Arizona Republican Ken Bennett joined forces with Democrats to block legislation that would have barred Arizona’s state and local governments from enacting vehicle mileage tax programs that not only rip off motorists but allow tax collectors and government agencies to gather information on the movements of private citizens.

The concept of a vehicle mileage tax, also known as a pay-per-mile tax, among other nicknames, has been embraced on a national scale by the Biden Administration and is a key component of the Green New Deal agenda championed by the DNC. Under the tax scheme, citizens must pay their government for the apparent privilege of using the roads their taxes already paid for.

Advocates openly state that vehicle mileage taxes are designed to discourage the ownership and use of personal vehicles, in the name of the green agenda, especially gas vehicles.

Though no such tax is in effect (yet) in Arizona, a similar program was implemented in Oregon in 2015, and others are in various stages of development in Virginia, Utah, California, and Hawaii.

Amid calls for a vehicle mileage tax in Arizona, state Republicans, led by the Freedom Caucus, crafted legislation to ban the practice statewide, and it nearly passed, until GOP Senator Ken Bennett crossed the aisle to sabotage the effort.

Bennett’s Trump-endorsed GOP primary race opponent, Mark Finchem, who garnered national recognition for his efforts to get to the truth of Arizona’s contested and corrupted 2020 Election, shared a prior report on the vehicle mileage tax to his X profile, calling the vote “classic” Ken Bennett.

As alluded to by Mark Finchem, Ken Bennett’s voting record is deeply at odds with his own party and its supporters on a number of key issues that aren’t just limited to taxation or the green scheme.

He’s also crossed party lines to vote against securing Arizona’s highly-controversial elections.

Even more disturbingly, Ken Bennett has joined with Democrats to block Republican efforts to safeguard children against transgender grooming, AND, to block legislation that would’ve banned the construction of satanic altars and idols on state property.

GOP State Senator Ken Bennett, who represents Arizona’s 1st District, has spent years sabotaging election integrity efforts in his state, which was plagued by unprecedented fraud in 2020 and, thanks to Republican Bennett and his Democrat allies, has failed to properly secure its voting systems ahead of the 2024 race.

In 2021, Bennett was caught leaking information on the Maricopa County election audit to the liberal press, and later, despite documented fraud in his own home state, Bennett personally declared Joe Biden the rightful winner of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Bennett’s track record, which also includes support for satanism and childhood transgenderism, has come into focus as he faces a primary challenge from Trump-endorsed Arizona firebrand Mark Finchem, who has developed a national reputation as a hardcore election hawk.

This year, Arizona State Senator Ken Bennett (R-1) voted against legislation to protect children from transgenderism in their public schools, as well as legislation that would bar satanic displays from public property.

In February, Bennett voted with Democrats to kill Senate Resolution 1013, which would have put restrictions on transgenderism in public schools up for a vote among the people of Arizona. If approved, the resolution would have barred public schools from allowing men to use girls’ restrooms and changing facilities (and vice-versa), while also barring public schools from socially transitioning children behind their parent’s backs.

Bennett said that he voted against the ballot measure because it could prevent members of his own family from using opposite-sex bathrooms and pronouns, citing their “tender age” as the reason why they SHOULD be exposed to transgenderism.

“I can probably identify three or four of my nephews and nieces that would fall under some of these situations,” Bennett said. “And I have to always think of them on behalf of everyone who’s in one of these situations. How would I want a state law to affect them at such tender ages?”

Adding another layer to Bennett’s pro-transgender vote, he employed a strategy often used by politicians to deceive voters, by voting in favor of sending two bills restricting trans bathroom and pronoun usage in public schools to the desk of Democrat Governor Katie Hobbs, where they were immediately vetoed.

But when presented with the opportunity to take the matter out of the governor’s hands and let the people of Arizona decide to protect their children for themselves, he voted nay.

That same month, Bennett was one of just two Republicans to vote against the RESPECT Act, short for Reject Escalating Satanism by Preserving Essential Core Traditions Act, which would have barred the construction of satanic displays such as memorials, statues, and altars on public property in Arizona.

The RESPECT Act was introduced weeks after Iowa politicians from both parties allowed the satanic temple to erect a statue of Baphomet in the Iowa State Capitol. Shortly after it was put up, the statue was allegedly beheaded by a man named Michael Cassidy, who has been charged with a hate crime as a result.

When Ken Bennett and the Democrats of Arizona’s State Senate voted to kill the RESPECT Act, the satanic temple’s national governing body released a public statement “celebrating” the vote and vowing to continue their fight to subvert America.

“While we rejoice in this victory, we remain vigilant, recognizing that the fight for equitable religious representation is far from over,” said Erin Helian, the satanic temple’s executive director.

Bennett’s voting record has come into focus as he prepares for a July 30th GOP primary contest against Mark Finchem, the Trump-endorsed America First firebrand who has a national reputation for protecting Arizona’s elections, borders, and culture.

