TV and he said, ‘I hope they take his children away from him. I hope they take his children away from him.”

“They been f**king with me for too long. They put the ‘crazy’ narrative out there,” he said. “My Jewish trainer, Harley Pasternak, who is Lizzo’s trainer, put it in the press, when I went to the hospital, put it in the press,” Ye revealed. “I got a bunch of friends that go to the hospital, it didn’t go to the press.”

According to the musician, Canadian American personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, tipped off the media that a time when Ye went to the hospital. He also revealed the lengths to which powerful figures in the media have gone to silence him in the past.

“So, they’ll go and get a dude who’s supposed to be my friend that’s been taping me the whole time and buy this n***a out for $30 million,” he said.

“I thought you co-signed that?” the show host asked.

“I ain’t co-sign it,” Ye responded. “Y’all done poked the bear too many times. Y’all should have learned with Drake. Y’all should have learned with Puff. Y’all should have learned with Hov [Jay-Z]. Y’all dealing with a different kind of animal here.”

‘Black Lives Matter Was a Scam,’ Says Kanye West https://nationalfile.com/black-lives-matter-was-a-scam-says-kanye-west/ Tue, 04 Oct 2022 20:28:44 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=54965 Last Updated on October 4, 2022

Hip-hop legend Kanye West said that the Black Lives Matter movement was a scam in a now-deleted Instagram post. West was speaking in response to backlash he received over wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt alongside conservative activist Candace Owens on Monday.

“Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam. Now it’s (sic) over. You’re welcome,” the rapper wrote in the now-deleted Instagram story. Instagram stories auto-delete after being live for 24 hours.

The now-deleted story that was posted by Kanye West

On Monday, Kanye West and conservative commentator Candance Owens appeared in “White Lives Matter” shirts at the rapper’s Yeezy fashion show in Paris. Though West did not disclose additional information on the slogan, the shirts were met with intense backlash from leftist and anti-white social media users and public figures. Will Smith’s son and fellow artist Jaden Smith attended West’s Yeezy show, but he reportedly left the event due to the “controversy,” Fox News reported.

The statement “White Lives Matter” prompted Smith to go on a lengthy Twitter tirade where he tweeted “true leaders lead” and “we demand a more progressive future.”

Others accused West of promoting a “white supremacist” and “racist” message. Former ESPN host Jemele Hill said that Kanye was promoting a “dangerous message” by wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt, even if it was simply a marketing ploy.

“So many folks are trying to excuse Kanye wearing a white lives matter t-shirt as just a troll move or marketing. Maybe it is. But it’s a dangerously dumb message to send for someone with his massive platform,” Hill wrote. “I been off dude. But y’all go ahead labeling his foolishness as genius.”

Monday was not the first time Kanye West has angered leftists with his political views. In 2018, West met with President Trump in the oval office while wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat.

BLM Leader Accused of Stealing $10 Million in Donations https://nationalfile.com/blm-leader-accused-of-stealing-10-million-in-donations/ Sun, 04 Sep 2022 20:13:22 +0000 https://nationalfile.com/?p=54367 Last Updated on September 4, 2022

The new leader of the national Black Lives Matter non-profit “siphoned” more than $10 million in fees from donors and rerouted the funds to his consulting firm, a new lawsuit alleges. The accused leader, Shalomyah Bowers, has denied the allegations.

Bowers became the head of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation in April. The post was previously held by Los Angeles-based activist Patrisse Cullors, who resigned in November 2021. Cullors stepped down after it was revealed she had used BLM donations to buy a multi-million-dollar mansion.

Now, Shalomyah Bowers is accused of funneling BLM donations to his own Bowers Consulting Firm. The lawsuit also accuses him of directing funds to a new group called Black Lives Matter Grassroots, Inc.

BLM Grassroots was launched this past May, according to a report from the New York Post. It was founded in California by Walter Mosely, a lawyer who also drafted the lawsuit against Bowers, according to court papers The new group claims to represent BLM chapters across the country.

“Mr. Bowers decided he could not let go of his personal piggy bank,” BLM Grassroots charged in the lawsuit filed Thursday in the Los Angeles Superior Court. “Instead, he continued to betray the public trust by self-dealing and breaching his fiduciary duties. Instead of using the donations for its intended purposes, Mr. Bowers diverted these donations to his own coffers and intentionally took calculated steps to prevent those same resources from being used by BLM for on-the-ground-movement work.”

BLM Global Network Foundation paid the Bowers Consulting Firm $2,167,894 in 2021, according to federal tax filings.

Bowers pushed back on the allegations in a statement to the New York Post, saying the situation is a power play on the part of disgruntled activists. “It’s a power move by someone hellbent on achieving power and control,” he said.

Bowers contends that a group of activists, headed by California State University Pan-African Studies professor Melina Abdullah, is trying to wrest power away from the foundation’s current board of directors.

Abdullah, a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter Los Angeles chapter. She — along with Patrisse Cullors and Marina Garza — bought a luxurious Southern California home for nearly $6 million using donation cash.

According to a report from New York Magazine, the trio filmed a video outside the “secretly bought” home on the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s death. Already reeling from the New York Post report, Cullors resigned after the mansion purchase was revealed.

Abdullah is described in court papers as having been “engaged in intuitive protest simultaneous to the online activism of the three co-founders” of BLM. It is unclear what “intuitive protest” means.

“It’s the most insane thing I’ve read in a court pleading, and it’s signed under penalty of perjury when they know it’s a lie,” Bowers said. In addition, Bowers said the foundation has undergone recent audits that did not find $10 million going to him or his firm.

“We are in the process of correcting things, of fixing things and dealing with disgruntled people who want to take over the group,” he said.

Bowers said the new board did not include Abdullah in the reorganization of the Foundation.