Until last year, Finchem served in the Arizona House of Representatives, and his election to the State Senate would be a crucial step in shifting the upper chamber to the right.

45th President Donald J. Trump leads Joe Biden in multiple battleground states according to a recent round of polling that previewed the 2024 Presidential Election’s most likely match-up.

Trump is leading Biden in the critical battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina, and the two are tied at 50% each in the states of Michigan and Pennsylvania. Biden leads Trump by a 2-point margin in the state of Nevada, according to the polling conducted by Prime Group between June 14th and 28th of this year.

While those numbers appear to largely favor Trump, things get even better for the GOP’s presumptive nominee when a hypothetical third-party “moderate” is added to the mix.

In that scenario, Joe Biden’s numbers plummet, indicating that he and his party have a huge weakness among large swaths of traditionally Democrat voters, who have grown weary of the far-left direction the party has taken itself and the nation.

According to the results of the three-way poll, in Arizona, Trump boasts a 10-point lead over Biden when the third-party “moderate” is accounted for.

In Georgia, Trump holds a 9-point lead in the hypothetical three-way race.

In North Carolina, he leads by 8, while in Pennsylvania, Trump leads by 5.

In Democrats’ midwestern “blue wall,” a wall that Trump cracked in the 2016 election (and likely in 2020 were it not for unprecedented fraud), Trump leads Biden in a three-way race in Wisconsin and Michigan by 3 points.

In Nevada, Trump and Biden are tied.

The three-way polling was commissioned by No Labels, a non-partisan group that is exploring the possible launch of a third-party “moderate” presidential campaign in 2024.

Among those being floated as a potential No Labels presidential candidate is West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin. Manchin, a Democrat, has often been at odds with Joe Biden and other members of the national party but has cast several critical votes in favor of Biden’s agenda and is a major supporter of American involvement in Ukraine.

While Manchin has not made any official announcement regarding possible plans for 2024, he has traveled to Iowa and is slated to make an appearance at a No Labels event in New Hampshire in the coming days.

In a video posted to Twitter, Arizona activist Kyle Clifton confronts Camryn Sanchez, an AZ Capitol Times reporter embroiled in a stalking scandal following a restraining order filed by Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers. Camryn was caught on a doorbell camera at one of Senator Rogers’ properties and has repeatedly harassed the senator’s neighbors for information about the senator’s whereabouts.

Senator Rogers previously took to Twitter to post photos of the doorbell incident, declaring, “Creepy @azcapitoltimes reporter @CamrynSanchezAZ has been stalking me and my neighbors at my private residences with no explanation. A judge just issued a restraining order against her for her bizarre behavior.”

In the video, Kyle Clifton attempts to contact the reporter to hear her perspective on the incident. He first approaches the office of the Arizona Capitol Times, only to find that they had locked all doors to the building and would not come to the entrance to provide comment. Later, he is able to get in touch with the reporter over the phone and asked her a few pointed questions.

Kyle lead with, “Was it your goal to force Wendy Rogers to get a restraining order on you for publicity?” She briefly replied, “Can’t Comment sorry…and I’m sorry really because I wish I could — very frustrating as a journalist!”

In following up, Mr. Clifton pressed, “Did your publication approve of you going to Wendy’s home?” In response, Mrs. Sanchez refused to comment and referred Clifton to the scheduled hearing later in May, saying that “I really can’t tell you anything except for…actually, I can tell you one thing…the hearing is going to be on May 10th at 1:30 PM in Flagstaff.”

But the interview took an interesting turn when Mr. Clifton asked Sanchez if she could vouch for her own character. He inquired, “Do you have a history of violent behavior?” To which Sanchez replied, “I really can’t comment.”

“You can’t comment on if you have a history of violent behavior?” She replied, “I can’t…” He followed up, “It’s not about your publication, it’s about your personal history…do you have any criminal past or behavior?” Resigned, she insisted, “I really can’t…I would love to say a lot of nice things defending myself but I just can’t.”

Mr. Clifton concluded, “Can you pass along your address so that we can go interview your neighbors and make sure you are not a dangerous individual?” She finished, “I can’t do that. No comment.”

Camryn Sanchez and the AZ Capitol Times have no problem stalking and harassing Senator Wendy Rogers and her innocent neighbors, but when pressed to defend their character or provide evidence that they don’t have violent intent or nefarious motive, could not provide any comment.

National File was able to get in touch with Mr. Clifton to get his thoughts on the interaction. Mr. Clifton expressed serious concerns about the behavior of Sanchez and the AZ Capitol Times, declaring, “When you see someone traveling two hours just to go knock on doors and harass your neighbors, just to ask creepy questions, it is borderline violent behavior.”

In reference to her failure to provide character references, Mr. Clifton observed, “I thought her silence was strange. I was asking direct questions about her self image and she was unable to answer those basic questions. Her failure to answer says a lot — if someone was attacking my character, I would want to defend myself right away!”

When asked about what this kind of journalism means for the industry, Mr. Clifton noted that this marks, “A moral decay in journalism as a whole. You are starting to see less journalism and more doxing. Journalism should have integrity and there is no integrity there [at the AZ Capitol Times].”

America First Arizonan Kari Lake remained seated for the playing of the so-called “black national anthem” at Super Bowl LVII, before the game kicked off in Glendale, Arizona’s State Farm Stadium.

The NFL marked the start of Super Bowl LVII by having “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” the so-called “black national anthem,” performed before kick-off, and before the singing of America’s actual National Anthem, the Star Spangled Banner. It was the first time the song was performed live at the Super Bowl, after it was forced upon the American People, most of whom had never even heard it before they were told it was of “separate but equal”  importance to America’s real National Anthem, and must be performed to appease the same Black Lives Matter radicals and Bolshevik string pullers who organized the NFL’s public attacks on the very existence of America.

Kari Lake, Arizona’s Trump-aligned GOP gubernatorial candidate who was the victim of Democrat fraudsters in 2022 and is now barnstorming for Election Integrity gave the “black national anthem” the same treatment the BLM and their sympathizers have spent years giving the real National Anthem, remaining seated as the song was performed at Super Bowl LVII.

The Governor of Arizona threatened to limit the freedom of the press in a heated dialogue surrounding her stance on the death penalty Friday.

Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs threatened to use a boot on the press after a reporter asked for the governor’s stance on the death penalty at a press conference

Hobbs had just announced that due to an executive order she passed, along with the support of Attorney General Kris Mayes, the state was pausing all executions until Arizona’s capital punishment process is reviewed by an independent commissioner.

Could you clarify what your position is on the death penalty?” a reporter asked Hobbs.

“I don’t necessarily think that’s relevant here. We just want to make sure that we’re studying the practices,” the recently elected Democrat responded.

“The people of Arizona probably have [a right to know],” the reporter continued.

We “want to know where you stand personally on the death penalty. Can you tell us?” the male reporter further pressed.

A distressed female staffer can be heard interjecting as the reporter tried to get an answer out of the governor. “Well she said she’s not going to tell you!” the staffer exclaimed, prompting awkward laughter from Gov. Hobbs.

“How many times do you want her to say the same thing over and over?” the angry staffer added.

“Don’t make me use this boot,” Hobbs added, threatening all the press not to ask her questions about the death penalty.

“With the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry now under new leadership, it’s time to address the fact that this is a system that needs better oversight on numerous fronts,” Hobbs said of the death penalty process review, according to Fox News. “Arizona has a history of mismanaged executions that have resulted in serious questions and concerns about ADCRR’s execution protocols and lack of transparency. I’m confident that under Director Thornell, ADCRR will take this executive action seriously.”

The state of Arizona currently has over 100 inmates on death row and resumed state-led executions last year, after a nearly 8-year-long hiatus.

The Humpty Dumpty Institute, once run by the brother of late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, has managed to stay largely out of the news despite its ties to the United Nations, US State Department, several members of Congress, global elite, and Chinese Communist Party. Jeffrey’s brother, Mark Epstein, was listed as a Director and main financier until at least 2019.

Functioning as a globalist influence operation, the Humpty Dumpty Institute has been a mainstay around the United Nations for roughly two decades, positioning itself as a middleman between international powers and holding “congressional staff delegations” at the UN, to bring the administrative side of Capitol Hill under its purview as well.

Much like other left-wing, globalist influence operations, the Humpty Dumpty Institute is deeply involved with Communist China, and its members have engaged in Maoist rituals with members of the CCP and its PLA.

In 2018, Humpty Dumpty Institute leadership joined other members of the CCP sphere at the Taihe Institute’s “Civilizations Forum,” to discuss how they’re promoting a Communist China-centric future.

Among those chairing the event was Irina Bokova, a former UN official and KGB agent with ties to Brazil’s recent contested election.

A direct arm of the CCP’s People’s Liberation Army, the Taihe Institute is a communist “think tank” in a longstanding partnership with the Humpty Dumpty Institute. Despite its public links to the Chinese military, Taihe even operates “research centers” in the United States and Germany.

Irina Bokova chaired the Taihe Institute’s “Civilizations Forum,” which was based on “the establishment of a community of a shared future for humankind,” centering around China’s Belt and Road initiative for economic dominance.

In attendance was the Epstein-directed Humpty Dumpty Institute’s Joseph Merante, who provided updates on how HDI, a close Taihe partner group, was promoting the forum’s CCP agenda.

Joe Biden’s Ambassador to Malta, Constance Milstein, is a founding member of the Humpty Dumpty Institute.

Despite the group’s rather public ties to the Chinese Communist Party and its military apparatus, sitting members of Congress have refused to act, including one self-proclaimed member of the America First movement.

Several Republican members of the Arizona House of Representatives have signaled support for the 20 U.S. House Reps. who continue to vote against Kevin McCarthy. Of the six Republican members of Arizona’s federal House delegation, Reps. Biggs, Crane and Gosar have voted against McCarthy on all eight ballots, while Reps. Schweikert, Ciscomani, and Lesko continue to support McCarthy.

Arizona Rep. Cory McGarr had called on the Arizona delegation to reject McCarthy weeks before the Speaker battle formally began on January 3, arguing that a change to the status quo was needed. “The next Speaker of the House needs to be somebody who conservatives can trust and must be openly committed to ending two of Nancy Pelosi’s corrupt rules of the House,” then-State House-elect McGarr said last month.

“Pelosi’s changes to the rules are more reflective of a dictatorship than a representative Republic, and it’s time we restore order in the House. Any candidate for Speaker who refuses to accept these terms should be disqualified from consideration, and I am calling on Representatives Andy Biggs, Eli Crane, Paul Gosar, Debbie Lesko, and David Schweikert to vote against McCarthy for Speaker on January 3.”

Biggs had long indicated that he would oppose McCarthy for Speaker on January 3. He was later joined on day one of voting by Rep. Paul Gosar and freshman Rep. Eli Crane.

McGarr has continued to call on the remaining Arizona Republicans to abandon McCarthy as voting continues through its ninth ballot. “I am so proud of @EliCraneAZ for fighting for his constituents and not falling in line with the party bosses,” McGarr wrote on January 3.

In addition to McGarr, a number of Arizona Freedom Caucus members have called on pro-McCarthy members of the federal delegation to change course. “It’s a horrific disgrace that there are only 20 Congressmen who are not bought & paid for by the swamp,” wrote Arizona Rep. Jacqueline Parker in a tweet Thursday.

In an additional tweet, she thanked Andy Biggs for keeping his word and encouraged Republicans challenging McCarthy to continue. “If Kevin McCarthy was just better ‘candidate quality’ he would have won today,” wrote recently elected Arizona Rep. Austin Smith in a tweet. The tweet was in reference to a statement from GOP Senate leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) who, like McCarthy, withheld key funding from America First/MAGA candidates.

“Everyone wants to drain the swamp till it’s time to do drain the swamp stuff,” he continued in an additional tweet.

U.S. Reps. Schweikert, Ciscomani, and Lesko have thus far indicated that they will continue to support McCarthy, though the pressure on them from their own State House and voters continues to mount.

As of ballot #9, Kevin McCarthy still has not made any progress in his bid to become Speaker. A tenth ballot is possible on Thursday, or a possible adjournment.

An Arizona judge has ruled that Kari Lake’s election fraud lawsuit has merit and will go to trial, as the Trump-aligned gubernatorial nominee stares down corrupt Democrat Katie Hobbs after yet another Arizona election marred by unprecedented levels of fraud and election irregularities.

Maricopa County, Arizona Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed Democrat “Governor-elect” Katie Hobbs’ motions to toss Kari Lake’s lawsuit, paving the way for the case to go to trial in dramatic fashion, and presenting what looks like the greatest opportunity that the election integrity movement has ever had to actually overturn a rigged election.

“BREAKING,” Kari Lake tweeted Monday night, “our Election Case is going to trial. Katie Hobbs’ attempt to have our case thrown out FAILED,” she explained.

“She will have to take the stand & testify. Buckle up, America. This is far from over.”

Under Judge Thompson’s ruling, the court will hear evidence from Kari Lake and her team on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, and the case before the court will focus on the more than 300,000 Arizona ballots without chains of custody, as well as the ballot tabulator issues that were once again experienced in the state.

Reportedly, at least one election worker will testify that hundreds of thousands of phantom ballots were dropped into Arizona’s election results, tilting the scales in favor of Katie Hobbs.

What’s more, is that Katie Hobbs, Arizona’s current Secretary of State and top elections official, will also have to testify in court, under oath, as part of the election fraud trial. All over the country, voters have been perplexed to learn that, despite being on the ballot, Hobbs was allowed to rule over the 2022 elections in Arizona – even after her massive dereliction of duty and suspected fraud in 2020.

In the middle of Arizona’s 2022 election fraud saga is Runbeck Election Services, a Democrat-owned firm that’s also done work in contested Georgia races, and has family ties to Ben Toma, the newly-elected GOP Speaker of Arizona’s State House of Representatives.

Despite Kari Lake’s very viable election fraud lawsuit, Toma has been publicly cozying up to Democrat Katie Hobbs, the beneficiary of Runbeck shadiness.
